I went to Bowling Green Party City to get balloons and the staff, notably Meghan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my balloon bouquet. I realize it’s a busy time of year in the store and Meghan did not hesitate to slow down and help me.

The woman that waited on me looked to be high on drugs first of all. Was very rude and condescending. She didn't even fill but half the balloons I'm surprised I didn't go off but I was just in a hurry to get to the party for my kids. They also mixed the balloons and I didn't want them too. I even told them. The man filling them up was very nice but she was hateful. I am never going back. I'll order all my party balloons online and blow em up myself. Also she said it's six to ten days and they only stayed inflated for four hours. They started dropping to the ground at the party. I feel so mad and ripped off. To top it all off it was like 30 bucks for just 13 balloons to fill up. I could go on and on. Don't waste your money there. I was very late for my kids birthday party. I had guests arriving while I wasn't there because it took forever to get my balloons blown up.

The service clerk was exceptionally helpful & kind. I would feel they’re a bit pricey though. You can get better quality stuff at Walmart for a cheaper price. Lots of different options though.

They had exactly what I needed And helped me locate it. The associate even had to use a tall step ladder to retrieve it. She didn't seem to mind at all. Some places {not naming any names/ W. M} asking an associate for help or where to find a item is blasphemy.... in which, I could go on for hours about

Don't take over a 20$ bill. What if I 300$ worth of stuff? Then what party City? I guess you'll take my legal U.S. CURRENCY then?? But not if I'm spending 40$ NO then it's against policy?? I'll never step foot inside your stores again. And suggest to all they don't either. Even McDonald's took a 100$ bill, for a 7$ order. I went next door from your store and bought the same thing at 5 BELOW, same price. Guess what they took my 100$ bill. Lolololol. I guess you are wanting to be another Kmart, Sears, Toys R us, not taking money unbelievable. Unimaginable.

This Party City is the best Party City and all of Kentucky and Tennessee together. It has the best selection of party supplies craft supplies and of course right now the Halloween section. I can't believe I haven't been to Party City more and to enjoy their coupons and low prices when it comes to gift wrap and buying tickets and purchasing stuff for birthday parties. Plus there number balloons for birthdays are pretty Flippin cool.

A lot of things are just to expensive, however the 1 dollar cards are what I usually go here for. The staff are 50/50 helpful. Some are in good spirits while the others ignore you and continue to talk to their friends.

Poor service. I placed a ballon order (15 color + 3 Mylar ?) balloons for a pick up the next morning. I arrived 5 minutes early and they had not even started on my order. Then they proceeded to only fill half of the order, not aware of the remaining 15 balloons. While waiting for our order, two ladies chatted and complained about their work. Not sure if they knew my husband and I was standing there. We ended up being late to our own party because they were not prepared and chatted while filling our order.

They have every conceivable decoration and costume in every size, shape, and color. I've gone there for party supplies for a 100-year old gentleman as well as for Halloween. Don't forget the water baloons and Silly String.
