3/20/2024I bought a cinnamon rolls for the first time and I regret it. It was half price so I grabbed one, but it was spoiled when we eat it. There's a strong smell when I opened the box ( I should've known from there) . I called to let them know because there's was still 3 boxes left. I'm not gonna buy any bread from the bakery anymore.

I was shopping this morning. Worker in frozen had a mean mugging look. There was a double stack dairy pallet out. I went through the aisles. I came back about an hour later and that dairy pallet was still there. When I got home some of the yogurt had a funky smell.

This morning, my husband and I went grocery shopping and took our toddler along with us as parents do. When turning into another isle, an older lady was coming the same way and I apologized and went on my way. She began following us through the isle and making us very uncomfortable, and had then followed us into another isle where there were two workers present. She had confronted my husband and I when we were looking through the bread and had cut us off and threatened to call child protective services on us. We were stunned because it was completely unprovoked and had went and checked out afterwards because we were so distraught a random person would approach us and threaten such a thing under what we consider to have been racially motivated considering we are one of the few interracial couples in Meade County. She had left the isle and continued watching us from afar and we felt so uncomfortable we had ended up checking out with the few things that were in our cart. When I had went to the customer service desk at the front, I asked the woman if there was anyone I could speak to so I could report a confrontation with a customer which had made us uncomfortable. She called her manager over and when I explained him how uncomfortable we were to have been followed into isles by the lady who had threatened such a thing, he smugly stated that since he did not see it happen he cannot and will not do anything and if we felt as though she was attacking us we could call the police and file a report. So, PSA to any interracial couple or people of color who want to shop, unless you want to be treated less than with your child(ren) present and threatened for no absolute reason, I wouldn’t suggest it. Reason the geriatric woman gave when I had asked for what reason: we should not be taking our daughter out in the winter time (yet she had on a full coat, scarf, and beanie on along with shoes and long pants).

I walked up to the meat department and asked if they could slice a ham, for me. The employee that came out said, 'No sir, we close at 9,so we are cleaning.' I used to be a meat cutter and I never turned a customer down when asked to help! This store lost a lot of points, in my book!! They have actually been doing and running the store quite a bit better. My issue with this store is that they are higher on certain items, where we go to the one down by Gene Snyder and find those items for a lower price.

I stopped in here a couple times to pick up Gatorades and a snack or two and went away with zero complaints. The lines were always quick and the employees were friendly.

I came in shopping. Some of the cheese products felt warm. I noticed several cold products on pallets sitting out. Most stores have one or two pallets out. This is sad. I hope the food is pasteurized enough to with stand going from cool to hot out on the floor for hours.

Don’t work here even if you’re desperate for a job. Most employees are felons, and are extremely unkind. Management is a joke, and they are extremely dysfunctional. They don’t care about the employees, will “walk” around endlessly, and then proceed to look at you like you’re dumb when you have questions or concerns.The Union is a joke, and the starting pay is $14 for all positions, which isn’t even enough to write this review. Work at Walmart instead.Stay away from here.

It was good until I got to the self checkout where the employee told me that I can't use other customers receipt which all I use them for is fetch and that's it but atleast she told me rudely.

Whenever I visit this Kroger everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cashier, baggers, staff stocking. It’s always clean and most of the time items are well stocked. We had Kathy as our cashier and I believe the baggers name was Anthony. Both super kind! The prices are a little higher on someItems but to avoid Walmart and get such great customer service it’s worth the extra couple of dollars.

I like this Kroger store very much. Most of the employees have worked here for a long while. The employees are very nice and always helpful. They have always been appropriately groomed and dressed correctly in uniforms and displaying their identification tags. I know several of them by first name and consider them to be good people. There is always a good selection of different products to choose from. All the different departments are kept tidy and well maintained. They have a nice floral section and I received a very nice bouquet at Valentine's Day and I have to say the flowers lasted the longest I had ever seen yet. It was at least 3 weeks and was surprising to me. Sometimes if I'm shopping late evening there's not a lot of choices in the pet food section and needs restocked that is aggravating in that regard. Food all looks fresh and appropriately displayed. Nice deli/bakery section too. It's all very neat and clean well maintained store and it shows that the employees have pride in doing their job correctly. Prices have raised across the board at many places of business this is unfortunate for everyone and puts a hardship on all people. I appreciate The Kroger store immensely and feel like its an asset to our community and the fuel points are a much needed bonus that's greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone at the Kroger grocery store for a job well done. Thank you for your time.

