They made our space look gorgeous! I could go on and on about how they bent over backwards to please us at every step! It turned out beautifully. They installed a new wood door and French doors for our dining room turned Den/office/additional guest room. An addition to our pool patio including an outdoor bathroom/shower, bar and grill area (which we are adding some hinges to the access panel they surprised with adding/which we loved). Our back patio is a dream come true, I will update with better pictures when the hinges and painting completed to show the true excellence of this space!!

I hired Ray's Construction and Rehab to gut and remodel a 1940s bathroom in my 1929 home on Chestnut Street. I'm very happy with the result -- excellent work and craftsmanship by Ray's, and their subcontractors also did terrific work. I had them install a curbless shower, and it works perfectly. They kept the worksite clean daily and did a good job cleaning up when the project was completed. Ray Whitledge also corrected a mess from a previous contractor, who'd caused all sorts of problems, at a reasonable cost. While this was not an inexpensive project, I felt I got my money's worth, and that the project was done with care and professionalism.

We have used Ray for two homes now. Our last home he did an amazing job on a deck that had been started by one contractor but not finished due to the difficulty of the types of railings with cables, and the turns in the stairs. He was able to use some unique woodworking in order to save a large portion of the stairway, saving a lot of money. At the second home (we moved), he added a covered patio and his attention to detail and quality is why we keep calling him. Our home was one block from homes that were destroyed by the tornado and our patio withstood it all. He had sent the plan to an engineer to ensure the stability and we couldn’t be more thankful. He really takes pride in every job and treats every job like it is the most important he has going. From putting in a door to building a patio, the professionalism and detail don’t change.

We had our slider replaced with a French Door. There was a delay due to some supply issues which is common right now. The crews were respectful and cleaned up the area each day. Ray was responsive to our concerns and punch list. Overall, we had a great experience and results.

Great experience with Ray and his team. We had two bathrooms and a kitchen done. One of the bathrooms was a complete remodel and the second required flooring with structural repairs. The kitchen had subfloor issues that needed to be repaired and then a new laminate floor put down.To add to all of that, we had plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.This was a BIG project. Ray and his team were very professional. The whole process was laid out and explained by Ray before work even started. If any changes were needed during the project, Ray would explain what was found and what needed to be done.There were no hidden cost. Everything was documented and nothing happened without signed approval. We knew exactly what we would be paying.Ray, you all did a great job!!! Thank you getting our house back to us!!!

Ray's Construction did an amazing job on our front porch. They took the time to fix a few issues from when our house was built and make sure everything was done the right way. They do a great job making sure that even small jobs are given the time they deserve, and never push any further work than you want done. We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Every aspect of dealing with Ray and his crew was just awesome. From the very first phone call until completion of my project was only about 2 1/2 months. They were always open and honest about everything. I always knew what to expect. Each member of the crew I was in contact with was professional and courteous. They even replaced the bricks I had outside my gate to keep my dog in - every day they were at my house working. I was so pleasantly surprised to see they had also replaced two planks of my gate that were in rough shape (from my dogs). I had not asked them to do this, they just did that for me!! I would highly recommend for any project you need completed.

We had a front door and porch railing replaced recently. Rays Construction was very responsive and up front about pricing and expectations. Also, everything was in writing. The process for any changes in cost was communicated up front and followed. When the tornado ripped off part of our roof, we knew who to call. We had hired Ray before and were aware of his professionalism and attention to detail. After MONTHS of trying to get several companies to even quote me for commercial door repair, I stumbled upon Ray's construction. He responded quickly, and was out to do an estimate within a couple of days. His prices were reasonable and fair, and he was able to get our door repaired very shortly after the estimate. He was extremely professional and polite while in our store. Did a magnificent job repairing our door, it's perfect now. Cleaned up after himself and was attentive to guests coming in and out while he was working. We'll definitely be utilizing him again for other commercial needs as they arise, and I personally intend to call him for service at my home when needed. Thanks again Ray!

Though it wasn't a huge project in the grand scheme of things, Ray's Construction and Rehab helped me out in a timely manner with the replacement of some subfloor, sistering of joists, a new patio door, and finishing trim. During the area’s December tornado activity, a flying object punched a hole in the siding of our house. Since the insurance company estimated the damage to be less than our deductible, we were left to find a contractor on our own. I called the Bowling Green Builders Association for help and was referred to Ray Whitledge, owner of Ray’s Construction & Rehab, Inc. Although he too was heavily booked with repair jobs, he agreed to take on our small job. The siding on our house is over ten years old so finding a color match was not easy. But somehow Ray managed to not only find a few panels that matched the siding but at a reasonable price and available locally. His crew repaired the hole in a few hours and did a fantastic job. We feel our small job received the same time and attention as his larger, more profitable jobs. Should we need any repairs or improvements in the future, our first call will most certainly be to Ray Whitledge.

Starting in 2017 when we purchased our home, Ray has completed everything from small items on the home inspection repair list when we purchased, to a major water leak issue that no one else could figure out. Whether it's been a small or large job, he has always communicated, been timely, and reasonable!
