We tried to get our golden doodle in on a Saturday without a scheduled appointment and has a misunderstanding on how long it would take to get his hair cut so after several hours we went back and get him but The lady called back and said she would like to finish with our dog on Monday. She done a phenomenal job and gave us 50% off due to the miscommunication. Highly recommend this place!

I've taken my dog, Louie, here two times and they do a fantastic job. He looks amazing and smells so good. I dont know what they use, but he smells amazing, like baby powder. They clip his nails too, great price and the quality you cant beat.

Is there anything better than a happy, freshly laundered dog? Been taking Zeke, our German Shepherd, to Wags & Whiskers for 8 years. Professional, friendly, & thorough. Highly recommend their service.

Was excited after reading reviews to give them a call and schedule my 5 dogs on and knew it would probably be a week or so that was no problem. Plus we had been there years ago before our terroir passed. Talked to the lady Tuesday morning and she said she’d been gone for a week let her get situated and she’d call back in the afternoon. As closing time approached and hadn’t heard back I called and left a voicemail and still the next day haven’t heard back. Guess only if you’re an existing customer you matter. Sucks and was so disappointed even after being so understanding and willing to work on time with them they can’t care enough to call back. If they don’t care for me I have zero faith that they would ever care for my fur babies. I recommend running away if your a new client. Don’t waste your time. They won’t waste theirs on you. Wish they had zero star rating. But undeservingly they’ll get one star

I love, love, love this place! Very warm and friendly environment...! The people were friendly, and my dog looked and smelled great. I was able to drop him off, and when I picked him up he looked like he wanted to stay...!!! 😂 They even had him with some good smelling doggie cologne on. I was impressed. Definitely will be going back!

Having just moved here a few months ago I had let Harley’s grooming go longer than usual and had been bad about bringing him. His undercoat was packed right and Shamora worked a miracle! It’s one of the best grooms Harley’s ever had! She did a great job on my sweet Hannah too! I have definitely found our groomer! Thank you!

I only have great things to say about Wags N Whiskers. This was my first time here with my Australian Shepherd, Reese. They did an amazing job with his cut. I couldn't be happier. Shamora, the owner, is very kind and certainly cares about you and your pet. I will continue to use Wags N Whiskers as our go to groomer.

I love this groomer! They are very affordable, and my standard poodle always gets great haircuts. Before moving to BG, I went through several groomers and they would always return him with nicks/cuts, but not here. They take their time and do a great job. Thank you so much!!

Very good, I called couple days ago to get my 🐕 groomed but there message said they where extremely busy and it may take a few days to get a appointment I will wait till I get a call or date to bring my 2 dogs in for a spa day.

This is a great place to take your babies. The staff are friendly and really care about your babies, love them like they are their own! Samora really know about dogs she really love and care about every one of them!❤ if you need a place of love and compassion for your pet Rags & Whiskers I'd the place to be! Oh, and the price is Great!

Just moved here recently from Ohio. Lucy and Lily are a Cockapoo 10 years old and a rescue Yorkie type 6 years old. The owner did an amazing job on both of them and her staff could not have been more friendly!!! Found out about her from a neighbor whose standard Poodle always looks PERFECT.Thank you & will definitely be back .

Absolutely wonderful!! We evacuated from Irma, staying in bowling green with family. My dog was in terrible shape from the trip. She was dirty and matted. She looks like a different dog!!! They fit us in on short notice and they were so kind and accommodating. They took great care of my fur baby.

The owner Shamora always does a great job with our dog. She goes into detail about what was done and gives excellent advise on how to maintain the dogs health. There is no where else I would go.

Lady I dealt with was extremely rude, for absolutely no reason. Moment I even walked in, she was glaring.Extremely passive aggressive.I recommend going somewhere else.I couldn't imagine with behavior like that, would treat animals nicely as well.

Best groomers in Bowling Green! My family member, Rolo, a giant standard poodle, was kept very clean and looking good by these ladies. He was a high energy dog, and they handled him beautifully. Due to his passing from torsion, we no longer use this business. However when we do decide to add a pup back into our family, we will definitely be patronizing this groomer.
