Great selection of fruits and vegetables. The store can use some cleaning and updates on their restrooms. The pharmacist people are amazing! Five stars for the pharmacy staff!

I was just in there for a few items and as I'm at self checkout something with the machine had an issue with the way I grabbed my last bag and I stood there for 5 minutes as the machine repeated over and over "help is on the way" as a group of workers stood there the entire time just having a get together propped up relaxing and laughing at their conversation not even 6 feet away as im waiting for help so i can leave i tried asking but wasn't heard and it took 5 minutes of me just staring at them for them to even notice me after saying out loud "hello I need help"

BUYER BEWARE: CHECK THE DATES. This Kroger doesn’t check dates/remove expired products. When I tried to return some expired products (purchased the same morning they expired) they said they couldn’t do the return. I also had a package that contained moldy items as well (didn’t see it until I got home and opened the package), and they wouldn’t do a return for that item either. 🙄 Literally wasted money on inedible food, THANKS for not doing YOUR JOB Kroger. 🤢

The guy in the little gas station either can't hear or don't care.... Pulled up with a specific order, easy order.... it got jacked up, we didn't leave, still wouldn't fix the deal. At least a better attitude would be appreciated....

My main place for groceries. It's constantly upgrading. There is a Starbucks and a branch of BB&T bank plus a small bit descent wine shop. It's a one stop solution for me. Only complaint is they are not Vegetarian friendly. The health food selection is sub par.Since this post 2 years ago the health food section has great lunch improved. The store has gotten even better except for one aspect. The customer service staff. Since Im this business I noticed a complete failure on this end. Rude, no manners and can be just hateful for asking a simple question. The first 2 times I over looked it because everyone has a bad day. But this happens every single time for at least a year. So I have to take away on that note

This is a great Kroger to shop at, their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful they even take my moms groceries to the car for her. They have a very good selection with good prices. They even have good sushi better than some restaurants I have been to. I will definitely be back and I do recommend.

It is 9:48 pm and this "grocery store" closed its doors and wouldn't let customers in because of a little snow. You are a freaking grocery store! This is the most asinine thing I have ever seen. Other people work in this and don't get off their job till later and try to grab a few things at the store once they get off, but can't because of poor management decisions. Highly upset and won't be shopping at this location ever again. Pitiful!

Kroger employs a lot of fine people, but I want to express gratitude to the wonderful assistant at self-checkout on Riverside Drive in Bowling Green, KY. Her name is Robbin, and she is ALWAYS unfailingly kind and helpful. No matter how hectic the pace gets in those checkout lines, she projects a marvelous attitude. I have encountered her many times, and she I want her to know that she is noticed and appreciated!

Great deals digital coupons pick 5 get 5 off. Got gold fish for. 99 Poptarts for 1.49 6pk 16oz drinks for 1.99 after picking 5 items. Normal prices were 1.99 2.69 2.99. Also found this deal. Paid .75 for 2.99 lunchable. 4 for the price of one just different ones. Ham and American and nachos only. Plus if you had a coupon you can use that too.

Parking is a pain!!!! Checkout lines are long and self-checkout is the only option. And...forget customer service, it's a joke. Last time I stood in line for well over fifteen minutes because of a pricing error, everyone in front of me was doing Western Union money transfers. You're a grocery store, not a bank!!! I go there as little as I can!!!! Only Walmart is worse in customer service, but even THEY have a separate money center away from customer service. My go to store? Meijers!

Clean store, slightly more expensive than Walmart and friendly employees. We also enjoy their hot foods, variety of salads (Broccoli salad is a fav) and sushi ready made. Quick grabs for lunch or an easy and convenient dinner.

While the pick up service is fast and convenient, please train the pick up crew to pick fruits and vegetables better. Everything we received was either molded or grew mold within a day of having it.

