The wait times in pharmacy line are rediculous. 3 cars served in an hr and still waiting. And Sunday they didn't have a pharmacist so they closed. And meds they have asked about multiple times to be automatically filled I still have to call in.

This is the third time we've been here for shots (appointments each time, made online). There has been a problem each time. We've had to fill out additional paperwork and wait, even though we printed them out IAW instructions online. Well, we will not be back.

I do love Walgreens and in person vudtomer serbice is awesome. However, sometimes you have a question or you need to inform the phsrmacy you'll be late picking up your prescription, or late picking ip photos, but youll be there. and I call and call, even hang on for ten minutes, and no answer. I can understand being busy, but for 15 calls in the past and no answer ever. That's not good. Just want you to be aware.

Why is this place soooooooo slow.. Why are people pulling up in the line to have a one on one social gathering. Get your stuff and go. Come on their is always a line. And each person take 15 to 20 mins. Come on its a drive threw. If you have medical concerns please go in, Or contact your doctor. Stop wasting everyone time. Lord have mercy. Iv been trying to get my medication for days. And everytime i wait 30 mins before giving up. Because their is still 3 cars in front of me. I do not have hours to waste just waiting in a line. Open up the other pick up line. So at least it speeds it up at least a little bit. GG!

This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. The manager there is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever had to deal with in my 45 years here on this earth.Basically she lied to me and said my prescription was NOT covered by my insurance company and I had to tap into my grocery money and pay $80 for it, but it actually was covered. It just required a P.A. and she didn't even tell me and she also refused to give me the reason why my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Then when my insurance company called her, she lied to them and told them that she informed me that it required a P.A. and on top of it and she told them that she offered me a discount coupon and she didn't do that either. This place used to be half way decent when it was Rite Aid but when ever it was bought out by Walgreens it went straight to H***.

Very dissatisfied with the pharmacy. Went to pickup my 8 year old son's prescription. Was told I had to provide his social security number for a controlled substance. We have picked up 3 other previous controlled substances for him and only had to show our I.D. I have picked up other controlled substances for myself, wife, and daughters. Never have I ever had to provide a social security number. Very disappointed

Checked the hours to make sure I would be able to pick up my desperately needed prescriptions. Site says open until 9. The pharmacy closes at 6….very disappointed a drug store will close the most important part …THE PHARMACY at 6 while advertising open until 9.

I originally started using this place when it was still a rite aid.Now that walgreens is here, this is nothing but confused disaster...today was the last straw when i tried to call the pharmacy for a simple action and was greeted by the most annoying speech recognition phone tree.Speech recognition phone trees are unreliable and annoying when used on a cell phone....I will be moving my pharmacy needs to a small simple mom and pop pharmacy tomorrow.

They are always short staffed and messing up. Half the time they will tell you your rx is not ready come back 15 minutes later and you arrive and they want you to come back in another 15 minutes , waste of gas and time after a long hard day at work
