I don't know if there's a day when all is well as I have been here TWICE with FAILED RESULTS from both visits. 1st trip, they were unable to fulfill even 25% of our on-line order that was "ready for pickup", and the second visit was for an oil change, but the service person LIED and said that my brakes were to the floor . Even after I explained in front of his manager that I JUST drove down from michigan, SHE didn't want to bother checking for herself and still made me wait for SEVERAL MORE MINUTES before i was ALLOWED to leave! WTH? Either provide the products and services you advertise or SHUT YOUR DOORS!

Brenda at Jackson Hewitt got me in 15 minutes earlier than scheduled and was extremely professionally efficient for my needs. I'm going through a rough divorce with 5 kids that I can't claim at the moment so she helped to lower my filing fee. I greatly appreciate her and thank you for having such a caring employee. Empathy goes along way for not only clients but businesses as well. I look forward to returning next year.

Ok, this is my second time here. I thought the first time was a fluke. 👎 no. I was basically searched going INTO the dressing room where the lady was less than pleased that I wanted to try anything on. Then, as I was using the self checking system, something wouldn't scan & they unloaded all my bags and made sure I'd scanned all my things. I had... Then 6 ft away at the exit, I'm stopped again! And every thing searched again. I spent over $200. 😒 and I am treated like a petty thief!! Never going to this walmart again. EVER!

I’ll just turn the other cheek! Be careful what you buy here. I bought a night light suppose to include the battery it did not. Then I bought a tire inflator that does not work. Stay alert!

I went to Walmart today in bowing green Kentucky I walked around in the grocery department to buy some stuff this guy Walmart employee started making fun of what I was wearing was a purple LSU shirt and us marine hat am a veteran the employee hates Americans veteran and people from Louisiana he started getting loud and trying to show off in the from of other employees he work in the grocery stalking self he has a no hair on his head he no to respect the American veteran and not make fun of other people four what they have on I will be calll my lawyer tomorrow to get him fired from Walmart

This Walmart is probably my favorite Walmart in town. Shelves are always stocked and cleaned. The customer is great. Never have any issues with anything here. Very surprising. Parking lot is huge and has lots of near parking available. Nice online pickup delivery area as well.

Went to go look at a phone holder and they had all of them locked up. Asked for them to open them so I could see a few and because I didn't know exactly what one I wanted they refused to open the case. Went to Meijer and got what I needed. Terrible service and want to make everyone out as a thief for trying to shop and spend money in their store.

Clean, friendly and well stocked considering current circumstances. Great deals on television's. Wish I was home because there were several perishable items I needed that are out of stock at home. Oh and friendly employees, I guess I looked a little lost looking for the seafoam and was quickly helped.

Actually awfully terrible, I don't know how much time I've wasted checking online inventory at this store to find of course the only thing I went for is not in stock.Just completely ignore what's said to be in stock and don't waste your or your friends time asking them to get something walmart says it has in stock.

I am not always a Walmart fan but I think they are winning me over. They actually had what I needed after going to 3 other stores. The employee are very courteous and helpful. The check out system needs a little work. I moved a bag to get to the next one and the machine froze up. It said item wasn’t scanned. Way too sensitive but I do understand because of those who don’t like to pay for things.I will probably use Walmart more often but just be careful at the check out.

Walmart has everything anyone ever needs. Pharmacy, food quality excellent, clothing priced too high though. Can't afford to cloth your whole family on a tight budget.

This store always looks so filthy and the restrooms are really gross. I even saw a huge spider, (it looked like a brown recluse,) go under one of the lingerie racks.Plenty of shelves are bare and their personal shoppers will run you over if you aren't on the lookout for them. If they knock into your cart they don't even apologize, they just keep going.A lot of the employees are rude, especially the team leads. There's one named "Annette" who has blonde-poofy hair who looks and acts like trash. Every time I see her, she's putting down someone under her or gossiping about someone else.I dont know why the management has let this store go downhill, but I'm going to start shopping at the Bowling Green Walmart from now on.

At times, there are so many people in an aisle that the employees that are trying to restock have trouble and are in the way. I think that they should wait until they close before they restock shelves, unless it is necessary.

What a waste of my time trying to buy a simple gift.1st No employee at the jewelry counter and there is no obvious way to call for assistance. So I go do my other shopping.2nd time around had to wait while employee was helping by opening a locked case another customer but it wasn't just her unlocking the case, the employee and customer were discussing and comparing different pieces of jewelry. She knew I was waiting. I knew what I wanted and it should only have taken less than a few seconds. When the customer finally stopped having a conversation and picked what she wanted the employee said she had to walk the items to the register. So I calmly and patient wait for her to return. By this time it's been more than 20 minutes. Oh and I have a baby with me that is getting more impatient by the minute but I'm keeping my cool.When she finally returns I show her the item I would like and she tells me okay but I dont know what key to use. After trying all her keys she says she'll have to go find another set. I calmly wait. She returns and those keys don't work. She calls someone to help but their keys don't work either and says oh this case is new. She leaves again and upon her return I'm told a that they key is broken. It would take a lock of force to break one of those little glass case keys (don't approve being lied to). This completely wasted my time.What is the point of buying inventory, paying to have it shippped to the store, labor to put it out for sale and locking it up with no way for a customer to actual purchase the products. Instead WalMart just dangles it in from of you like maybe you can buy this or maybe you can't.

Walmart customer service is horrible anymore. They want you to be a cashier without training or benefits. Then they do not trust that you did a good job and stop you at the door.

Went back to deli to ask if they had naan dippers in the freezer. Stood there for 10 to 15 mins . No one helped me. Four people back there. One lady weighing meat , others never ask me if they could help. No customer service there.

Do NOT buy a car Battery here. They will not honor your warranty. Our battery will not stay charged and it has a 3 yr warranty. From '22

This Walmart always is well stocked, has friendly personnel, and decent prices. When I didn’t have $2.23 checking out one day a kind employee literally put her card in self check out and pay for it for me which absolutely blew me out of the water because normally I do that for people! They are very quick with getting my online orders together and getting them out in an efficient manner. All around fantastic store

For over 3 months I have not received my online orders! I highly recommend going a different route for shopping and not using Walmart+! Customer service was poor and offered a discount if I spend more than $25

The suggestion i have is for people to use the line with people in it cause there are people that have been charged with shoplifting using the self checkout, human contact is the best but good place all-around

Walmart has there gizmos where the cashier scans your groceries and puts them in the plastic grocery bags.They do this and I always take the bag and put it in the cart. Today, Margie (who’s name tag showed 5 years of service) loaded my bags into my shopping cart.Margie was pleasant and it was very refreshing! 5 stars for Margie at the Campbell Lane Walmart in Bowling Green, KY!You made my day! Thank you!

Never any lines so self checkout is fast. Have had a couple of issues with picking up online orders. On more than 1 occasion. I have showed up to get my groceries, called them, no answer, called again no answerHad to get out go inside to service desk and wait until someone went to retrieve them. It's like they give me a pick up time of 8:30, but everyone goes home at 8;00And the last time they showed no record of the order. But in-store experience has been great.
