Ordered a cake. Called and confirmed -the day of- time of pickup. She stated 1:00pm. I arrived at 1:00 and she gives me a nasty attitude and argues the fact that my pickup isn't until 1:30. Even though SHE is the one I confirmed the time with on the phone prior to driving there. I don't get an apology. I get more of a nasty attitude and she tells me. Well it'll only take ten minutes (to decorate the cake)....it takes 40! And it wasn't done well. It was sloppy and the colors (which were supposed to be RED and blue) were mostly pink. My boys 6th birthday cake is pink. Regardless, I spend almost $40 on it (1/2 sheet white cake). Happily, my 6 year old isn't picky and chooses to redecorate it himself. The cake was good-flavor wise. BUT the service was absolute garbage and rudeness.

The bakery has a great selection of fresh donuts in the morning for breakfast. They all look so delicious. My father used to swear by their private selections pies, there wasn't anything else like it. The only reason why they have 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes their product just doesn't come in. Or they just don't put it out. There are occasionally empty spaces.

I have to give them 3 stars because we got a birthday cake and the whole side of it was falling off before we got to the birthday party.
