The older lady that works the self checkout often is so aggressive and rude. I shop more than once a week and she is always working and always gets in my personal space to tell me to use the app and not type in my phone number.. I try to avoid going in at this point because she always always is there!

This target is always such a mess in the women’s clothing sections… there’s always just stuff everywhere and it’s so disorganized. You spend time searching through the mess, find something you like but it’s not your size, then have to scavenge all over the place and never find your size. And before you know it you wasted 15 minutes searching and end up leaving without buying anything.I was looking for shoes for my son last week also, and nothing was in order. I wish I had a picture from that day.Also, both of these instances were 10 AM on a Sunday. There’s no way the store got that messed up that fast. Someone just said “forget it” when they left on Saturday night.Either way, I literally LOVE Target but would rather drive to Nashville than shop this store.

I placed an order and within an hour, I was notified it was ready. i opted for the curbside pickup and when I arrived, I parked and within 5 minutes orde was brought out. I am not much of a shoppe anymore due to walking issues and I really appreciated this service. I order a lot online but with this service, I was able to pick up day of and not even have to wait for delivery but didn't have to park, do inside and wait in lines.

The old lady working at the self checkout was ridiculously aggressive. I started typing my phone number and she got in my face and was rudely telling me not to put my phone number in and to use the app on my phone. Really weird...Also, there was not a good selection. Almost everything I came for was out of stock.

This was my first time using Target pickup. My items were brought to my car the quickest of anywhere that I have done pickup, by the sweetest smiling young woman.

Always the best service, products and atmosphere. The target brands are wonderful in just about every department as well. And there really isnt much of a price difference to Walmart. Besides, the get what you pay for, that's all!! Target for life!!!!

I'm just not a big fan of Target. I rarely find what I need. On the other hand, it's my daughter favorite place. It was clean. Long check out lines. (I didn't find what I was looking for, so I didn't have to wait in a long line.

Shopped your black Friday sale yesterday with my 2 grown granddaughters, as a family tradition. BEST EXPERIENCE ever. So well organized, staff was amazing, we were ask many times if we needed help finding items, check out was wonderful. I just can't give you enough praise. And yes we all 3 bought lots of gifts. Reminded me of shopping years ago. Thank you.

Had great clearance sale on some of the make up & skin care products. They still have scanners so you can check the price of items and that is a big plus due to being quick & convenient-I hear people including myself complain about Walmart taking their price checker boxes out so kudos to Target. Store is well lit ..stocked well & so far my encounters with associates has always been positive.

I went in to the store with my 8 year old daughter to purchase press on nails and body scrub. Unlike other stores we were able to easily locate both items very quickly. Both items were in an organized setting and clean environment. Very close range of prices as other retailers yet much better quality.

Bowling Green location the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Store was clean. My only suggestion.... (OCD) have someone put stuff back where it goes like in the shoe section.

They let you play on their display TV with their display nintendo gaming consoles. It makes for a great time hanging out with friends when you're just goofing around. RIP to it only allowing for two players at a time and RIP to my avatar because I suck at games and keep dying

Such a great experience at Target today! Nicole and Keragan went the extra mile to help me get the best price for my items and took time out of their day to sit down and show me how. They did it all happily and with a good attitude! Customer service was outstanding.

My husband and I both are having some health issues at the exact same time right now so it was extremely helpful for us to be able to just come to the front desk and pick our order up and not have to walk the entire store. The man that went to the back and retrieved the order was so quick and very pleasant about it!
