We ordered a 12 piece family meal called ahead so we have fresh hot food. Lady said give her 45 minutes we did. I live 2 miles from store got it home wasn't fresh or hot. Some of the nastiest food ever gotten. Won't eat there again!!!!!

Came in with a bad stomach, and there was no toilet paper.I asked them to supply the bathroom, and waited as long as could. They didn't bother.So I bought some in the convenience store.The KFC employees never did a thing.

Very unhappy! This is the first time in the 5 years ive been getting food from here that I have been very disappointed in my food. The chicken strips were very small, the mashed potatoes could be poured out of the container they were so thin. The gravy was colored water, thin and no flavor. Tried to pour it over my biscuit and it just ran off it. The "honey Bbq" wings I paid $10 for were to hot for my wife to eat so I know I didnt get honey BBQ. Just a complete disaster this time around. We ate what we could. $35 and I feel it was mostly a waste of money. So sorry people don't take pride in their work like they use to. I'm not asking for a refund or a free meal. Just want to make sure someone knows.

Waited 5 minutes for order to be taken. Then pulled up to window and waited another 5 minutes to pay then waited 25 minutes for the food. We ordered the $20 bucket and they didn't have any dark meat so we had to get all white meat. And from what we could see through the window is an accident waiting to happen with all the trash on the floor.

Worst place ever. 15 mins to get food and they aren’t busy. Then they can never get our order right. Always messing everything up. Will never be back. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

This is specifically for the young Black woman who was working drive thru tonight, I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name but I feel like I bugged you enough. I’m pregnant, full on hormonal craving pregnant, and I have been craving KFC chicken littles ALL day while we were at an afternoon wedding. Anyways I really wanted some extra mayonnaise on the side with my sandwiches and AT the window she really went and made a whole side for you and I can’t thank her enough. Great customer service ❤️

Service is horrible. While the food is good, the cashier was not knowledgeable. Didn't know what items are included in combos. Person in back screaming rudely at cashier in front. Have been to this place twice. My orders were missing items each time. Will not go back.

I was visiting Brandenburg and stopped in with my family. There were 3 restaurants in one large eating area with an indoor play place. The chicken was overcooked and the play place was over 85°F on a hot summer day. The staff were friendly, although they did forget part of our order.

Wish they still had the buffet, but the food is on par with KFC standards. The only thing is the amount of plants around the front counter and dirt on the counter from them.

They say they close at 10pm but I have been here 4 times. They close between 8:30 & 9. Don't have much food after 8. It really sucks. We get out of Archery at 7: 30. 10 minutes away Time we get here what food they have left is awful. People standing in line don't get what they wantCould be better

Absolutely love this KFC they have the most friendly staff and the food is always super delicious and fresh and hot hot. I will continue to go here anytime I get to choose. I wish more places were like this one

It was absolutely horrible, and sure don't plan on going back ever again. No fries, chicken tenders was dry and really hard.Drove from Irvington to eat there and in my opinion it was a big waste of gas, time and money!!! Disgusting ass food!!

Normally there are no issues but at times they would run out of chicken. Workers will tell you how long it will be and you can chose to wait or not.

Long wait times in the drive thru. Speaker at order stations very bad quality. Multiple occasions I've had missing things in my order. That goes for both the KFC and the Long John Silvers at this location.

The biscuits were hard they could knock out a window I asked for a 16 piece when I got a 12 because they said it would take 24 minutes for me to get for a more pieces in a they cheated me out of $5
