This pharmacy is an absolute joke especially when you have a sick child. We went to drive thru first and no one came to window. We then decided to go inside and stand in line for another 10 minutes. Then was told it would be another 15 minutes on prescription. Go wait in car 15 minutes. Go back to window. Sit there for 10 minutes before someone comes to window. Said it will be another 10 minutes on last medicine. At this point we've waited well over an hour for medicine and that's after it was called in 20 minutes before we even go to the store! There's shouldn't even be an option to give 1 star, they don't even deserve that.

In all my years of picking up medications for my family and myself at any pharmacy, Aaron has provided the best customer I have ever received. It was a nice change to see such nice, friendly, helpful customer service. Five stars for Aaron!

Horrible!! I don't need meds much but I will never use this place again! First time they gave me a hard time because my prescription was called in from Vanderbilt. 50 mile radius was to far away for them to give me the meds. They had to over ride the system for me to get um. Second time dealing with this place they didn't have the meds that my Dr called in the day before. They then told me they were going to get it sent over to them and will have it by the end of the day. So I go the next day only for them not to have it yet. 2 days is late late late.... So now I have to wait on the other Walgreens to get it ready.... What a mess they have going on. I will never use them again!

Cashier didn’t allow me to use the restroom, because he said: they are closed for the night?! This is a 24hr store, I’m a customer! Who just paid for an item an you didn’t allow me to use your restroom!! WALGREENS please do better !

Usually have no issues with getting meds, but this past experience was terrible. I already knew it would take 30+ minutes for them to receive and fill my prescription, so I went to get food. When I got there they said that it wasn’t ready and if I came in they would fill it. I am sick and don’t want to expose any body but I went in willingly. Went in and they said it would take awhile and that I could sit down or come back. I chose to leave and come back and have them another 30 min. At this point it’s been an hour. I then came back and they told me they are working on it and to wait a couple of min. At this point it’s been 2 hours. Rude service.

Drive thru for ANY prescription takes about 30+ mins to get to ya. The lines will be backed up and won’t move for another good 30 mins. This is the WORSE pharmacy to get your medicine due to the slowness. They are rude, and seem to not care how slow they take when trying to get the lines down.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. Waited 5 hours for medication for my sick child. Showed up and once again told to wait 30 min then was completely ignored at the register like I was a ghost.

The photo print service is great here, but the pharmacy is awful. Service is horrible. They take forever. Hours to get my prescription. They don’t answer if you call. Says online it closes at 12 but actually 10 p.m. They also have a random lunch break in the middle of the day that isn’t posted anywhere online so I went there and it was closed during normal hours.

If only I could do zero stars. If you have any other option in the world DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! Extremely rude staff, obviously no clue what they're doing and extremely slow doesn't come close to describing it.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy of choice for many many years but they are not the same anymore. Today I’ve been waiting since 10:30 am. It’s 7 pm now and finally got a text her meds are ready. I go, stand in line forever, and told her meds still are not ready. So back home again still waiting to get what she needs. This is our last time using Walgreens. Have more consideration for your patients than this. Over 8 hours and it’s still not ready after saying it is is completely unacceptable.

Definitely NOT the corner of happy or healthy… I am not one to leave reviews, but this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do not go here for literally anything from photo to pharmacy. As far as the pharmacy goes, I have to remind them EVERY SINGLE TIME a prescription is in, that I actually need my prescription. It will say that they received it, and until I go in and tell them I need my mood stabilizer and antidepressants other wise I could literally be a danger to myself. As soon as I tell them, they say oh we will get that now! Another thirty minutes go by and I get a call saying they are ready, then I have to wait another 30 minutes in line. They do not understand that these medicines could greatly affect the health of their customers.As far as photo, I put in an order for a same day canvas for a photo session I took that day for a family. The website said it would only take one hour. I wanted to surprise them with a canvas when I showed them their photos. I ordered at 2pm, and I planned to send them their photos that night. I called at 3:51 when it said it would be done. And the employee spoke with much apathy saying that she hadn’t printed it out yet, and that she would do it, but that she would give it to the next person when they come in. Not to my surprise, I came in later that night giving up hope that I would get to deliver the canvas, and I saw my canvas laid lazily on the back table. I was really offended, and no one in the store knew how to do it. The poor manager obviously was carrying all of the work of the store, and he told me that he would have the morning staff do it right in the morning. I came in at 2 pm the next day and they just were putting it in the box when I was walking in. I told them my situation, and he refused to give me any compensation or refund despite their policy to do so. I didn’t think to check it while I was there, and when I got home, I opened it only to find a large black streak where the photo was supposed to be white.I will NEVER do business with them ever again. It’s ridiculous.

Our experience was ridiculous. They are severely understaffed. I realize it is not their fault. I called about 8pm and called 3 times before it was verified that they had my husband’s prescription. She told me they would have it done right before they closed at 10pm. I waited in line at the drive through about an hour. 20-30 minutes of that was at the window WAITING for someone, anyone to come to the window. By the time someone was able to, she informed me that they didn’t have anyone there to even fill the prescription but that we could come back in the morning. We live about 45 minutes away from this Wallgreens. We will be calling the doctor in the morning to have them switch us to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacist claimed that he couldn't fill my prescription because my psychiatrist lives a town away even though I live in Bowling Green. I've never heard of this in my life. To me it just sounded like someone who didn't want to do his job. All I needed was to know if they had it in stock or not but I guess it's classified information.Don't bother coming here because you'll just get lazy pharmacists who don't want to do their job and will treat you like a criminal JUST for having a psychiatrist in Glasgow even though it's legal to see someone outside of your town if they're still in the same state.

