I had just bought a new pair of Timberland boots directly from the manufacturer but they were not comfortable for my feet at work which requires me to stand and walk multiple miles on concrete. I went to Nat’s and Steve O’Nan, the footwear manager suggested I try Aetrex Orthotics memory foam arch support inserts. He scanned my feet with their foot scanner and let me try two different supports. I chose the one that felt best for my feet and now my feet are happy! While the foot supports were not cheap, they were much more economical than buying a new pair of boots. Steve probably could have told me that I needed to get a better pair of boots for my feet to be comfortable and I would have had to spend about double what I paid for the inserts. But instead, Steve was aware that I was budget conscious and opted to do what was best for my feet and my wallet! I will be back in the near future to get a pair of tennis shoes because I am loyal to stores with honest people who have integrity.

Great customer service! I brought my indoor cycling shoes in for help adjusting the cleats. Jacob adjusted them for me for free and told me to come back if I have any issues. Really appreciate the help, and Nat’s has a great selection, too!

Great place. Love the variety.Always find what I need.I went there last week. The staff had a complete off day. They chatted away, at the cash register and didn't pay attention what was going on.Weren't interested at all. A pitty.

Nice store with a well rounded selection of outdoor gear. Their bike selection is pretty big for a smaller sized building, which was nice. Overall, they probably have anything you would need for the outdoors.

What a great shop for Bowling Green to have! Grateful for all Nat’s offers as far as gear goes, and really appreciative of the employees ! When I have had questions about gear and even where to do certain activities around BG, they always have an answer or advise. Really a gem in BG!

I have been going to Nats for over 25 years and given them a great deal of business. The quality of their merchandise cannot be beat and they are local. The service is next to none and when I expressed a problem Mike took care of it immediately .I highly recommend this local business with tons of outdoor camping merchandise, shoes, clothing, bikes,, ..you name it.

Recently went to look for a new watch. Upon arrival, my wife and I were both greeted by employees asking what we needed help with. After letting them know I wanted to look at and try on a couple different Garmin products, two different employees came over and pointed out all the key features of each watch and then gave me pointers and information on different bands avaliable for the watch. We left very satisfied with the purchase and extremely happy with the level of professionalism and customer service from the employees. That level of customer service is almost unheard of in this day and age. Bravo Nat's for having awesome employees, fantastic customer service and a huge selection of everything outdoors. A+ 100%

Employees a 5 star!Love the guy in bike department..Willie..super knowledgeable...sweet and so helpful. Needed shoe inserts for my son and he even took us over and he and another gentleman got us all set up.Expensive...but I appreciated the knowledge they provided.Now the reason for the 3 rating...management is not kind to the employees. They are afraid to talk with customers because the owner doesn't like it. I felt like they needed to rush service or she thought they were goofing around. It was uncomfortable.

Never have any of the women's salewa shoes in the trendy bright colors . The selection of tents is joke they have one so there is no choice. Im all for buying local but Nats is not it for my outdoors needs.

I just purchased a very nice pair of athletic shoes from Nat's. They didn't have the colors I wanted but were very helpful in finding just what I was looking for. They ordered them for me. I can't say enough about their employees and service- definitely so much better service than the chain stores. If you will let them know features you need in a product they are happy to lead you in the right direction.

Had always been very happy with the store. As most people I know have. And I know alot of folks in Logan county being in business here myself for thirty years. I needed a new pair of Costa sunglasses for the lake. Bought a slightly different style than I normally buy. Took them on the lake, hated them. Called for an exchange, not refund, was told i needed the cardboard box they came in. Its gone. Got tossed out. I have the case, the receipt, and the wiping cloth. the glasses are new condition,as they are, other than worn once. Manager said no box, no exchange. That simple. I said he could have the box of the exchanged pair. Nope. My wife and I are probably average customers, 1500-1800 dollars a year. Not alot but worthy of satisfying. Mind you, I requested exchange, not refund. I was really in disbelief at the managers passive attitude. Told him they would probably lose my family, and others possibly, business. Was told "well I hate to lose your business but I need the cardboard box". Alrighty. Make your own conclusions.

I needed a bike repair (two flats and tire truing) while visiting Mammoth Caves NP. The front desk recommended Nats and a quick call to the shop confirmed the mechanic would be able to help me out immediately. Took less than half an hour and I was able to bring my dog in the shop and chat bikes with the mechanic while he worked. Thanks, Mike!

Literally the nicest people I have ever met! Went in yesterday because I had a broken wheel. I was greeted by everyone who worked there and felt at home. These people have the best and most genuine customer service of any place I have been in a long time! In addition to that, I always come here for my North Face gear and Uggs. What a cool store! Not as big as REI, but Nats is packed full of bikes, kayaks, camping, climbing, and other cool gear. Nice selection of shoes and boots also. Actually saw some Brooks I have never seen before there. People were nice and knowledgeable also.

Took my bike in to get it Tuned up. Bought it off amazon and it was a mess, "untrue tires, messed up gears, the works". When I picked it up told it was good to go, and was at no charge. Everyone likes to say how Nat's is expensive, but the service was great, and tune up prices are cheaper than the other shops i visited. I'll be using them for my Bike needs from here on.

Waited to get assistance for shoe fitting, multiple employees walked by and not one offered assistance. Then after waiting longer another woman who had just walked up was helped without anyone ever acknowledging my wife or I. Terrible experience that will stop us from ever returning.
