Not a single car being worked on, mechanics all standing around, but I can't get 4 tires mounted and balanced?Driving from Cleveland to San Antonio and I want to replace my tires. Not one car being worked on. I had something to eat inside, come out, still no cars being worked on. What a joke. Thanks for the terrible customer service

I placed an order for my sons birthday cake. This is what I received…the image should have covered the whole cake. I also ordered marble and to my surprise when we cut into it it was white cake. I have called and left 3 messages for a manager to call me. The cake was picked up on 10/28/23 and I have yet to get a call back. This is not good customer service! I’m very disappointed and will not be recommending their services to friends and family.for reference the cake on the right is what I ordered and the pic on the left was what I got.

A lady at customer service moved our cart to electronics because I "didn't actually have a return." My friend and I patiently waited to sign him up and apply for a credit card (not that she asked). That was extremely disrespectful considering we were waiting for your computer systems to work for more than 10 minutes. Not only did the other customers have room, but I was standing at the furthest register. She could have just moved it on the other side of us. I don't know what she was trying to imply but moving my cart out of customer service and into a new aisle, but we were not waiting for our own enjoyment. If we knew it would have taken that long to sign up, we never would have asked. Me waiting patiently doesn't mean I am here for my own enjoyment. I don't know how this can be a grocery store if I can't bring a cart to the line.

My experience at Sam's would be a lot better off if you kept items in stock. Also, stop moving things around. You do it to make people shop around. I don't shop, I have a list. If I can't find it, I leave.

John is a GEM!!Customer service is HUGE to me. I always try my very best to give the best I can to any of my customers/guests/new friends… even when there may be a challenge of some sort.Today, my daughter and I were strolling through Sam’s Club (with a basket FULL). John stopped us and asked if we were scanning and going. I had no idea what the man meant, so going along with the confused look on my face, he proceeded to explain that I could scan my products as I’m shopping, skip the checkout line and score extra savings while doing it.John explained all the advantages of using the app, walked through each step of the process with me… patiently… and was KIND and HELPFUL. He stayed with me, we had a great conversation and assured us that if we needed anything at all, he would be happy to help us.As we left, I hollered “Goodbye, John” and waved at my new friend.Our world is in desperate need of more folks like John!So many times, people get online to rant and rave about some awful experience they had somewhere… leadership and management need to hear the good things, too.You have a gem of an employee and ambassador with John!

I love Sam club and do most of my shopping there. They mostly have what I need, and with my Plus membership but just one thing, I don’t like how the Indian lady who works in a customer service treated me just because I am Asian. I hope she do better in her job in the future, no matter who she sees I hope she treats everyone with kindness and respect. Thank you!

If you have the black card and go shopping early make sure you go to the bathroom at home before going. Every toilet seat had dried piss all over the sets and private hairs on the seats.and the bathroom smelled like piss. 90 % of the employees when said good morning to won't even acknowledge you've said hello and look like they're pissed to be working there.

Great visit today picking up new membership cards and taking home two meat lovers pizza from the cafe. Everything was efficient and the staff was great. Nice experience!

Surprisingly fast considering the holiday rush. While I didn't experience any check-out problems, the gentleman ahead of me did and it was refreshing seeing their front end team were in quick-response mode to keep things hustling.Stay safe out there!

I believe that when there's two customer service reps attending to the needs of customers, they should each take one customer, I was behind a lady that wanted a duplicate card and also she had a return (slippers), so one of the reps was taking care of her card, and the other one thought it was okay to take care of her return, leaving the rest of us waiting for either one of the reps to finish and keep the line moving... bad customer service.

There’s nothing like coming from an hour away to go to Sam’s Club in the morning on your way to a doctors appointment and being told you can’t shop right now because you’re a lower level customer but if you’d like to shop right now you can come in and pay more money for a better card…We will never shop at Sam’s again. The first hour of the day is for higher level shoppers something somehow that slipped past us in the three years we’ve lived in Kentucky…we were made to feel like we were such lowlifes and were told we could not come in. We could come back in an hour mind you we drove an hour and a half out from out of town to go to the doctor so I’m supposed to sit around for an hour to wait and grace them with my money???? Never Again! And the hag at the front door got great pleasure in turning us away you could tell that’s the only power she has in her life. Do better Sams Club you just lost two customers who will now drive an extra hour to go to Costco

Sam's Club is my main shopping choice. I stock up and do not have to do any major shopping for 2 months, just supplement with perishables as needed. When I go there everyone has always been kind and helpful. If I've been in a bad mood and didn't realize it was showing, the employees have always asked if they can help me or if everything was OK. I had a better day because of their kindness. I absolutely love the pharmacy staff, and I am so happy that I have switched to Sam's Club pharmacy. They truly try to get to know you and have always been patient with my numerous questions. No matter what kind of customer they face, they always act with grace and patience.

I love Sam's and do most of my shopping there. They mostly have what I need, and with my Plus membership, I get the benefit of free shipping and grocery pickup. However, I feel one person in particular needs training on how to load groceries. Recently I did a pickup, and the girl/guy, (I think they're transitioning), put my eggs in the bottom of my container and piled heavy stuff on top. That's not the first time she/he has done such a thing. Once she/he put a large bottle of dish soap on its side in the container managing to flip the lid on the way in causing several inches of liquid to spill out and cause a mess. It's quite annoying and unnecessary. Everyone else who has loaded has been great, and I truly appreciate each one. I recommend when you see her/him coming that you get out of the car and watch it get loaded. I know I will.

Very disappointed they got rid of the sanitizing wipes at the front of the store for the carts. I usually bring my own but sometimes I forget, can’t imagine why they would get rid of something that would help keep their store clean.

Sam's Scan & Go is the absolute bomb. There's usually such a large line for check out, but just use the app to scan your basket, pay right through the app, and show the checker your barcode on the way out. Pretty stinkin awesome

I love Sam's Club! I order online and then pick it up sometimes the same day, sometimes the next day. They always have it ready on time and often early. Their employees are very friendly and helpful, and they mostly have what I need in stock.

We came from Indiana and had a flat tire, it’s a weekend and everywhere else was busy or closed. we wanted to try our luck here, but it was already their closing hour, they are generous enough to take us in and Steven took good care of us. He saved our time and made our day. Thank you STEVEN!
