My wife went to pick up our order. Almost $100 worth of food. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour, she received our food. And half of it was missing. She had to go back through the drive-through to receive the rest of our order. We will not be back. I thought with a new restaurant that maybe they had got their act together. But it is still the same joke that it was at the old location.

This is only my 2nd time visiting kfc since they opened thw new location. Though I'm sure it was long overdue for a renovation and everyone is most likely enjoy and appreciating the new work environment......I sadly am not happy about the long john silvers not being an option as my family never ordered the kfc only the fish and shrimp!!Putting that aside and only reviewing today's experience with what I did order and the service I did receive.10 minutes after returning home neither my husband or myself are eating at all.His because he damn near choked to death even had to give him the hymleck maneuver due to a piece of grissel from his chicken lodged in his throat. Dismissing that as something that one COULD expect from chicken.As for my nashville hot 3pc. I'm not sure what they have done to it...but it tastes worse than it looks (seen photo) sadly that's even possible !!! Fries were good thoughThe woman working the drive through clearly had an issue with her job her day her additive something was wrong....wasn't friendly at all

The manager was too worried about drive-through times to help her employees out. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a simple eight piece bucket. During that time somehow our order which was a dine inside order was sent out to drive through window. They then tried to say they did not have enough chicken to do our order that we had already paid for. There was four or five other customers there that day in the dining room that was upset. And to top that off there were several customers coming in from drive-thru that did not get their order correct some was missing food some had the completely wrong order. KFC just needs to retrain the managers to be able to train other workers and teach them to worry about having the food to be able to sell to make money

Ordered a chicken sandwich, received a chicken breast with bone in it, between the buns- instead of a chicken filet.Only realized after I took a bite. When I went to return it and get my money back, the kitchen staff sure cracked up at the fact they put a bone in chicken piece on what was supposed to be a sandwich. This was back in January- although I'm sure KFC has not changed a bit. Literally has not been any good since hmm about 20 years ago. Majority of the county agrees on that.
