I can’t speak highly enough about Snodgrass or Dr. Hannah and her team. When I called first thing in the morning stressed about my senior dog they gave us an appointment as a new patient 2 hours later.Dr. Hannah and team were extremely kind and compassionate and took excellent care of my boy, scheduling his surgery for the next morning to quickly resolve his dental issues at a reasonable price.Incredibly grateful and will be a patient for life with Snodgrass after this.Ryno and I thank you!

All the doctors and staff are great. Mabel was hospitalized and I appreciate that they kept me up to date without me even having to ask. I didn’t have to call in ONCE to get an update because of how well they kept me up to date either by call or text. Took our outdoor cat, Maxine, in to the vet because she was eating away the fur off her back. It was determined that she had an infection. She was given shots and medications. She has been doing a lot better. I have 2 indoor cats and dog. Only place I take them to. They show how much they care for our fur babies.

I first came into contact with Snodgrass when my cat Winni passed away and then again when it came time to help my Princess Su cross the Rainbow Bridge. I was so impressed with the compassion and care they took both tiimes thar there wasnt even a second thought abiur who I would entrust with Finnis care. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Top notch care. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything. Unlike most medical professionals, they put the pet before the profit. As a professional breeder I care about the quality of service and I can honestly say I have 3 other vets closer to me, and drive past them to go see Hannah or Stan because they do appreciate me and care about my fur babies.Update: my own personal puppy was injured today, they took the time to fit her in their day. Dr. Hannah fit her in, fixed up her injury, and eased my mind about my fur baby. To me, they're not vet's, they are my furbabies doctors. Thank you Dr. Hannah and the rest of my babies caretakers! We are in the process of cropping our 2 doberman puppies' ears. Snodgrass vet has been exceptional and caring. Their work is clean and affordable. The staff has given our puppies so much warm love and appreciation! Our family appreciates your kind work and we will continue to use you in the future! I am so thankful for Dr. Hanna and her staff. This was the first time we had ever used this vet office. We had an appointment yesterday to check in on our precious dog. We did not get the diagnosis that we were wanting but I cannot express how grateful I am for them. They were very informative and sympathetic towards his situation and did everything they could to help. This will be our new vet home from now on. I will refer them to everyone I know that needs a new vet home.

My family and I have used Snodgrass for a few years. We have always had a positive experience until recently. I took my dog, Cade, to the vet on November 20th, 2023, because he had been dealing with a chronic cough. I was told there was nothing wrong with him, and it was allergies. In less than two months, my dog lost over 20 pounds and developed severe fluid in his stomach and lungs. I took him to a different vet on January, 19th, 2024, where I was told that he had end-stage congestive heart failure, and had over 6 1/2 liters drained. Those 6 1/2 liters were causing his cough, and he could not breathe. It breaks my heart that no one took the time to really examine him and see what was actually going on... all I got was "it's allergies, he's fine".I called Snodgrass today, January 22nd, 2024, asking if there was any way a doctor could stay past 5:00 PM when myself and my family got off work and would be able to be there to peacefully put him down. They said they would still charge the after-hours charge, even though they were open to 6:00 PM because all vets leave at 5:00 PM. Tonight, my dog died.All I wanted was someone to care, to show some empathy for my dog, for his pain. I received none of that and I am deeply disheartened by your all's business.

I had 2 older dogs, 14, and 15. And they both start having issues always at 3am. Dr. Hannah always said. I'll meet you there in 15 mins. At 3am! Those 2 babies since passed and she put them both to sleep for me. So very compassionate. I recently had 1.5 year old pitpuppy that fell over at home, I think he died before I made it to the vet. They still tried and worked on him.. Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. Mara are both amazing as well. Great team!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am I found this vet. I have a cattle dog mix who was abused before I got her and has always been fearful of people. Our other vet gave up on her and almost made me feel like they didn’t want her back. I came to Snodgrass and Dr Hannah and the staff were amazing! They made sure Luna was comfortable even sitting on the floor with her. She was completely relaxed as her past vet visits she would have high blood pressure. Zero s naw of concern or urgency. Called twice with emergency situations. Disclosure: I’m new to the area and had no local vet. I was driving 45 minutes for routine visits.The first time I called, my shihtzu was actively having seizures. They said, “We can get you in next Wednesday.” No thanks.A year later, my cat was lost for 3.5 days. When we finally located her, she was lethargic, wouldn’t eat or drink and had a huge gash in her tongue. They again told me it would be two days minimum. No thanks.Thank goodness I found a wonderful, loving caring practice across town.I’d caution trusting this place if you ever have an emergency.

