Variety of products at affordable prices, but at rather 👎🏻quality. Lots of stuff standing in the aisles, making it a challenge to go through. Seems like this shop service doesn't care much about the order and cleanliness. 🤷‍♂️

Very under staffed. Stuff stays in boxes now and not on shelves cause they don't have the people to staff. That's for all the dollar stores. Our use to stay very neat and clean and shelves stocked. Now self check out like Walmart and other stores. Wished I got paid at the end of the year for working for all these companies to shop myself, check myself out and bag it all. They all charging for bags now to. So bring your own or find a empty box. Walmarts nuts. Calculated everything as I picked up items. Supposed to been $32 came up $37. Don't know 🤦🤦

All dollar stores & dollar markets in Bowling Green KY are understaffed and have very limited inventory on the shelves. There are often carts with merchandise waiting to be put on shelves blocking every aisle.

Every single time i come here there is an older lady who is supposed to be a cashier, she will blatantly ignore you at the check out i stood there for 10 minutes while she was on her phone. Any time you ask for her to check the back for anything she says no because she doesnt have time. She's extremely rude and likes to make comments on peoples appearance. Never have i had a good experience when she is working. Recently needed diapers and she told me she wasnt checking the back, a nice young man went to check for me after hearing her tell me no twice.

Too crowded. Always have stock out in isles and hard to shop, but staff is always nice and helpful. They need a bigger store so they can expand fresh fruit and veggies.

Their smaller stores look like they try to stuff 100 pounds of mud into a 10 pound sack. This particular locations aisles were loaded with stock and it was overflowing onto the floors with the store help trying to cram it back on the shelves. The front door was propped open, guess the a/c system was fried. One employee wasn't wearing a mask but, then half the customers in there were lacking masks also. Too bad they don't take more pride in their stores, but that's just my opinion.

Since they've added fresh fruit to this location, it's even more convenient. Wonderful place. Employees are super nice and make you feel like family.

Love the dollar section. Dog treatswas in the wrong place. When I got to the counter expecting to pay $0.88 a bag I actually paid a dollar 65 a bag 🤨, but dogs love the treats 😀

Always out of stock, aisles are always blocked with carts from back of merchandise to be stocked. Signs posted that says masks required but hardly anyone has on on including the two employees working tonight.

Really slipped the past year. Still good prices and selection...but...my regular store on Morgantown Rd had the check out conveyor belt break. Not only did they not fix it, they removed it! But here is the "ultimate fail"...slowly their shopping carts disappeared over the past 6 months. Now they have nada, zilch, zero, none! Let that sink in. If you buy more than will fit in those little plastic baskets you're out of luck. I used to buy 3 twelve packs of soda (great bargain). Now you have to balance 1 on your head (1 twelve pack under each arm) to check out. I don't think so.

Always out of things that people need. Its a clusters of things that no one buys! + it busy as hell in there. Most times you have to go track down a employe to check you out! Worst DG ever!
