We ordered two full orders of biscuits and gravy with two coffees at the drive thru. We did receive our two biscuits and gravy but it was not good at all. Unfortunately, we feel we wasted our money with this order. The gravy had no bits of sasuage in it and it was so very thin and watered down and to add it also was such a small amount of gravy it never even covered the biscuits. This was the worst order we have ever received there. I also have noticed the food from drive thru is not usually correct per our order and the quality is lacking. It use to be better than this. We only received one of our coffees and we ordered two. I wish I could report better food and service but I can't. Thank you for your time.

My dad and I went through the drive-thru and the girl with pink hair was very rude. As soon as we come to the window, she repeats an order and I say that is not our order as we placed a mobile order. She states "Yea, yea whatever pull forward" We were like huh as then she walked away. Comes back to the window and says mobile order for the name and we said yes and hands us the bag but we also had ice cream so she clapped her hands at my dad in a nasty attitude to pull forward and we do. We waited for 10 minutes and so my dad decides to go in to get the remainder and they were already sitting there. The ice cream was all melted, very rude as she did not want to deal with our order. Whoever has pink hair needs to be reported.

We went through the drive thru and ordered blizzards.I only wanted minis but they were out of mini cups. Not a problem, I ordered smalls. However, my daughter (3), wanted a brownie blizzard and I didn’t want to pay for a small size for her as she never eats that much. The guy taking our order apologized for being out of mini cups but said he could put it in their “pup cup” size dish if I was okay with it and he would even put brownie pieces on top. Made my daughters day. Going to get ice cream should be an enjoyably experience and this guy was just that..joyful. So thank you Sir, it’s nice to have someone be happy and offer up an alternative to keep customers happy.

Rotisserie chicken bites and onion ring were very good, the bread was very, very hard like it had been sitting for a while. This is only my second time at this Dairy Queen as I only work here in Brandenburg, and this time was disappointed.

I ordered my child a ice cream cake from this location, I arrived today 11/27/2021 and they had me come in and I go in and give my order to one of the workers, she started getting irritated and said I’m not dealing with this and gave it to the manager and said here you deal with this, I was a little taken back by her, then another lady walks in behind me and another worker walks around and greeted me, then the lady behind me asked a question so that worker asked the first lady her request and she thought it was me and said she is going to have to wait because she went back to look for her cake, the worker said its not her it a different lady, then she yells out this is annoying, this is so annoying, she apparently was having a bad day, so Angel and another gentleman gives me my cake and I noticed the roses were a little smashed I was like no big deal but I told the guy I had to pay for the cake, he begins to walk away and the worker who greeted me asks if she could ring me up and I guess he said yes because she went to ring me up and angel asks her what she was doing, and she said he told her he could ring me up, well I spoke up and said I needed to pay as well that the online wouldn’t let me pay. I paid and left, well when I got home and opened the cake some of the other area was also dented, Angel ended up calling me and said I could come back and get my money back, well I drove all back over and she refused to give me my money after telling me over the phone she would!Update:After the way they treated me: I honestly don’t recommend doing business with this DQ again it’s a shame you try to keep it local business but the way they treated me it was very sad!I just came to pick my child’s birthday cake up I honestly couldn’t believe it was so overwhelming for that young lady to get a cake!I just wanted to say I have only visited this DQ maybe 5 times out of the 22 years I have lived in this area!This was the first time I was treated like that here!I never received any money back on this cake either, it really wasn’t about that anyway it was the way they treated me! I don’t even know any of these people personally so I honestly don’t know what I did to deserve that!

I was attempting to post a new review after 3 years..I'm not sure what is going on. We ordered specifically, a fish sandwich combo, a hot dog, vanilla ice cream, orange juice and a chicken tender basket. We received a bacon triple cheeseburger combo, a sweet tea, no orange juice ..and we waited 28.4 minutes. Go there at your own risk.

They have no idea what they're doing in there when the main manager is not around they literally today would not cook any food until 11:00 I tried to walk in and order a chicken strip basket and they said that they wasn't doing it This is unacceptable this is not how a business is ran these little teenagers need to be fired and adults need to be working to actually get stuff done cuz all they want to do is twiddle their thumbs and be on their phone. I will be contacting corporate.

This is the worst dairy queen location i’ve been to in my 25 years.. No matter what blizzard flavor i order i always just get plain vanilla. They add almost no toppings or if you pick a flavor that has puree that’s needs to blended, it doesn’t even get blended at all and it’s just vanilla ice cream…Such a disappointment every time.

