Culver’s is always good this location is no exception. The place is clean, the employees are very friendly and professional. The service is good and also fairly quick. If your in Bowling Green Kentucky you can’t go wrong by stopping in and enjoying a Butter Burger with Cheese or the Cheese Curds or one of desserts and shakes. I do highly recommend this Culver’s location .

If I could give negative stars I would. Jason, a manager, is absolutely disgusting. I came in and ordered two custards. He was working the front register where I paid with cash. After ringing up multiple customers in the line, he walked over to the ice cream station and proceeded to make our ice cream with bare hands. Bare hands, after just handling money, no gloves, no hand washing…I threw it in the trash. I confronted him straight away and explained how unsanitary and unhygienic his actions were. They were not busy. He had multiple employees standing around wearing gloves, but he took it upon himself to prepare food straight off the register, after handling money, without putting on a pair of gloves or washing his hands. He said he’s sorry I felt that way. I said it’s not debatable. It’s basic hygiene to put on gloves or wash your hands after handling money, before preparing customers food orders. It’s sad you’re a manager but lack basic knowledge of hygiene. How many people a day is he contributing to spreading illness? While preparing the ice cream it was touching all over the sides of his hands and then when he placed the tops on he pushed his entire hand all over the top and spoons. Almost intentional. Disgusting. I will be calling the health department as well.

Been to Culver's several times over the years. Butter burgers and ice cream treats. Stopped for a concrete mixer and it wasn't very concrete this time but past experiences were generally positive. Staff was friendly and place looked clean. It's fast food..

This place is good especially to be a fast food chain. My daughter introduced me to Culver's awhile ago. They have a wide variety of food to choose from seafood, burgers, chicken those are just a few of their options. The times I have been here my food has always been served hot, I haven't received any cold food from them. If you haven't been to Culver's I suggest you go ahead and stop by.

Visited Culvers for the very first time while travelling. I had heard about Culvers but wasn't exactly sure what all the hype was about but now I know. I thought it was just a burger joint but it appears they have much more than that, chicken, seafood, small salad, etc. Anyways, thinking it was a burger joint, that is what I wanted so I got the double deluxe with fries. The cashier wasSarahBeth and she was very friendly and patient with my wife's picky ordering. We dined inside and everything was clean, even the bathroom. Our order came within a few minutes and everything was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning to a Culvers in the future.

I ALWAYS get the mushroom and swiss burger. The only reason they got 4 stars on food instead of 5, is because last time I went there were barely any mushrooms on my burger. It was still a good burger, but I order mushrooms because I love mushrooms and I want to TASTE mushrooms. There were so few last time, I couldn't taste them at all.So, this time I told the cashier that I barely got any last time and I ordered extra mushrooms for this burger, and I am SO GLAD I did! This is what the burger came with - see pictures. The mushroom sauce used to ooze out the sides and it was SO delicious!The cashier did not charge me for the extra mushrooms, and I am grateful, of course, but I honestly believe it's because there is no button for extra mushrooms on the cash register. I know this because I tried to send in my order online and there is no button for extra mushrooms online either.He did, however, specifically ask for the extra mushrooms from the cook when I told him they had not been added to my to-go bag of food, and at that point, he became my hero of the day. I truly wish I hadn't been so worn out from my work day that I would have thought to get his picture or at least his name, but I am remiss a lot.I understand the price of food has skyrocketed since COVID, I too have to spend way more money to get way less food than I used to, but do you think I can get away with giving my man less food on his plate just because it costs me more? I wish! Culver's needs to go back to giving us the amount of mushrooms they used to, or just take that burger off the menu all together. No one who orders it is going to be happy with it anymore anyway!My man likes the double burger, which is why I picked that below, since there is no "other" category.

The food was awesome. One of the best burgers in Bowling Green in my opinion. The staff is always professional and polite and have never gotten my order wrong. I highly recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: My nephew is in a wheelchair and there is plenty of space between tables to navigate easily.

Great food! Their menu has something for everyone. I can't eat gluten but they have a great tasting gluten-free bun! The burger patties are very tasty and you can order the burgers as a single, double, or triple. The ice cream is great too!

I know Culver's is mostly known for burgers and milkshakes, but in my opinion the best item on the menu is the Beef Pot Roast Sandwich. The beef is so tender and not greasy/fatty--and has a great flavor even without any sauce.

I love Culvers, but this one had the worst service I've ever experienced at one of their locations. I stood at the counter for over five minutes with people behind it and no one even bothered to wait on me. Finally, a guy came in from outside right behind two more customers. He then walked up to the register and asked to take their order with me standing there. When I did get my food instead of the Deluxe Bacon burger that I ordered, I got a regular Double Burger with no bacon. Since I was starving, having waited to get to Culvers and passing several other options on the interstate, I ate it anyway.
