We purchased an item from their toy store. We paid with their Bowling Green Store instead of online because they told us it would be easier for payment. We were told by Aubrey that shipping was free. We paid and did not receive a receipt until a week later. The receipt did not even have proper details on it so that we could track our order. We were told that the warehouse would contact us for shipping. When we never received a call from their shipping department, we called the store. Aubrey explained that he would check into it. He told us that they never shipped it because shipping wasn't free after all, and the shipping had not been paid. Aubrey told my husband that he had made a mistake and that the shipping was not supposed to be free, but he was going to pay for it. He said that he was paying for 2 day shipping. When we did not receive the item, we called again. At this time we were given a tracking number, but the informationfrom the post office regarding the package deilvery was showing it was not going to be delivered. We spoke to our local post office this morning. They told us the company mailed it incorrectly(lack of postage), and if we wanted the package we would have to pay another $156.39 to receive it.We asked the owner to contact the post office to resolve this. We asked the owner to contact us, but they ignored us and told their store representatives not to call us back. We called the store where the owner ( Eric) answered the phone. He gave us his name and lied to us saying he just worked there. We recognized his voice and were told by their other store manager that he was indeed the owner.We received an email from someone stating that they asked the post office to send the item WE purchased back to their store, and that we would not even receive a refund until after they received it, if they received it. THEY STOLE ALMOST $500 FROM US. The owner was supposed to fix their, But instead made it worse, and we still don’t have our product and no refund. In the process of reaching out to the legal system.

Love this cute little place. Owner is exceptionally nice. Such a fun shop with a blast from the past. Definitely got some good deals on some stuff in there and the staff was great.

Replay has something unique, cool, and new every time I go in there. It's always like an event for our little family because we drive from Fort Knox just to get to the store (and its so worth it!). There's a ton of items to choose from every single time. Collectibles, awesome shirts, action figures, cut-out record clocks, legos, statues, loungefly bags and wallets-- All kinds of cool, fun, nerdy stuff! They have LAYAWAY too, which makes it so easy to stop in and see what they've got without worrying you'll find something you absolutely NEED but can't afford it at that given second. You can take your pic with a killer klown or Pennywise from "it". The doors and windows have cool character art all over, and don't forget to look UP when in the store to view all of the painted ceiling tiles that customers have contributed. It's a very unique and fun store, and the staff is always nice and happy to help out as you may need. From nostalgic action figures to new releases you'll likely find something you love each time you visit the store. We always end up purchasing or putting something on layaway most every visit! The prices are fair and the location is easy to GPS your way without much complication. The store is in the corner of the shopping center and their shop is fairly big. Check it out, often, cause inventory changes pretty quickly! Great shop for kids and collectors alike!

The best toy store I've seen in decades! This review is from the perspective of a retro video game collector.Inventory: 4/5- A massive inventory of toys and memorabilia! They offer new, used, and vintage/collectible products. Video games section is very small, but a welcome addition.Value: 3/5- Most prices are fairly reasonable, but almost everything can be purchased online for the same amount or less. I'd recommend comparing with eBay/Amazon while browsing to make sure you're getting your money's worth.Location: 5/5- Plenty of parking, and the store is very clean! Great tunes playing over the speaker system. Playable Ms. Pac-Man machine in the back. No public restrooms.Overall: 4/5 due to a vast selection of vintage, new, and used toys and collectibles. Would love to see an expanded video game section, and maybe some store-wide sales or a loyalty program.

This place is amazing from the moment you walk in! There’s so much nostalgia and while the prices are a bit high I definitely wouldn’t mind grabbing some things! If nothing else everyone should check it out just because it offers really cool stuff that you don’t get to see on an every day basis! And if you’re looking for something older I’m sure they can find it for you. Can’t wait to come back next time with money LOL

Should have read more reviews on this place before spending hundreds of dollars!! Never received our product. Owner refused to return any courtesy calls or our hard earned money, they even pretended to be just an employee so that they didn't have to talk to us. They screwed up our order from the beginning to end. We look for an attitude from the owner if they do respond, bc after reading all the reviews that is how they treated other customers. They said they cant say much, bc they are afraid to lose their job.All the owners had to do to fix their mistake is send a new product from one of their other stores so that we could receive it in a few days. Instead, they screwed up the delivery. Had the item sent back from the post office to their store and did not even give us a refund. They took hundreds of dollars from us and did not refund it.

I was visiting a close friend in town and thought it would be nice to buy them a gift. When I went in this place, it smelled really bad. I don't know if they don't clean the place or I just caught the staff on a really gassy day. I understand it happens, but I was just so grossed out. There was also actual trash on some of the cluttered displays someone left. That aside, what really killed this place for me was the fact that everything was insanely overpriced. After leaving I asked my friend about this place and they also mentioned they make terrible offers to people trying to sell or trade their toys here and that their staff are like a revolving door, hiring and firing people with no rime or reason. Stay away!