The new self ck outs are horrible. No place to put bags after scanning, scanners kept stopping for service lady to tell it to continue, attempt to ck out required service lady to come tell it ok. Horrible. Biggest issue is once all bags full, no where to put them to continue ck out. As soon as you lift a bag it stops cking out telling you to replace the bag? Who’s brainchild was this???

I have tried the Kroger bakery three times now every time hoping they redeemed themselves. But after today is my last straw with them! I had placed a cake order last Thursday. I went to Krogers Friday morning to make sure they are able to do my daughters birthday cake. The lady told me they could do it that they had the kit and everything. Well today I get a call from the bakery telling me they can not do my cake due the fact the cake kit did not come. So I told them my alternative and they did not have that either. I am just so disappointed this is the third time I have use them and they have always disappointed me.

I hardly ever make grocery orders for pickup and that's because I always get bad produce. Today I got slimy cilantro and sprouted garlic. If it's bad then I don't want to pay for it. This town needs a full size grocery.

This store has been remodeled so many times. Will they ever get it right?? It needs to be at least another half size larger. Then isles should be wider. They always have pallets piled in the middle of the isles with water or whatever piled on. The need a couple more checkout lanes or at least open the ones you have and keep them.open. With several counties coming in to shop here, be prepared. And those big blue carts they push around the store for online purchasing are just in the way. There is not enough room. I only go to Krogers in Brandenburg when I don't want to drive up to Louisville.

Good prices at the fuel station but the attendance was wearing a dog collar that was kind of scary. She never said a word but at least she didn't bark either. Guess she hasn't been fully trained, but I didn't see a leash attached to the collar so I am guessing she is still in the process of being trained.

Unfortunately I got a pound of roast beef from the deli and didn't notice until I got home that it had a lot of blood in it. They really need to make sure their meat is fully cooked

Pretty good selection of stuff. Only real complaint is the clicklist pickup. They never seem to substitute anything. Ordered a certain number of canned sodas to get the deal and gave me less which resulted in me paying full price.

Meredith M at the Brandenburg Kroger made my first experience with Kroger delivery the BEST. She was wonderful from start to finish. She obviously wanted to make my Kroger experience the best it could be. She delivered in every sense of the word. I should have given a much better tip. Please make it easy for customers to go back and add a larger tip for your employees who do such a great job. Please give her a raise. You need more like her.

This is the kroger in Brandenburg KY. It is Not clean, bathrooms are horrible often has a sewage smell. The shelves are never stocked. There is always something in the isle blocking products. The only good thing I can say today is the cashiers are the best. And what's up with the pharmacy closing at odd hours from other krogers? VERY INCONVENIENT. I am disabled and this is the only grocery store in town. It's bad when we can't get up and down isles. Guess I'll start driving to Corydon to get my groceries.

Since 2020 the year of covid this poor store has gone down hill. I see this particular Kroger prices are much higher than the other Krogers. I actually had an employee From this Kroger tell me the managers make up their own prices. After shopping other Krogers I'd have to say, I believe her.

Just want the store open 24/7 our town is outgrowing this Kroger being able to shop at night would help everyone who doesn’t work traditional hours…everytime I go here, there are lines backed-up down the aisles…Covid excuses are over can we get back to OPEN??!! At least until Midnight?? Please?

Worst Krogers I’ve been too. This is a very dirty Kroger store. I don’t know if they have sewer problems or if it is the freezers or refrigeration shelves but the store smells really bad past the pharmacy. I used to work at Krogers when I was 16, the stores were always kept clean. This one is in very poor condition. The shelves are always empty, they try to stock the shelves during the busiest times of the days leaving pallets in the isles so you cannot navigate around. If this app had a 0 star rating, this Krogers would receive one.
