Rude staff and the store is never stocked. The staff like to gossip about customers. Multiple times I have bought things that have been opened or seem spoiled and have had to throw the items aways. Take the extra time and go to Somerset, Burnside or Monticello.

I never post reviews, but I have something to say…. The store manager at this location is extremely rude to patrons while shopping. Today she kicked out a fully clothed adult woman because she didn’t like her choice of shirt. This shirt had no writing on it and was just tight exactly like leggings that 98%of your customers wear. She purposely waited to say anything until this lady had waited 10 mins in line and was surrounded by other customers. I have no doubt she was bullying this young lady and to be honest with you it made me sick. From this day on I will be driving 20 mins past your store to Somerset to not have to witness this ridiculous behavior. Is this the stance of the DG company? Get better MGMT plz!!!!She is a foul person with a superiority complex. DG do better than this! Wowwwww!!!

If they could keep things in stock I could give them 5 stars. I'm sure it's covid related the stock issues as well as the lack of employees. I used to be able to go here and get something easily without having to go all the way into town. But now not so much!

I love!! The dollar general down from my house, the people N it just being so convenient makes me love it, my experience that I have always had with friendly worker's, very clean place has always been a good experience!😌❤️

This DG Store in Bronston, Ky. is the worst managed business I have ever experienced. It took them more than 4 weeks to restock basic needs like sugar while the back stock room was completely full and the isles were filled with stock items. Some of the cashiers are rude with a snotty attitude. They're pathetic.

This is for the Dollar General in Bronston Ky the service there is very bad and they do a poor job at keeping there food in stock, today makes 5 weeks in a row where I’ve went in there and out with absolutely nothing... what’s the point of putting all those freezers in there if you won’t stock them... tbh I used to work there and I had so many customers with the same problems and they would always come to me complaining about the management and the problem with keeping the freezers stocked... I’m not trying to come after anyone I just think there are some things that really need to be attended to and to be improved to keep customers happy and pleased...

You can buy the Tic Tacs in the giant size mixed fruit I've only ever found them at the Dollar General for 3 bucks so that's why I go there they're awesome

There is an older lady that works there who completely disrespected a friend of mine. She was using foodstamps to pay for some breakfast for her kids, she is a single parent of 3 boys, when this lady screamed, "Foodstamps! My taxes pay for these foodstamps!!" WOW!

The cashier was very friendly. The shelves were majorly empty. They had almost none of the sale items I wanted in stock. They have no pet food.

Dissatisfied I had purchased 3 100 dollar Amazon cards from there 2 of them were fine the other kept saying it was deactivated so I lost 100 dollars also am very dissatisfied with Amazon gift cards

I like most of my experiences with the Bronston Ky Dollar store. Since they changed management awhile back, things are so much better.