Having a friendly and welcoming staff does not absolve animal neglect. Boarded my two dogs, 1 female, 1 male, at this vet for 8 days. Called on day 4, Monday, and asked for an update on how they were doing. Was told by the kennel master they were doing very well, eating, taking the meds we had left, and getting along just as happy and healthy as could be. the kennel staff were kind enough to send a photo of the dogs our for their walk, which was very much appreciated. When we picked them up on day 8, we failed to receive their medication back with the rest of their supplies. We noticed this the following morning, when it was time to administer the meds to our male dog. After getting them home we noticed that one dog had bleeding in and behind her ear, and a cut on her eye. She also looked as though she had not eaten in days, with protruding ribs and spine. Our other dog also had a large swollen lump that felt like fluid that had formed under his jaw and on his neck. When we called to ask if there had been a fight, we were told they had no notes of anything happening. They also told us our female dog had been nervous and had been trying to get out of the metal gates on the kennel the entire time. This is very uncharacteristic of her, as when she's anxious she tends to shrink up small and hide. When going back the next day to retrieve the medication that we noticed was missing, the nice guy walking dogs for the weekend checked and explained that they had no notes for their stay. The only records on file were the boarding agreement intake, copies of previous vet records, and the canine flu vaccine our male had received in order to stay. So not only could the clinic not explain how all of these issues and injuries had occurred, they couldn't say exactly when over the course of 8 days they had happened either. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I'm not sure of another way to ensure people are aware of the lack of supervision that seems to be acceptable in the boarding kennel. Having not been a client to the veterinary practice, I can't say how their medical care is. I do find it odd that they made no note of a growing abscess that appeared and grew so quickly and noticeably over the course of a week.They did receive a bath at least once while in the facility, so that's something I guess.

I can not say enough how thankful I am for this vet hospital and Dr Hannah, and the staff. My cat was spayed at the humane society and that night she wasn’t processing the anesthesia well and it scared us pretty badly dr Hannah came in and let us know everything was fine and comforted us so much, then a week later she started to develop some redness around her incision, snodgrass was closed on the weekends so I contacted the humane society, the infection got worse and long story short I had to take my baby to snodgrass to get opened back up and her awful infection cleaned out, the moment we walked in dr Hannah came in the room and remembered our Kitty baby, she reassured us she would be okay and everything would be fine, they didn’t even use anesthesia so she wouldn’t be loopy when we picked her up which I really appreciated, they gave her antibiotics and pain meds and made a nightmare situation for us so much better, they saved our Kitty baby and made some Kitty parents very happy, and the price was very reasonable!!! I’ve been telling everyone about it and how amazing they were!!

World class! Top notch! Why go anywhere else? Snodgrass Veterinary has been our destination place for all of our pets for 20 years. Polite and friendly staff, and Dr Stan and the other Vets are the absolute best around. Highly recommended and highly valued. Our most recent rescue, "Ryder" had never been to a veterinarian. They always welcome him and he receives excellent care. If your pet needs care, I recommend Snodgrass!

We just recently moved back to this area and needed to find a good clinic that is experienced with Brachiocephalic dogs. I am so so glad to have found this clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and really took her time to make sure everything was covered that I had concerns about. The staff is so sweet and very loving to all the pets. We felt right at home for our first visit and we can def give them a five star. I will also add the cost was very reasonable. Stroman and Braun will be forever loyal furry customers!

After another vet clinic in BG charged me $1000 and never figured out why my cat was coughing, i decided to take him to Snodgrass. They helped my cat the first visit. They were very professional and I could tell they actually wanted to figure out what was going on with my cat. He started to get better the next day, while the other clinic took 3 months and gave up. I will continue to bring my cat here in the future. Would highly recommend!

I've received only the most cordial care from all staff at Snodgrass. Their confidence in performing surgeries on exotic pets, and their patience for my perpetual abundance of questions are their most heartening qualities. They even provide after-hour emergency care & itemized bill estimates when requested. You can't get this level of expertise and love just anywhere, but you'll find it here each time. I adore this place.
