How to describe this store? Well, it's like a department store but full of clearance items. Sort of like Ollie's if you have ever been there. But this store is NICE ok? It doesn't have that ransacked look common to clearance and "going out of business" stores.

The young lady/cashier was kind, however there was an item on my receipt almost $10 that i did not purchase Nor was it in my bag.

Big Lots has changed alot. It used to be more of a discount close out store. I am not a fan of the change. The staff and the store were very pleasant though.

This store is always really clean and uncluttered, which is a big difference from the way most Big Lots stores are usually. They have a decent selection of odds and ends. They have a really nice selection of furniture like sofas, sectionals, bedroom sets and even some patio furniture.

Let me preface by saying I am not a bargain shopper. I went to this Big Lots, in Brandenburg, KY, and I was surprised at how well the store was laid out. The stock was quality merchandise and the store, still pretty new, was clean and tidy. My wife was shopping but even though I wasn't looking I found some nice things that would go well in my mother's bathroom. The lawn furniture had a good selection and would be something I may return to purchase soon. I may have to rethink what bargain buying is again. Thanks Big Lots... Never thought I'd say that! Lol

This is a brand new store. Very friendly staff. Lots of stuff in stock. Great Grand Opening deals. Wonderful store layout. Clearly marked areas. I can't wait to go back. I live in Corydon Indiana, the store is in Brandenburg Ky. Wish we had one in Corydon.

I am glad they finally did something with this building. I know this place is a hot spot being new and all, but they really need to stop asking every customer if they want to apply for credit. The store is insanely to crowded to cause that long of a check out line.
