As you walk in people greet you and then you smile at you? If you have any questions they will answer them for you and most of the time they will lead you to the product you're looking for. It's a nice place to shop!I do enjoy coming here just to walk around and look at all of the stuff that they have.

Customer service for trying to order a tool box is trash, website says they have the boxes in stock. Ordered one to have it delivered to my work and they cancel my order saying they don’t have it, go in store that weekend and they have 2 of the same boxes as it said on their website. To also add that they couldn’t get it delivered from another store but could get the hutch ordered for that box from another store and when we canceled the order 2 days later it was already shipped and they couldn’t cancel the order so we got stuck with a hutch that serves no purpose without the box

I had searched before going insideif they took Apple Pay it said yes… I have a full cart ready to pay and the lady at self checkout tells me they don’t take Apple Pay at all , what a waste of my time. So beware they don’t take Apple Pay even though it says they do.

We had a nice guy named Asher...about 6'6" tall help us get 2x4s from the upper shelves. He was so helpful , so friendly and very efficient! This guy made our trip to Home Depot absolutely great! I can not say enough about how much we appreciated his assistance! So if you are in the lumber section, look for this tall guy!

I went The Home Depot in Bowling Green KY to buy a Glacier Bay one-piece compact toilet for our limited space under a bathroom shelf. While there, I was excited to find the small, gray vinyl outlet cover plates for our storage building outlets. I was a little disappointed when they didn't match the shade of the gray Leviton outlets I bought at the Elizabethtown KY Home Depot. I'm very particular about colors matching, but I'll have to live with the mismatch while supplies are limited during COVID.

Good luck returning anything without a receipt; you're likely to be treated like a thief. I understand that stores have big issues from theft, but HD's countermeasures are coming at the expense of loyal customers.My wife ordered me too many of an item using an HD gift card online. The return desk was hesitant to return the unneeded quantity because, in their opinion, you can't order an item online using a gift card, and they would therefore need the credit card the order was made on. Obviously, that credit card doesn't exist because the purchase was made using a gift card. It's frustrating how the return desk personnel's interpretation of reality is ill conceived and not based on facts. The reality is that you can order items online using a gift card and ask me how I know. The employee proceeded to consider the facts at great length with a look of what I can only describe as supreme suspicion, while apparently searching for any opportunity to deny the return.The items were eventually returned but with much hesitancy on the part of the HD employee, which left us with a feeling of agitation and shame. Generally, people will avoid situations that provoke such feelings, which is why I'll be taking my business down the road to the big blue building.

Went there looking for specialty bits for my drill and they had them at a good affordable price friendly staff and had all the building materials I needed to fix that fence so if you need your stuff fixed and you need some tools or some wood go to home Depot and tell them Chad sent you......

Home has great things and in store service is ok. But tonight I call the call center to see where and when my dishwasher would be delivered. We got the total run a round this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I see why evwry one goes to Lowes. They are so lucky I don't return everything. And the are costing a days pay.

Anytime I’ve come here for supplies for any project, you’ve had just that at a reasonable price with good selection to pick from. Though my favorite part is your flower section especially in the spring.

It just socks no one that work there didn't know a dang thing where anything was in the store. And when and I mean when you found someone they didn't know where anything was and if you found where it was suppose to be it wasn't there or anybody knew were to found it.

They were helpful in finding and cutting for me a smallish board, but just what the doctor ordered. Disappointed that now a pre-registration process is required for a (appreciated) Veterans discount, whereas in the past you just could ask.

My dog and I had great service at this Home Depot from several people. I couldn't find the aluminum tubing I needed, but easily found the rest of my list after being asked if I needed help by Marian and Scott. Marian spoiled my dog with a bunch of treats and now he won't stop talking about it.

Amanda in the appliance section was very knowledgeable. She walked us through our most likely options for the space we had available for a washer/dryer. Explained why we hadn’t found certain models in our searches and what could be the benefits. Walked us through the process of delivery, install, and additional items we would need to purchase for a new appliance hook up. She was a pleasure to talk with! Thanks Amanda for making our experience amazing.

Quick and easy to find things on your own. Quick checkout, parking lot wasn't cleaned up very well but over all I still give it a 5 star due to how nice the staff and inside the building was.

Home Depot, like most other stores, have very few people working there so if you need help or advice you are just out of luck. If you know exactly what you need you may need to buy it online and then pick it up at the store because they don't carry everything that they sell in the store.

Wife purchased 20 bags of mulch and after going on twice asking for help loading it she started loading it herself only to have a employee walk past her 2 times and never offer help!!!! We spend a lot of money in Home Depot but I guess Lowe’s just gained out business!!!! This was the Bowling Green Ky store

My husband and I just moved from IA and purchased a home. We are doing a whole remodel so that required us to come and see Home Depot for a lot of things. From appliances, paint, floorings and misc. Whenever we came in needing assistance, somehow we kept running into Shane. Shane has been more then helpful and willing to assist every time we came in. He always had a smile on and energy you can tell this man likes his job. Even when I came in alone without my husband Shane was willing to send me home with correct items needed for our remodel. Thank you Shane for all your willingness to help and we look forward seeing you again.
