I would give them zero stars if that was an option. We had an appointment to have our dogs groomed. We arrived before the appointment was supposed to start and no one was there. We waited until a half hour past the appointment time. Nobody showed up. Calls went to voicemail. We didn't receive any calls from them letting us know that they were unable to make the appointment. I will not be using them in the future and I recommend that you don't either.

I recently moved to Brandenburg and was looking for dog groomer. I really recommend this place. This is my Shih Tzu they did an awesome job meeting his needs. Super short nails, extra short trim on his hair, fluffy tail and ears just how I requested. Oh and they also got him cute bandana.So that was nice :) Staff is also nice and friendly.

I probably wont take my dog here again. It was dirty and I dont think he was groomed well - long hairs on his hind legs and several other places, he didnt smell good like he hadnt been bathed. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and he was done in about an hour 20 mins.

They did a great job on my JJ. He had a mishap and had to be bathed a second time but the owner did it with a smile and a little extra time. The price was fair. I have paid more for a bad job so I am happy to have found her. Thank you TransFURmations!

I’ve been taking my dogs Bella and Hank there for a couple years now. I’ve never had an issue. But this last time I asked for my Australian Shepards hair to be cut. He came out after 6 hours (1 hour over time) and I found matted hairs still, he was not trimmed at all it seems like, and he definitely wasn’t deshed because I’m still finding clumps of hair falling out from his winter coat. Not just a couple hairs either. My chihuahua Bella doesn’t seem like she had a bath or deshed since she’s shedding more hair than she was when she went in and all of her nails are different lengths, some long some short. Disappointed to spend 130 dollars to say the least

Cornerstone (our vet) recommended this groomer. I have a very anxious rescue that won't let us pull a cocklebur off of him. He was a mess, matted and smelled terrible, They took their time, made sure he was comfortable, and did a fabulous job -- he looks like new dog! I highly recommend them if you have a dog that is anxious.

Terrible service. Took my dog there and got him back. He is a ptsd service dog and was growling at us. He had tufts of hair that was sticking up around his ears and on his chest. His nails were not properly done and even noticed that he has a spot where they even cut too deep. It literally looks like they didnt use a gaurd and free floated the sheers.

I was so worried about using a new groomer for my chihuahua mix bc I was using another groomer for his whole life but I loved how well they did and he enjoyed it so definitely will be back
