I rarely leave reviews but feel this is important to prevent other customers experiencing the same treatment..Over the last year this groomer has either cancelled last minute or not even known I was scheduled at least 3 times (and tried to lie that ‘she tried to call me’ when I showed up with my pup.) I was more than understanding considering one time she even called me 2 HOURS after my pup had been there to tell me she wouldn’t be able to get to him and I’d have to come get himThe last time it happened i showed up and she said she ‘didn’t feel well’ and would call me back to reschedule. Never did.In talking to other customers this happens often and if reviews are left on her Facebook page she blocks the person. Would absolutely NOT recommend her.

I love casey's work & she is very sweet. My puppy is very shy and can be nervous is new places but she warmed up to her so fast. She was always very gentle with her. Really enjoyed having her as a groomer.

Best place to take your fur baby for a spa day. Sophie's hair grows out great from Casey's grooming. Casey is very accommodating and prompt. I love that Sophie doesn't have to be there for hours you get a text when she is about 10/15 minutes of completion.

After two months of not being professionally groomed because of the pandemic, my Shih Tzu looked like no one owned her. Despite my efforts at bathing and brushing her, she had some matted spots on her ears, dirty paws and I had done a poor job of trimming her hair back from her eyes. Casey House spent 2 hours trimming and bathing her and she came out looking beautiful. Casey did not even charge me extra for the extra time it took to work on Talley. Casey is gentle and loving with my dog and Talley always looks great when Casey grooms her. Shabby to Chic is conveniently located with easy parking and I highly recommend Casey.

Casey is an amazing groomer! She has groomed in my salon (in Hendersonville TN) for several years. She goes above and beyond for clients and their dogs. Her grooms are always the highest of quality, notably her flawless scissor work. She’s an all around 5 star groomer that I would highly recommend. I have no doubt your fur kid will receive the best groom it’s ever had if groomed by Casey. I’m sad to lose her talent in my shop, but incredibly happy to see her moving on and running her own salon. Give her a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Casey is such a caring and loving groomer! She is top of line when it comes to taking care of your pet. She is loving, kind, and most of all, trustworthy. Shaggy to Shic is the BEST place to have your dog PAMERED! Casey is definitely a 5 STAR groomer!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!! I was able to get my two dogs in to see her with less than a week wait. The place was very clean, the owner was professional, and asked questions to get to know me and the dogs. I think my dogs look great and the cost was very fair. I will be back!

With very little notice on my part they were able to squeeze my pitbull in for a bath. Very professional great people and great prices will definitely use them again
