Normally very helpful but today I called and told them my 4 month old puppy had been throwing up spit and I was told “she needs to be seen” so I call around seeing if I can get anyone to take me as I’m underage and home alone well finally we get there and I get told that I was never told to bring her in and they close in 40 minutes and because “they were full” but there was no one waiting and they wouldn’t let me wait until a doctor was ready upsetting I have to take my obviously sick dog back home and wait until tomorrow because I didn’t have a appointment a vets office should be ready to help if not right away as fast as they can I’m sorry.

The people there are very kind and courteous and they were fantastic with my baby. They took very good care of him and they were very inexpensive I will give them 10 Stars if it was available. I will start taking all of my animals there because they are the best I have seen in a very long time! As a matter of fact they are fantastic I couldn't give them a better review if I tried. God bless them for being so good to my fur baby answer me as well excellent service excellent attitudes and they are all about giving your fur babies the best care they could possibly get. 100% the best around! 🐾♥️

I've never been to a vet's office where you feel the caring for yourself and your "furry family member" as soon as you walk in the door. They took care of my best friend as well as soothing my "nerves" about her procedure. I would recommend these caring, patient and professional people to anyone asking where they should take their pet for anything. I can't leave enough stars to represent how professional as well as personally caring these folks are, from the Doctor down to the staff at the desk they're the best!

I have taken many animals to Dr. Benham and Cornerstone has always been very helpful and understanding. They send messages to remind me when they are due for shots and even call to see how my sick animals are doing. They are extremely compassionate. Highly recommend Cornerstone.

I can't remember the last time one of my animals got the care that my chihuahua got at this Animal hospital! There by far the best around that I have seen in years and I live in Louisville and I would drive there in a heartbeat just to see the treatment that my animals get they're 100% courteous, kind and professional! And they show me and my animal the utmost respect I would recommend them to anyone!

My cat was having potty issues on Dec. 7th, was really worried, called and they were able to get me in the next day, this is the first time we've tried them.Day of appt: staff was very kind, helpful and explained any confusion i had. Price is a little high but it was the best vet care that we've recieved so worth the money. thank you to the staff.

Had a seizing cat and while they claim to be an emergency clinic they couldn't guarantee the kitten would be seen that day given it was early on a Friday morning. Nor could they provide any instructions that may help alleviate any issues. We took the poor kitten to another clinic where they did a quick review and said to give her Dramamine and fluids. And made her appointment for the following Monday and all is well with her. It's a shame to call yourselves an emergency vet when they can't handle an emergency.

Absolutely the best vet around. Today was my kittens first visit and the staff treated us so great. Friendly, polite and caring! The Dr was outstanding and I'm glad my fur babies have a great place to go. Great first impression and I know that I can trust my animals will receive the best care.

I have 4 dogs and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. The staff at Cornerstone are top notch, they know each pet by name and they treat them like their own. Dr. Benham was amazing as always! 5 stars hands down!

Excellent service from the time the receptionist answered the phone and through out our visit. Dr. Benham and his staff are very friendly. Excellent service and prices. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. They provide top notch care for my three dogs.

These people actually Care!Took in an abandoned dog that we found along highway 135 in Indiana.We had no idea the extent of her injuries.When we found her she looked like she had been running wild for at least a month or so and had pounds of matted hair attached to her body.We had cleaned that off and given her a good bath and conditioning before we took her into the doctor's the next morning.We pointed out some skin lesions that seemed to be the worst of an allover body rash. But wasn't sure if she had actually been hit by a car.The doctor wanted to make sure that she had a clear picture of the animals health and that we were covering all of the bases, even though we had a budget to adhere to; so the doctor covered the blood work herself.These people are kind and compassionate to all.What a blessing they have been.I'm happy to say that all of her blood work came back Good!❤

Dr. Benham is very caring, takes his time during your visit and genuinely seems to care for your pet and your family. Let my best friend go yesterday and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but I can say Dr. B and staff were comforting, understanding and compassionate every step of the way.

My 4 year old male cat suddenly became blocked and even though this is a almost certain death sentence for cats, Dr. Benham and his team, were amazing in pulling all the stops to try and save my baby boy’s life. I’m almost certain the reason my baby is alive is because of the team at this clinic. I have been a customer and always will be. Their pet care is phenomenal.

Dr. Benham and the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond when it comes to saving the lives of pets. I recently had to have a c-section on one of my Scottish Terriers who couldn't give birth because of a huge litter. They worked tirelessly to save the puppies and my mama. I am happy to report 5 healthy puppies and a mama who is doing great!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian. Unethical and unprofessional. I live five minutes away and now take my pets to Louisville for vet visits.We scheduled an appointment because we were told our cat needed vaccinations. Our cat wasn’t feeling well so we called and they told us to bring him by for a check-up. When we dropped him off they said, because he wasn’t feeling well, he wouldn’t be given any vaccinations. After checking his records, they confirmed he didn’t need any vaccinations anyway.They called us a few hours later and told us he seemed to be feeling fine and that his vaccinations were done. We asked why he was given vaccinations when we were told he would not be and also told he didn’t need any. They told us the vet tech who had told us no shots would be given and that he didn’t need shots had to leave for a doctors appointment. The vet tech also claimed that our OWN notes in his carrier said he needed vaccinations. They claimed they had given him a shot the month before when we hadn’t been there in four months. They have no idea what they’re doing and they do things without prior approval solely for financial gain. Unethical. Then when I told them I wasn’t paying for something I hadn’t agreed to, they told us we wouldn’t be given the records for the vaccinations if they weren’t paid. Unprofessional.

We have been taking our diabetic dog here for years and I called to try and get him looked at because he is not eating, and cannot keep water down and they first told me that they would try and fit him in to be seen and then came back to the phone and told me that since he is diabetic and will more than likely need to be hospitalized that I needed to take him to Louisville Metro animal hospital....they wouldn’t even fit him in to be looked at...and on top of that they must not even keep in his chart how much vetsulin THEY told me to give my dog because I requested a refill from chewy and they are always good about shipping ASAP but this time there was a delay and it was because they were waiting on cornerstone to approve the prescription, so I get a call from the vet wanting to know how many units of vetsulin I am giving my dog...that is something I would think they keep track of since that is what they told me to give him and we have been required to bring him in for an appointment every few months for a glucose test to make sure the 6 units is still the right amount. Not to mention we were just there maybe month ago for that and supposedly the 6 units was still enough. I had no problems out of this vet until now. I definitely will not be bringing any of my animals back to this place. Do not recommend!!!

I brought my puppy into this vet on a late night emergency, and my very first time as well. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I went straight into a room for my pup to be seen, so I'll definitely be returning.P.s. our puppy is doing much better.

took good care of my Baby Boy in his last hour's. Think i miss understood them on price when i called. It turned out to be higher then i was told but that doesn't bother me any. Least my baby was taking really good care of, and they gave me all the time i needed to say my finely good bye's. THANK Y"ALL SO VERY MUCH.

My dog went for many check ups and they said nothing was wrong. They were never worried or very helpful with her. Now to find out she had cancer all along and they did not catch it. Would not recommend this vet. They are not as caring for the animals as they should be.

I was so happy to find Dr. Benham's new facility outside Brandenburg. (I had been sad to lose him in Brandenburg). His handling of neutering my two male cats was gentle and confident, with clear instructions of after-care. I appreciate the way Dr. Benham patiently and thoroughly shares information when I consult with him about the kitties. I like being able to conveniently buy flea & pest treatment from them, too, with courteous & friendly staff, .