This is my favorite store to shop. Hunter Hack is by far the friendliest most helpful person this store has ever employed. I drive all the way from Leitchfield every Saturday to shop. His store is always well stocked and the employees are very helpful. I look forward to seeing his smiling face

This store? 10pm means 945. Hours say 10pm? Nope. You're not getting in after 945pm. Had I been allowed in, I'd be out by 950. Oh, well. I'm sure whoever at corporate who sets the store hours is going to LOVE this.

DELII've had a lot of issues with this Kroger. But their produce and deli are good enough to keep me coming back. August 4th 2022, 4:30pm I had an absolutely wonderful interaction with Mr. Russ in the deli. I asked which roast beef was the most rare. The man took out all 5 choices and showed me so I could make my own decision. I made my choice and said I usually get it cut at 1 and a half, he showed me the first cut so I could see that it was so tender that that setting was kind of shredding it and gave me the opportunity to change my mind and get it cut thicker before he sliced out the whole 2 lbs that I needed. Also, thinking ahead, he didn't try to squeeze 2 lbs into the normal small bags that they use and grabbed a bigger one for me. Mr. Russ was polite and friendly, going above and beyond, he needs a raise.

7/18/22 I arrived at 9:45p to quickly grab an item and was told ‘we close 15 minutes early’ after I realized the doors were locked. When I asked the gentleman who told me this, Miles, who I could speak with regarding the matter, he told me the manager must be inside but the doors were locked. Doesn’t seem acceptable.

This store has so many helpful employees. I relocated here about two months ago and have had to ask many questions. I always receive prompt attention and correct answers. One of the cashiers even thought me how to scan bar codes in the app so I can take advantage of all coupons. Thank you all

I've used this Kroger for almost 20 years, it's been great. This review is strictly for the pharmacy. They have yet to properly fill a prescription for my family, for the last two years. Every. Single. Time. When we try to pick up our prescription, they can't find it in the system. And make me call our Dr to send it again. The Dr insists they've sent it... Guess who is always right. The Dr. Amazingly, after me leaving and returning or calling throughout the day, they manage to find the prescription in the system. And of course, it's never filled.That's just one of the many issues I experience every single time I try to use this pharmacy. I understand nobody is perfect 100% of the time. But yall are perfect 0% of the time. That's absolutely unacceptable. I don't know how something can be ran so poorly, for so long. We're all having labor issues out here, this is a mark of terrible management and culture. Time to shake it up Kroger.

THIS KROGER, not the others in Bowling Green, keeps stocking out of products we commonly buy, like their own Private Select (kroger's brand) Mouse tracks ice cream. I mean, that's your store brand and you have an "in" to request more of the one flavor that you sell or if every other week. The other local Kroger stores always have that ice cream flavor it in stock. Must just be incompetent management at this location. I've called several times requesting they adjust their stock to include more of the one flavor of private select ice cream they consistently sell out of, with no change. I'm done! Because they don't listen to their customers, I will be shopping at Meijer moving forward despite my deep love for private select moose tracks ice cream. So sad Kroger

Their customer service team needs a lesson in manners. I shouldn’t be given attitude over the phone when asking perfectly reasonable questions. They are also always conveniently out of everything you need on your click-list. I’ve gone in several times after receiving my groceries to find the exact items they were “out of” right on the shelves! Their employees don’t care about what you need and they don’t care to do the bare minimum aspects of their jobs. I find it hard to believe that this store was entirely out of chicken breast and couldn’t do a substitution for it when I had the box checked for that? But yet I got a substitution for burrito shells? It doesn’t make any sense. Someone mneeds to rework the whole staffing situation.

Pickup service is trash. They don’t have enough employees to fulfill their pickup orders on time so be prepared to be sitting for 30+ minutes after your pickup time is scheduled. Has happened bout 5 times in a row now.

There is no parking! The parking lot has been consumed by reserved pick list and handicap spaces, mostly empty or illegally occupied, and landscaped islands that nobody cares about when trying to park. You should have put the gas station elsewhere.
