Horrible experience! Bought a mower online, called to verify they had it in case their system was off, confirmed then confirmation email sent, CC charged, set up to pick up next day. Then my order was canceled 1.5hrs later to sell to a customer who was in store- that's what the clerk actually told me. Did nothing to rectify the issue but give me a CS # to call and talk about the CC charge. Mistakes happen, but the "oh well", non apologetic attitude and unwillingness to even attempt to make things right will keep me from buying from TS going forward. Rural King from now on I guess. Be aware!

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the customer service here! I called looking for sidewalk de-icer (on the first snow day of the year, no less) &, even though he was obviously busy, Brian took the time to go check to see if they still had some in stock. He's also helped me out a few different times in-store, educating me on the correct things to purchase.Customer service is a tough job, & the fact that Brian still maintains a kind, efficient, & generally wonderful manner is a testament to his work ethic. He deserves a raise, hands down.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I experienced here. I’m new to towing, hitches, and everything involved. I had the best buying experience I think anybody could have. Rodger was beyond helpful, informative, patient, and kind. Thank you thank you, Rodger! I forgot to take a picture of the hitch at the store so here’s a picture of me towing something for the first time ever and thanks to Rodger it was safe and well within the trucks capacity.

TSC always has amazing deals in the bins at the front of the store. They also have clearance items at the back of the store. The quality of all their tools and toolboxes are great! The amount of FARMHOUSE decor is out of this world!!!

TSC has a lot of adorable, rustic Christmas decorations and gifts out now! As always, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to help me find whatever I need, and if it's not in store, they help me order it from the website right at the service counter.

I was at TSC to buy a gun safe. Total purchase $1,800. I was approved for $3,500 credit which was 12 months no interest. The associate did something wrong and it wouldn’t pull up the card after approval. They asked me to come back next day. Next day they couldn’t do so I paid cash. I called credit card so I didn’t get the credit check against me or the card, but was told too late. So I had to cancel the card that they said I didn’t have at the store. To top it off the associate Linda questioned me about my credit as that was the problem with the transaction. Unfortunately that will be my last time at the Scotsville rd TSC. I have always enjoyed the store but unfortunately the associates need more training and I am taking the credit check hit and credit card cancel because I ended up paying cash.

Great staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always feel good about making a purchase here as I know if I have any issues they are willing to help anyway they can. I have several windmills to outdoor furniture to pet cages to garage and farm equipment, utility trailer, pet supplies and more. Tractor supply has a great diversity of choices. The store is clean and well stocked. Love this store!

The store is clean and the staff are helpful when you can find them. I had a question and it took me a while to find an employee, except for the cashier who was busy up front. I finally realized that one person that I had seen several times was an employee. She want wearing anything that would have shown that she was an employee it you saw her from the back. It was a good visit for the most part. I just think that all employees should wear at least a vest that shows that they work there.

Always helpful and usually have the best prices both in Bowling Green and Glasgow. I went there to get some propane tanks filled up and it was a decent price. I bought some pig ears for my dog and he won't even chew on them. I'm thinking about returning them. The employees in Glasgow seem to be more willing to go the extra mile for me then Bowling Green.

Always find what I need and they seem to have the latest in anything that you could hope for in relation to Farm, home, garden, Farm animal gear, tools and work clothes!Me and my Family come here often and are happy to have a store so close to home, to frequent and browse!Awesome store and very fortunate to have it in such a small town!

I needed a bunch of metric 8x1.25 bolts in 25 & 40 length. They were completely out of those and did not have enough 30 & 45 to work so I left without purchasing anything this trip. Usually they have pretty good stock, especially in SAE sizes. Had to go to Lowe's.

I came into the store this morning with my new kitten - I couldn't leave her at home without a proper crate since she is still healing from her spay surgery. I found what I needed, but I was sleep-deprived and knew I would be overwhelmed with trying to put it together at home while dealing with the kitten and my other cat, who is still adjusting to sharing her house (and Mom) with another feline. A nice employee, Keeghan, came to my rescue and kindly put the large crate I picked out together for me, then carried it to my car and put it in the trunk for me. (The girls at the checkout were super sweet too!) It meant a lot to have such kind interactions with the fine employees at TSC - it picked up my spirits. Keep up the good work and thanks again, Keeghan!

I do not like there credit card. My minimum payment was $29 a month they decided to bump it up to 50 without telling me. I called and ask them why it went up and they said they use an algorithm.so I said so next month maybe my bill will go up $200 if your algorithm says so. She said no it'll never do that. So I said you all can charge whatever you want every month and she said no we don't do that.I said you just told me that your algorithm tells you I what to charge how do I know that next month it won't be $100 and the months after that $20. She didn't know what to say.

Exchanged an oxygen cylinder in and got home. Cut the safety tag and hooked it up to a regulator with gauge. Turned valve and not even enough in tank to register on gauge. Call customer service and work out another exchange. According to store hours they close at 9pm on Saturday. Arrived at the store at 8:35 and nobody was there. Lights out, doors locked, and 1 car in parking lot. Seems the kids that work there need major supervision. Believe I would start with a fresh crew.

This place helped when I had a pet emergency and the vets were closed and I was from out of town. The lady associate who helped with several things meant more to me then she will ever know. This places staff was awesome.

Chainsaw advertised on website $20 cheaper than Lowes, instock, double check before leaving Lowe's, arrive at store none to be found, finding an employee that wasn't too busy on their cellphone to make eye contact was a next challenge, found one I got the word chainsaw out before I could finish my question he's leading the way back to the empty shelve ignoring me and still texting, his answer we are out, that's fine but I checked the website it said this store has them in stock for pickup, wanders off muttering I ask what and he mutters something about looking in the back, comes halfway back to the front and stops says something about size not sure since I showed him the specific model and he wandered off without any acknowledgement I just gave up going back to Lowe's will absolutely not be back to this store.

They only have the dog food that I need in stock 10% of the time. And when I try to call them to make sure they have it before I go no one ever answers. It wouldn’t be so bad if this wasn’t the only place in town to get it.

Why I’ll never do busy with TSC, bought a battery for my JD lawn tractor less year ago, went dead so I took it back to TSC they told me , I had to call manufacture(Husky) maker of battery for warranty, they don’t warrant the product? They sell but don’t service, I won’t be going back and I will definitely tell everyone to stay clear

No one ever greets you or acknowledges you here. They seem bothered when you ask them for help. The store is always really cluttered and has product laying in the floor. Which makes it hard to get around.