This is directed towards one employee. Everything else about the staff and restaurant were perfect. A kid came in with his mom's credit card and was immediately rude to the Supervisor/manager running the register at the time. Demanding a mixed blizzard. Making snark comments and then saying "this is an ugly blizzard" and going back out to his mom's car. I initially thought it was a customer, but found out soon enough that he was an employee. Not clocked in yet, mind you, but still reflecting the company. He did this in front and to multiple other employees and customers. He stated he wasn't "mad just tired". He was probably 16 and on the shorter side with his work shirt tucked into his jeans. I didn't catch a name but wanted to shed some light on it because it was completely unacceptable. I worked as a supervisor and assistant manager for 10 years and if I had seen that, he would've been asked to leave, reprimanded, or fired on the spot. A very toxic attitude and work environment and he just got away with it. I noticed a camera above the service counter so it shouldn't be hard to spot. This was on 7/20/23 at around 3:48PM.

Poor excuse of customer service is what they offer.We went inside to eat and waited a few minutes before one of the employees addressed us, placed order and waited for food. 15 mins goes by and we go up to the counter asking why we haven't had our food brought to our table yet. The kid asked if we had been in the drivethru to which we said no inside the restaurant the whole time. Manger came up and did the refund to which she just said sorry without looking at us and walked away. Poor customer service and we saw 5 employees and they had maybe 4 cars in the drive thru and just us inside the restaurant 2 new sets of inside customers came in as we were getting ready to walk out.

Just came from there , nothing was clean in the lobby. You can tell some of the sauce have been on the table for a while , employees looked like they were just standing or sitting around. The cashier seemed nice and polite , but will not be coming back due to the lobby. I work in fast food and lord forbid if we left our lobby like that.

Waited over 10 mins to get help, during that my daughter threw up. One employee offered to clean it up, the manager yelled at her to sit down and he would get it. We waited another 15 mins for food and the throw up still wasn’t cleaned up. I offered to clean it but he stated he would get it cleaned up. After we finally got our food we didn’t even get our drinks.

This is the new location in Brandenburg, they moved about 2 miles down the road, closer to the busy stretch in town. This is a really nice place to grab a burger and fries or to just grab an ice cream treat with family and friends. I went to the drive thru today, March 17 2023, to get my wife a banana split but they were out of bananas. I got all of us blizzards and we were all good. Still a really good place to grab a quick bite or take a date, or whatever you might be doing.

New location and it’s a really nice restaurant. To me DQ food is the same no matter which DQ you go to,.. what makes it different is the atmosphere. Service was good,. Cleanliness not so much! It was not busy, it was early afternoon and every table needed wiped down, floors were dirty, bathrooms were dirty, soda counter had soda spilled/dried on it.

We placed an order for one small vanilla cone. I was a little shocked that they didn’t just go ahead and make it right then because that’s a very simple task. However we sat and watched them serve the people who ordered food ahead of us the people that ordered food after us a GrubHub order that came in after we got there. I went up to the counter to find out what the deal was only to be told that the order wasn’t on the screen. When I ask if someone deleted it I was told no they don’t delete orders and they acted like it was no big deal that I’ve been waiting 13 minutes for a simple small vanilla cone. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the general manager was not there and they cannot give out his personal number. I asked for the district or regional managers office number and I was again told they were not allowed to give that out. When I tried to call the number on the receipt as well as the phone number that comes up on Google it doesn’t even connect you to a business line that tells you that you reach Dairy Queen. It connects you to some British voicemail that tells you to just leave a message so you have no idea who you’re calling. I think Brandenburg Dairy Queen has put a fake number on Google and on their receipts.

The restaurant was filthy, every table was dirty. Ice cream had the consistency of mashed potatoes.The manager gave me my money back, but did not bother to ask me what the problem was.Very disappointed, will not be back

I have eaten peanut buster parfait for years. I have all ways gotten an abundance of chocolate sauce and peanuts. This time I got maybe a teaspoon of chocolate and about a dozen peanuts. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be back. It cost me 6 bucks each. We bought 2. If I wanted just ice cream I could have gotten it from kroger for under 4 bucks.

Good coffee. The breakfast menu is superb. And the eggs are made to order! The staff is friendly, and helpful. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine is weird, but a nice thing to have in the store. The soft serve is wonderful dairy treats, and make sure you get a blizzard. Avoid during peak because you'll have a delay in receiving your food.

I just paid almost $7.00 for a melted blizzard that was running down the sides of the cup!! If the ice cream machine was broken, she said!!! Then tell me when I ordered!! And there was no way she could have turned it upside down it would have all poured out!! Very disappointed!! Make it right and send me a coupon for a free one or maybe two free ones!! This was in Brandenburg and probably won’t go back!!
