Bluegrass has always been our vet. Recently our manecoon, Chewy got sick again and to be put down. They were absolutely wonderful!! The girls up front can be a little gruff and yes they are pricey but they positively love your animal like they're own!! They always remember the animals name and special lil quirks about them.

Dr G and staff have treated one of our dogs every 2 weeks for over a year. Laser, acupuncture, shots, etc. for his bad back. They are so good we drive almost an hour one way to get there

Rude front desk people. No sympathy for both my cats dying. Im just asking for old vet papers to get a new vet because everything is too expensive here. They Sent the records to the wrong email the first time I asked for them. They’re plainly rude for their services costing a arm and a leg.

Dr Williams, Ashley and Debbie are the best our Little Joe had 16 teeth pulled but he is getting better each day and I can't thank them enough for taking care of our little guy so wonderfully!!!

We took our Boxer here because he had some lumps that were cancerous. They were very nice and polite, helpful and they went out of their way to put my wife and stepdaughter at ease about what was happening. I would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of issues with their pets!

so thankful for the vets and staff !! My boy had a severe allergic reaction to something and had hives. They took extraordinary care for our baby boy and got him back home with us with in a few hours. Highly recommend !!!

They are wonderful! They’re very informative! They were quick to answer my questions and were happy to do so! The entire staff was incredibly polite and respectful! I brought in a sick chicken, and they were so helpful with the entire process from explaining the diagnosis, treatment, and after care!

Excellent Doctor Williams, tech Ashley, and their support staff. They take excellent care of our young dog. This Vet and his staff really really care about fur babies. Dogs or Cats. Doesn't matter. They care. Our puppy's knee surgery went very well. Lots of good in home instruction following post surgery care. Our puppy seems better all ready. All our thanks to Dr. WILLIAMS AND HIS STAFF ! I would highly recommend all your service needs be fulfilled here.

I gave them a 2 because the ladies that answer the phones/work at the desk are very nice. But I had 2 of my cats fixed a couple weeks ago, and while I was picking them up I could hear one of the workers screaming at a cat in the back to go to sleep. Definitely made me uncomfortable and made me wonder how my cats were treated without my presence.

I schedule an appointment with a specific doctor to have x-rays and they went on to do x-rays knowing that doctor was not there. They said nothing was wrong. My dog has been limping in pain for a month. Called to get scheduled for x-rays AGAIN with the doctor I wanted the first time. Now the appointment day comes and they didn't even put her on the schedule and she's just been barely walking around in pain. I'm really upset in how this office have been running.

Had a slight emergency with my dog and they seen him immediately and got him all taken care of. Had a question about the wound a couple days later sent some pictures got a very fast response on some additional after action care and didn't have to bring him in again. Very professional staff. Highly recommend

Took my 9 week in for her exam and booster; everyone was so so kind and welcoming! They were great with my pup and were able to assist me with everything that i needed. I was in and out in no time but never felt rushed or like my pup wasn't taken care of. She was in great hands and made my puppy feel comfortable and safe! Great place to go; definitely recommend for all your animals needs.

I have been trying to get someone to do an in home euthanasia since oct of last year, multiple calls, promises to call me back with no call backs forced me to find another option. This had been our dogs vet since we moved here. Don't recommend taking your pets there

Most everyone in this office is super nice to customers. Brittany the groomer was awesome to deal with! Our cat loved her and he was a very finicky cat. I loved the vet! Only saw the Mrs. and she was as nice as friendly as could be. thank you so much for this opportunity to share feelings...

Took my new baby girl Puppy in for her first shots. The office was great with us. They got us set up on a shot schedule and now our puppy is ready for the world.They had a serious condition dog in the office at the same time but everyone was so professional, I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my pets there.

The vets here are very knowledgeable and caring. Our Mia had a crushed elbow when we adopted her and the whole staff took great care with her and researched her situation so she could keep her leg. I would recommend this facility without hesitation to anyone. The front office ladies are also great and very helpful.

I have an Anatolian Shepherd who is very large and doesn't get get off the farm much. Everyone was great with handling him and I was thrilled the Vet was knowledgable about the breed. When I made my appointment I mentioned I wanted to discuss the pros and cons of neutering at his age. The Vet was aware of my request and she spent a lot of time giving me information that did not appear to be biased either way. I really appreciated the effort. The prices are reasonable as well. This is an all around great place to take your animals.

Definitely recommend this vet!!!! We called here hoping they would see our fur baby who was very sick when the vet we had been originally taking our dog to in town did not want to see him, and they fit him right in that day. And even though the outcome was not what I wanted to hear and we had to say goodbye to our furbaby, I really appreciate them fitting him in and doing everything they could to help comfort him. We will definitely be switching all of our other furbabies veterinary care over to this vet!

I have 4 dogs and use to take them to this vet for years, however once they moved locations and expanded the service went down. The price wasn't bad but we have a diabetic poodle and after years of service and glucose test we get or 1 year vet visit, from the vet. Go to check out and the back tech says 3 month visit? Um no the paper from him says 1 year, here it is? Should I get another vet? Receptionist says well maybe you should! What no thank you and haven't been back. Our baby is very well taken care of we spend about 90 bucks for his 2 dose of insulin a day which last only a month, not counting needles, the special W/D food that's 27 pounds for a month and half for 76 bucks, he's are golden poodle. Lol He hasn't change in his insulin in a couple of years and having us come back every 3 month for more cost is ridicule. Can't believe staff is so rude. Will not be back or recommend any more. Sad it's changed to the money and not the pets care.

My boxer cut her paw she was bleeding bad this was at 3.30 pm I called the vet I was told to bring her in tomorrow morning I had to take her to Louisville. That a good vet to put off and emergency. I will find a new one .

These ppl are wonderful with our beagle Gussaferd!!! They are always so good to us and him and pricing is decent. Even if it may be a bit more than say other places in Louisville being able to stay close to home makes it worth it! Gus does so well when he gets his nails done there along with other vet services (and he loves the cheese and pupperonis! 🤭😉)

Great service, excellent care, understanding and personable. I'd recommend this vet first and foremost for anyone. Not only are they good with the basic cats and dogs, but "exotics" like rabbits too.

I've taken 2 female dogs and a male cat here for shots, spay, and neuter and they are always super friendly. The animals were not scared to be there and they acted normal when they came home. No problems after surgery and they sent home pain meds. Very straight forward with the bill they tell you before your appointment how much each thing costs.

I absolutely love them. Super friendly. My cats don't really like new people but loved them and let them hold them and pet them and check them out no problems.
