I bought a Speed Queen washer recently.Clothes are so much cleaner!!The delivery guys were so kind. Water had leaked from my old washer… what a mess! They cleaned it all up with no complaints.My entire experience with United Furniture Co from Mike to delivery guys has been excellent!!

I suddenly remembered a family owned furniture store downtown. I walked in was greeted friendly and found exactly what I was looking for in style, quality and price. We had been looking for a small 3 piece dinette set. United Furniture was our 3rd stop. Never had shopped here before. We met Pat, the lady on the TV commercial. She was absolutely a delight to talk to. She matched us with exactly what we were looking for, and had it in stock and on sale🙂👍. It was sold on the spot! Young man at the store helped load the set in my van. We were do happy to finally get a dinette set that fits in our little apartment!👍👍👍

Bought a sofa sleeper on Saturday and revived it this morning Thursday! The young gentleman were very careful bringing it up the stairs and figuring how to get it through my front door which can be quite difficult! The Man who sold it to me it was very helpful and understood that I have lots of kids around so I need it treated for spills. The couch is beautiful, my granddaughters are going to be the first to break it in tonight. Oh and a extra thank you for the extra throw pillows I love them! Very pleased with my Purchase!

My recliner broke. I checked a few places and was downtown, so I went to United Furniture. I had never been there before. I was helped right away, shown all my options, and purchased two recliners that day. They were just delivered by careful, very nice young men. I will definitely go to them again as every other place was going to have to order them! 5 stars

I personally think United is the BEST in town I remember my deceased father bought all of our furniture and appliances from here and even Kirtley's! Fantastic find in this older store on State Street just a block from fountain square. Quality furniture. Major brand names. A staff that goes out of their way to please. And pricing that puts the other furniture stores to shame!

I purchased a Speed Queen washer just recently. I live pretty far away so I called and United is the dealer. The salesman said he had one and I told him to hold it for me. A couple days later I called and said I would pick it up. He replied I have to get a box for it and then explained it was a floor model. Ok, no dents or anything. I picked up the washer, they loaded it, when I unloaded the washer it had water in it. This was a used washer wow and he never said it was used. Full price was paid for this used washer. The shipping plug was not in it either, so he let me drive away going 50 miles. The manual clearly states to install plug to transport.

They don’t return calls like they said they will and they don’t even know their own delivery schedule. Luckily was able to call the cc company and cancel before we were even more aggravated with them. Stay away!!

Purchased a floor model sofa, been paying regularly on it, then called one day to make my payment and found out that the payments you make do not count towards your credit score, they only report to the credit agencies IF you don't pay. Not very fair in my opinion; especially to those that are attempting to raise or improve their credit scores.
