Been going here for over 6 years and I have to say. I honestly would not trust another Groomer more than I do with her. She is extremely professional and the price is always right along with the Dogs are always happy and looking their best! I just read one of the other comments stating she has abused animals and zip tied their mouth and such. I can easily say that the individual that wrote such horrible things is incredibly wrong and has clearly never experienced Pet Stop as their groomer. I am a very satified customer along with the many friends and family I have referred and have many more years to come.

I've been routinely taking my Corgi to get his nails done at Pet Stop for about 4 years now and have always been highly satisfied with their work. He absolutely hates having his nails trimmed, and he won't let anyone but Yvonne get near them! For fair prices and great grooming services in Bowling Green, I definitely recommend Pet Stop.

My dog got kennel cough for going here this past week. Do not take your puppies there! She doesn’t plan to tell anyone. Very unprofessional and her only question was if I got the vaccine. Yes, I did. Also, plan for your dog to be there all day long. Dropped them off at 11 am and they were not ready until 8:45 pm! Never going back! I do recommend All Creatures Animal hospital if you are looking for a vet! Got us in the same day to get medicine for him.

This is an awesome place to take a pet! They offer all the things a person could think of to spoil a pet. They worked my appointment in the next day and the price was incredibly reasonable. He got his teeth brushed, nails clipped, flea bath and a good scrub for under $60. Service was awesome, they treated him like the king we think he is!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great results, loved how both my mini dachshunds were groomed. Great puppy cut, and they left the breed signatures the way they should be. Long on the ears and tail left long. Very pleased.Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I had to call them after 7 hours to see if they were done. They were, but I didn't get a call. No telling how long they had been ready.

First time I have brought my dog here do tiny usual place being all booked up. Place is very messy and smelly and not clean looking, I walked in at the end of my dog being groomed to see that they had put a zip tie around her mouth instead of a proper muzzle. Grooming wasn’t bad but I will for sure not being returning to this place.

Got my puppy from her, Been coming here for the past 2 years. She's very affordable and has done a better job then most groomers including pet smart. I highly reccomend.

My Shorty has been going here for years. She does exactly what I ask for. Wouldn't go anywhere else!In reference to the review advising abuse and that good reviews are family: you my friend have no idea what you are talking about! My dogs have been going here for years! My dogs are well taken care of! Your facts are incorrect!

The results are good and the price is decent. However it takes anywhere from 4-8 hours to groom my pet, which may I say is only 7 pounds big.... The staff is friendly, but the place is a bit messy. I will not be visiting them anymore. They had to regroom my pet because he pooped in his cage then charged me for it.... I'm sorry but he should not have been there that long that he couldn't hold it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE! The owner is abusive and does not treat animals well. She has kicked dogs and, as another commenter said, zip tied dogs' mouths shut! Completely unacceptable. This place should be investigated by animal control or the humane society.Edit: the 5 star google reviews are the owner's family and friends. Do not believe the good reviews. Do not trust this place with your babies!

I am no relation to these folks and my dog, Trinity, hates people but loves coming here. She came from the HS, and must have been there at Pet Stop before, coz she got all excited when we pulled into the parking lot and knew just where we were going. And using a zip tie for a temporary muzzle is not abusive, that's just silly! They aren't made of barbed wire, for Pete's sake!