I don't really post often but given what I've seen and read I cannot give this place a good rating. First off I came in to buy a nendroid that was priced $85, after doing some googling I saw that the nendo was $45 more than what the company sells for and that you can still buy. I asked about price matching and was told they don't do that. I was told that the company that they buy through sets the price but the same company I was told about sells the nendo for $45. That's almost a 50% markup. I was afraid to leave a message seeing how unprofessional some of the responses to complaints have been, you guys really need to learn how to respond without being so hostile. And I get wanting to make money but it's no wonder some of their items sit for a long as they do. Beware and double check online before buying from here.

Glad to find a store that actually has a decent variety of anime merch. They also have a ton of retro cartoon and video game merch as well, I was very shocked at how large the store was.

A nice selection of vintage toys and collectibles. The also have large character display pieces. They pretty much have something for everyone. My daughter and I had a blast looking at everything!

This is a review I hate writing because I used to love the place. Lately, it seems there is a different and equally lame excuse to not take trade-ins. Most recent ridiculous reason, they are not allowed to accept trades until the store has made $500 for that day. However, you will see updates all day of items they just traded for. Other used stores in the city don't understand this rationing either, but one was happy I came there instead as 3 people waited for the deal to be done to snatch up about $700 worth of Pops. When the place first opened, I was one of the guys helping them to stay open, stopping twice a week and spending more than I should have, now I'm left feeling like I'm just not good enough for them.

I come here often, and everyone is always super nice. The pricing seems pretty fair, too. Definitely recommend making the trip to come here and check them out. Had a nice conversation with the dark headed guy and the girl with pink and black hair, the other night. But I've not had a bad conversation with anyone there yet.

Went there to buy something for my wife who's currently admitted to the hospital and the fellas that were working were awesome and even wrote my wife a get well note on the receipt. Those guys deserve some recognition. Good peoples.

Friendly staff and an impressive selection are the main draws of this store. It's obviously aimed at the serious collector, and the stock reflects this for the most part, with a limited but serviceable selection for younger tykes. The prices are a mixed bag, ranging from "quite good" to "sort of questionable". Yes, you'll usually pay more for the boutique experience, and many of their larger ticket items are worth it from the collector perspective, but a hundred for an original NES (no box, some yellowing, wires presumably behind the counter) is definitely steep. $40 for a PsOne is definitely more reasonable. Check out their sale days for the best buy possible, or just come by when you want to liquidate part of your collection.

It was a cool store. It's not really for younger kids tho. Probably better for older kids, or people who like to collect toy items. Lol lots an lots of action figures! Plus I enjoyed looking around the store. I bought a painted canvas for my son's room.

Price tags mean nothing. Whatever the item rings up as is the price you pay (should you choose to). Even if there are multiples of the same item all marked the same lower price, they won’t sell it for that price if it rings up higher. I did love this place, but that’s bad business practice.Note these were all new items that came out recently, not some 20 year old figure that had an old Wal-Mart price tag on it I expected to be honored.Reply to owner response:Thank you for your reply. After getting home, my friends who had made purchases with me also found that they were charged $5 and $10 more than the tags were marked (I was notified my purchase would be $25 more before checking out). They were not notified and did not notice until checking their banking statement. We will give you guys another shot as we loved your stores until this happened.

I usually don’t leave a bad review but I felt that this one was needed. I went into Replay Toys to sell some of my toys, they were placed into the box neatly and they were in excellent condition. They said they would take a look and we walked around the store for about ten minutes. They told me after that they weren’t interested. When I got my box back, all of my toys were thrown down inside and not the way I left them. Them not wanting my toys isn’t what upset me, the way they treated them did. When I got home I realized the stand to one of my toys was also broken and they didn’t bother to tell me or apologize.I will not be returning here again.

This place was a lot of fun to look through but the prices are definitely something to keep an eye on. Some of the things were a very normal price and some were quite a bit higher than you'd find online.Which you know, small brick and mortar business, I feel like that makes at least some sense. You're also probably going to find some harder to find stuff within the particular niche this store fills.Mostly film/horror/Marvel/DC/Disney oriented. You're not going to find much else, but there were a few other things. TMNT would probably be the next most available, they've got a few Lego things, some old 80s/90s toys, and lowest would be availability of anime/manga or game themed items.I'd say if you collect Disney (incl. Star Wars) or Horror stuff, definitely come. DC or Marvel, yeah, probably come. Anything else, stop in, you never know, but I wouldn't guarantee it lol.Very clean inside though, staff seemed nice. Expensive things are sitting out so do NOT bring very handsy kids—this is not a criticism at all, just a warning to parents with handsy kids lol. (I don't see a problem personally with expensive stuff sitting out.)

Staff was very unhelpful. To busy talking on their cell phone to help customers. If you're looking for new collectables this may be the place for you, but if you're looking for vintage items look elsewhere. Most of the lose vintage items are just thrown in poorly marked bins. If you're lucky enough to dig something out that you want it will most likely be broken.

This is the best toy store I’ve personally ever been to. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and they have an amazing selection of figures and various collectibles. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

I went there for a Christmas gift for my son. It was a Jason masked. The employee was friendly and helped with what I needed. The store has amazing items I am definitely coming back 🖤
