Kimberly did a great job with my 1 year old Great Pyrenees puppy. She met us at the door and got to know Zeus before starting the groom. She also did a great job clarifying what services Zeus would be receiving. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pet with her! We’ll definitely be back!

Emily did a wonderful job with my dog! She did everything we talked about in our consultation and my doggo was happy and playful when I picked him up!! Thank you, Emily! There’s a cool membership available that has tons of discounts and I joined that which took a lot off for our services! Totally worth it! Of note.. the check-in/pick up process is a little odd. There’s a window where you can see the groomers hard at work, but it can take a while for them to notice you. I had to get a different store employee to go ask them to help me. (I didn’t want to tap on the window and set the dogs off)My favorite thing is they don’t triple book dogs for grooming. From what I can tell they do one dog in and one dog out so my guy is done in 60-75 minutes instead of 3-4 hours. So glad we made the switch from Petsmart to Petco for grooming services!

I have never had trouble with Petco Grooming been going there for about two years now. I have always dealed with Kimberly. I heard it is been shut down bummer.

I will be leaving petco. My groomers have left after the Dogs death. So.Ivwill follow them. Why you let them go ,I don't understand?

Lots of hair not clipped and some nails not cut and hair was not even on my pets head. Very unsatisfied for paying over a $100.00. Will never recommend.

The staff was very unfriendly, and I paid to have the enhanced deshedding package and after I picked her up she was shedding even worse than before I took her.

Sparrow is an excellent groomer so gentle and patient with animals as well and we love the style and cut she brings to them