The Walgreens at the corner of 31W and Broadway needs better pharmacy people. I should not have to wait at the window for 10 minutes because they are ALL taking a break at the same time. I was almost late for work rhis morning just to get told my prescription wasn't ready.

They like to tell you they haven't received the script. Send you back to the prescriber who says they did indeed send it. Walgreens has it and just hasn't filled it or there is an issue with their system that they should absolutely be aware of at this point that they have zero intentions of fixing.

For the past few months the service here has been ridiculous. I have been patient with you guys and very reluctant to file a complaint or bad review hoping it would change. I don’t think I have ever left a bad review for anyone but you all need to get it together. I try to call because it literally takes over 45 minutes to get to the window for assistance and I can’t ever get the prescription on time. Nobody ever answers the phone even after waiting an hour on hold. My son had medicine that he needed for over a month and wasn’t filled. It was ordered one time after waiting 2 weeks I went to get it and was told it was stored improperly and then it was reordered and the store still did not have it a month later. Had it sent to Kroger and it was filled the same day and then his other prescription was lost and I waited well over an hour in total before I was told to go home and wait for a call that it was found. I don’t blame the workers they are very nice and super apologetic. Someone needs to help this store. Maybe get new managers.

The slowest most argumentative pharmacy i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. tried to tell me to change doctors for my psychiatrist that i was comfortable with because she was in elizabethtown and that they wouldn’t fill my prescription if i didn’t. the wait times are always super long. tried to skip me And then gave me attitude because I thought in the express pass lane absolutely horrible customer service

What an absolute JOKE for a pharmacy, let alone a business that is listed on the New York Stock Exchange! Absolutely garbage customer service. Phone systems NEVER work, dropped calls, hold for 45min or longer. Pharmacy can NEVER keep medications in stock! And all they can ever offer are apologies, to hell with your apologies...try running your business like professionals! You clear BILLIONS of dollars every year, do better! Absolute WASTE OF TIME!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Walked in and nobody greeted me at the counter. Then, had to wait for anyone to acknowledge me standing there. After a while, the drive thru pharmacy technician said someone would be right with me. Finally, the same pharmacy technician turn to one of his coworkers and said "Hey, can you help the line that's forming?" His coworker looked at him and said, "Yeah, I know." And continued to do what she was doing. Then, after a little while she finally came up to the counter and said, "Yeah, what can I do for you?" Super rude.

Just got back 9:30 PM. My wife and I had a appointment for COVID booster shots at 9 and 9:15. Pharmacy was all closed up so had to beat on the shutters twice before anyone opens them. He says that it would be awhile before he could get to us. Well there were at least 15 to 20 cars waiting in the drive thru. There may have been someone working the window but could not see them, so this guy was counting pills. I don’t blame him but they new someone was coming for shots so I blame the manager and he needs to be fired if that is the best he can do for costumer service.

This is one of the worst pharmacies in all of Bowling Green. They NEVER pick up their phones and if by chance they do they’ll hang up on you instead of putting you on hold. They also hold your prescriptions hostage and won’t let other pharmacies transfer them.

They VERY rudely turn people away from getting their vaccine boosters even if you have an appointment. If you don’t want to stay to do your job and give people their shots then don’t advertise that you have open appointments past 8 pm. It’s really that simple.

I got in at 5:20 to pickup photos that were ready and am now leaving at 5:49. For the 5pm “rush hour” there was one poor young woman working the front register with at one point probably 12 customers in line and two of us at the photo counter. Not once did her coworker, Nickolaus, that was in the back eating Pizza and cake look at the cameras and acknowledge that she needed help. His well planned pizza break at 5pm was more important (not much thought behind that or management oversight I guess?) I even knocked on the door and with a mouthful of food he told me he was on a break and would be back in a bit. Some woman walked in who looks like maybe she was a regional and suddenly the manager Jen appeared out of nowhere and shortly after Nickolaus appeared. He didn’t apologize for the wait or have the logic to go help the young lady (tall, pretty black woman I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) at the front. Moral of the story, how about multiple people in place at different counters for the 5pm rush so there isn’t a 8-12 person line and not taking breaks during peak times?? Management could use some coaching I guess.

I used to work here from the end of 2018 to the end of 2019. This place has really gone down. It's not the store's fault I've been told. It's the district manager's fault. Apparently, this person is too worried about "metrics" than customer care. It was great when I worked there (with the exception of 2 people I worked with), but when I see cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru at 6pm, rx need to be sent to a different pharmacy. 🤷‍♂️

We got to Walgreens at 5 til 6 for our prescriptions that were called in and was told they were closed even though there sign said 6! My husband was very sick! I will absolutely never used Walgreens and my friends and family will not either. I don’t care if they are the only ones open! I will choose to wait for the next day! They absolutely suck at customer service and empathy!!!!

I've had it with this location! For the 5th time this has happened and they do not understand, no matter how many times I've explained it to them..they need to contact their customer service to solve the problem. I order online for INSTORE pick up because I'm always short on time and it was quick and easy...but NOT ANYMORE! Once they had me send in my order 4 different times to continue to tell me I'm sending it to the wrong location when it literally shows me the location & two intersecting streets the store is located on.. I LEAVE.. and hours later they call and told me I placed my order multiple times and they now have it. I told them to cancel it.. THIS TIME... they said they recieved my order but it came through with no items.... uhm hello!? Why did they not contact their customer service then... instead they wait to tell me they cannot do anything about it. I have a pending charge on my card for the total amount....which means they hold that money until order is completed or canceled.. so that money is no longer in my account til then. They said they couldn't cancel my order and that I had to do it...never explained how. Also bow my rewards are gone & coupons used will expire and no longer be able to use again by the time they figure this out...if they do. If you decide to shop here..just go in and do it yourself...save yourself the trouble. Corporate is next.
