I recently brought my new (and crazy) puppy to Greystone for his puppy shots, and it put my mind at such ease. They allow you to purchase a “puppy plan” that saves you money on all the necessary vaccines and visits during the first year. Also, even though my puppy has the tendency to teethe on everything he can get his mouth on, every single employee was so amazing with him- Dr. Price even brought him something to chew on during his visit!!! I feel so comfortable taking my newest fur baby here and have been recommending it ever since!

My wife's leonburg/bull mastiff baby was in dire need of a miracle. Since we left out west and came back to Kentucky her poor skin and the fleas she got from a transient mut. Nothing we did was helping, the whole staff at Greystone whom I've entrusted my other pets in the distant past did just what we needed. A miracle flea pill and the right amount of care by the staff, we now have our big baby back.

This vet is awesome, highly recommend! My dog ripped one of her nails half way out and was bleeding pretty bad. Called Greystone and they got her in right away and took care of her. The staff is very friendly.

Our sweet 2 year old pup was very anxious to be at a new vets office, but the vet tech Lindsey and Dr Price both did their best to make her feel safe and comfortable. Dr Price sat in the floor with treats and talked to her until she felt comfortable enough to approach. Dr Price did her exam quickly with no added stress to our girl. So happy to have found them at Greystone .

What a wonderful first experience. Everyone we encountered made us feel very welcome, and made our pup very relaxed. The vet & vet tech were so easy to talk with and answered our questions with practical ideas. Our last vet in Bowling Green would not allow owners in the exam room and in 2 years I never met the vet, and never felt welcome.The pricing for an annual physical and the various vaccines was very reasonable and about $100 less than our last vet.So glad that our neighbor recommended Greystone Vet hospital.

Great vet. I bring my Granddog here from Henderson. I would rather drive 100 miles to go here than take him to a local vet. My daughter got him in Bowling Green while she was earning her Masters degree from WKU. Awesome service and care.

Everyone that works there, from the front desk, to the techs and the docs, provide compassionate care and offer different options, taking every consideration, including the household budget. The knowledge and professionalism of doctors, techs and administrators have never failed us, through our dogs’ lifetimes. I’m a new pet owner and I was referred to by the previous owner of my dog to the same place where she first received her puppy vaccines. Not only were we out in less than 30 minutes, the vet technicians and the vet himself were both professional and helpful when we came back for boosters. Safe to say as long as I live in Bowling Green, I’ll be trusting my sweet girl in their very capable hands. Everyone was so friendly and very nice to my energetic puppy; that’s all I could ask for!

My dog, Jolene, isn't the most pleasant patient to visit as she has high anxiety. She loathes nail trims but taking her to Greystone they ease the process for her. Everyone is so very friendly and reassuring throughout the visit. Dr. Price is amazing with Jolene and takes time to answer any questions I have and find a solutions before we leave. So grateful to have found this place.

We recently had to put down our beloved senior cat, Robert. Dr. Paxton and his staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic to the situation. They made us feel comfortable and safe during a very sad and vulnerable time. We were given ample time to say goodbye and they allowed us to have him pass in his favorite little house we brought from home. Thank you Greystone for all of your kindness! We also take our other cats here and I know that they are loved and cared for as if they were their own pets.

I am new to the Bowling Green area so I was nervous about taking my dog Birdie to the vet because she hasn’t had great encounters at past vets because she is very scared of new people and places.I am so glad I found Greystone!! The reception workers were so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor and vet techs were so sweet and gentle with Birdie and tried their best to make sure she was comfortable. I continue to bring my dog to Greystone and have had no issues with the care provided over the past 4 years. They always work with me. I have also used their boarding facilities and have experienced no problems. My dog is happy to see the staff each time we go, even for the dreaded toe nail trims which he hates. Previous post: Always great care when I take my dog to Greystone. I am given options regarding his care which I greatly appreciate. Everyone there is friendly and very professional. No one is put off by my many questions.

Greystone pet hospital is great. They take such great care of my dogs. As soon as I walk in they know who my dogs are. I have two big dogs and sometimes they help me out as I am coming in due to them being so excited I am being dragged pretty much. I have been going to Dr. Paxton since Kylo was a puppy and also started taking my 2nd dog as soon as I got him. The staff let's the dogs love on them and they love on the dogs. Always super nice when I call or come inside. I recommend this vet to anyone.

We started with Greystone because we had shar pei and heard this place had experience with the breed. That was years ago and we've been thru alot with our pets and Dr. Paxton has been the biggest help and friend to us. So kind and thoughtful, especially when we had to say goodbye to a dog we loved. I took my dog for annual vaccines and everything was excellent. They asked me the things I wanted and I was specific if this didn't and I always ask the price of all lol. They did everything What I asked for and the doctor is very kind and pleasant. I am happy with the attention they have given us. And I asked the doctor a question I had and I was satisfied with the answer if my dog really needed that or not.

My first experience at Greystone was 29 years ago and they have been taking care of my animals ever since. Dr. Stephenson even helped out with a short (very short) unit I was teaching, Love and Care of your pets. One child was afraid of dogs, so Dr. Stephenson, brought to our classroom , one of her Russian Deerhounds and one of the mother dog’s puppies. Time was spent talking with and petting the two dogs who had never been around children. The doctor handed out doggie coloring books and crayons while the student who had been fearful of dogs, begged our guests to stay and play with the class at recess. Dr. Stephenson with one of her technicians took out timer I. Their busy day to help this child and bring these huge calm dogs to our school to teach acceptance and overcome fear.More recently, Dr. Matt Paxton started treating my Bassett Hound Who had a skin condition which took MANY appointments to keep it in check. Rocky’s days were, after s while, coming to the end of his journey. Rocky had to spend s few nights at the hospital and one of the technicians spent one night with Rocky , so she could watch him closely and also so he wouldn’t be alone. During Rocky’s illness, more than once, after Dr. Paxton went home for the day, but came back to see how Rocky was doing. Now, Dr. Paxton is trying to figure out what my dog Chloe is allergic to. Change her food, no treats, if you give her a trip make sure it’s from the canned food of Hydro…… whatever it is. She is getting better and better.This little review has gone on way too long and I have left out many instances from the kindness shown to me by the staff at Greystone. I appreciated every phone call after hours. To let me know how my furbabies were doing.Thank you from the bottom of my heart,Sarah Hightower

We love Greystone! I know that no matter what I call with, they are always happy and available to help. Dr Paxton has been awesome with our dog regardless of the need. We were new dog owners and had puppy issues ranging from food problems to surgery and he has been great every step of the way. The techs have been very nice as well. Our dog has bonded to a few of the girls there which makes me feel better about leaving him if I have to. I can’t imagine going anywhere else with our fur baby!
