This pharmacy tried to charge me $400 for a prescription Sams Club was able to fill for FREE. A tech also lied and said my prescription was filled today because they were out. The pharmacist who called me back said it was actually filled over half a month ago. Or maybe the pharmacist lied.The pharmacist I spoke with could not have been more dismissive. There was a discrepancy about how the prescription was filled and on what date after they were asked not to.I had to redirect the conversation multiple times about how I wasn't in the wrong and your techs should relay accurate information about peoples health information.

Sheldon’s at Peachtree has been one of the best pharmacies I have ever worked with. They are so accommodating and go out of their way to work with my insurance company and me to get the best prices on my prescriptions. I’m so grateful I made the decision to switch years ago! Shoutout to the pharmacy techs too, y'all are great! I see you coming out in the rain to make sure the line moves quickly and I’m not stuck there waiting at 5pm and I appreciate you more than you know!

Sheldons told me multiple times that I owed $300 for a prescription even with a PA. I looked at a previous review saying they experienced the same thing before going to Sams Club. I had my doctor send it to Sams Club and it was free. This pharmacy is scamming people.

As a disabled Veteran using Sheldon's for my post operative medications, I want to give Bonita a special shout out for going the extra mile to work through the tough VA bureaucracy to get them filed. Having to deal with the trappings and difficulties that Veterans have to do in order to fight for our services daily, it was nice to have this pharmacy take initiative and do it for me where I was pretty incapacitated from the surgery and would have not had the focus or energy to fight through what should be a simple process. I had made close to 10 phone calls prior to the surgery to be sure everything was in order with the VA and after multiple transfer disconnects, being told a number I had to call that was not correct inside the VA and then finally getting what I thought was good information that ended up being bad information after the fact, Bonita was able to take care of it from her end. I have to say how much I appreciate her efforts after so many bad, wrong and horrible VA experiences that I had to go through before the surgery that was all for nothing. Is there any wonder why Veterans complain so much about how we are treated? Good luck nationalizing health care as this is a small window into what it will be for everyone. Thank you Sheldon's very much from a very grateful Veteran!!

I've used sheldons several times in the past and had always had a good experience, friendly staff, never had any isses. Today I picked up a package of vitamins, I seen the the price and checked out. I didn't really pay attention to what I was getting charged but when I got back to work I noticed what I was charged was more than what the product was marked as. I messaged their Facebook page and they took care of the situation asap. They went above and beyond what I expected and am really blown away with the customer service. After this experience, I'll go out of my way to make sure I use sheldons in the future.

Ryan is the BEST and the Staff is very friendly and well trained! Anytime I have a question about anything, Someone has an answer. At the bigger pharmacies you are just a blank face, at Sheldon's they care about you and are always willing to do whatever it takes to help you out with whatever you need.

Went in to treat allergies over-the-counter. A pharmacist came out to make recommendations, and I was able to get a 10 day treatment (and personal attention!) for <$5 because their generic options are so reasonably priced. I was very impressed.

Went here to pick up Tamiflu for my husband. Was told it is $117.00. I asked if they accepted goodrx. Was told no, their prices are cheaper than goodrx. Stupid me bought it instead of checking other pharmacy's. Found it at Walgreens through goodrx for $45.00. That is the last time we go to Sheldon's.
