Horrible drive-through person! Nutshell, after asking why my drink was 2 dollars more than the one I had ordered the fay before, I was told, "don't know, not my fault, and do you want the drink or not". Agyer saying no way and driving around, I was given the middle finger and cursed at by this person, AS SHE WAS HANDING A DRINK TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!Called management and got the we don't tolerate that kinda thing, went ACROSS THE STREET to a Kroger Starbucks and got a perfect drink and at the price it should have been.

We had the Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe and a birthday cake pop. The line for the drive thru was long so I went inside.The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. My daughter and I enjoy Friday’s together and Starbucks was our first stop.Five star service.

Great for studying/working if you have noise cancelling headphones!Don’t recommend if you don’t do well in high volume areas for work, etc. or if your headphones are not noise cancelling.Friendly staff.

We walked in and I was going to place a pretty large order, and the lady behind the register did not greet us, and right when I was about to order I saw a note on the counter saying no Soy milk left….I asked her, so you don’t have any soy milk? She gave us a look and said, “well I believe that’s what the note says!”I said ok, and left. Usually I’m pretty happy with this Starbucks, but I’m not a fan of that kind of attitude from an adult. We went across the street to the Kroger Starbucks, and service was awesome! I hope the manager will have a talk with her. I understand people have a bad day, but don’t use your customers as scapegoats.

Went and bought me a $8 Venti drink. When I went to pick up the order, the cup was half full. I asked if this was a joke or something she said no that's how much you get because you asked for light ice. I am literally disgusted and would be embarrassed to serve some one a half cup of a drink. I get Starbucks every day and this is the only location who did this to me. so what would happen if you ordered the smallest size and ask for light ice? will they give you one sip? Ridiculous never going back here again. They should be ashamed charging $8 for a drink and handing you half a cup.

Ordered 2 grande chestnut praline lattes and worker did not tell me they did not have whip cream. Was not going to tell me. Happened to see him make them without it. These kids working here just think that the customer has to deal with it. No customer service. It was a tall skinny guy with long blonde hair. Make your drink and just leave out ingredients and you’re supposed to be ok. Not cool!

My girls and I always hit this place up when we visit Bowling green!!! It’s always amazing and the workers are very sweet too. Delicious,comforting, & energizing coffee and food.

Stopped in here before heading out of town. Cafe was closed due to being understaffed and drive thru was very busy. We have a large truck so drive thrus aren’t our friend. Alice greeted me and she was super helpful. I explained the truck situation and she manually took my order for me. I was super grateful especially having a husband who hadn’t had his coffee yet 😳 It saddened me to find out that customers had been mistreating employees there today. It is not their fault that they are understaffed and they are all just trying to do their best. At least they are there and working… people couldn’t be getting their Starbucks fix without them! Thanks team… our drinks today definitely hit the spot! Keep up the good work!

We ordered 3 items. Large Iced chai, tall latte, 1 banana bread. The person taking the drive thru order said "whoa whoa whoa" and had trouble getting it down. ?? We speak at a normal speed. They weren't really listening, because when we received our order, it only had the drinks. We said we had also ordered banana bread, and this woman became exasperated, and said she'd have to enter the order and charge us again. We said no thank you. These people were not helpful, and were borderline rude. We'll try a different Starbucks in the future.

Decent service and was busy just not the level of friendliness I have come to expect. Drink was ok but no thank you as I was handed my $5 pumpkin latte. Could improve with just a few customer service tips or maybe it was a bad morning. Easy on and off I-65 north or south.

3 stars because at RARE times I actually receive a cup of coffee worth 6-7 dollars (they have a tip jar too) even though they’re out here giving teaspoons of coffee in “grande” sizes. I ask light on ice sometimes just to get more milk so at least it feels worth the money, but today took the award, last time I ever give this location my money, if you’re selling ice cups the gas station has them for free people. Take a look at this craft, brown sugar shaken espresso “grande”. New record !! 4 sips woooo

They had a multitude of drinks disabled on the mobile app so i went into the lobby and ordered what was disabled in the app no problem. Whilst enjoying my drink you could tell that they werent busy at all. Otherwise good frappe and nice people.

Please do not hand your card machine out of the drive through window demanding for me to hold it and put my card in it and answer a ridiculous question. I travel a lot and I stop at many Starbucks and no other Starbucks store has ask me to hold the card machine or answer a question on it! Common curtesy doesn’t piss people off. You’re missing the whole point of DRIVE THROUGH

Absolutely wonderful store with some of the best Starbucks partners I've ever met!My family and I had visited this location while on a road trip and we were very lucky to have stopped here. The partners were quick throughout the entire ordering process and when we had accidentally spilled one of our drinks in the car they replaced it and gave us wet towels and plenty of napkins to clean up the mess. They were an absolute blessing and I definitely recommend this store!

The staff were very courteous and helpful, it was very busy when we stopped by but the staff kept things moving at a reasonable pace, they also were very good with drinks from the secret menu. It was a very enjoyable stop on a rainy day
