First time buying a new camper 2024 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS. Got in touch with Camping World in Bowling Green and had Lauren as our sales representative couldn’t have had a better one. My wife and I got to checkout 2 different models of camper while we shopped and decided on the one we thought would be best for us. Lauren made the process as simple as possible and got us a very fair deal on our trade. I have no complaints on the way they treated my wife and I and if ever we were to buy another RV would use Lauren again. .

Drew helped us purchase our 2021 GeoPro 19FD in January. Drew is great to work with and very knowledgeable. Working with Camping World in general, research what you’re wanting and keep an eye on fees and negotiate. Don’t be afraid to ask what specific fees are for. We had a couple issues that came up after getting our camper home. We reached out to Drew and he was very helpful. Issues are resolved and we’ve been on two trips so far with our camper.

I have heard so many bad things about Camping World. That was the reason my husband and I went to another camper dealer to get our first camper, which was a mistake. My husband also transported RVs to camping World, and some of them weren't so pleasant to deal with. He even had one of the managers in Bowling Green throw a hissy fit on him while he was delivering an RV there. But when we became very dissatisfied with our first camper purchase and their service department,(we took it back for the same issues 3 times and would have to leave it there for weeks) we decided to give Camping World a try. Our salesman Bob was great! Very sweet man and he stayed with us to the end, made sure everything went good. Had a few issues with the financial team, but all ended well. So far the service department has been really good, just had a same day appointment and everything didn't get fixed so we ended up having to leave it there and they actually had it delivered back to us. At one service appointment, the forklift driver broke a piece on our Andersen hitch, and very surprisingly, he told us that he had broken it, we ended up having to go around and around with Ruben, to actually get the part ordered and sent to us, but got it sent to us. All in all everything has went well with them up to this point. We love our camper and look forward to keep doing business with Camping World of Bowling Green.If you're looking to buy a camper, go see Bob!!!

A truly awesome buying experience! When Lauren walked up to us, she asked us what we were looking for. Now mind you, my wife and I have been looking at campers for years, in all shapes and sizes. But, we’d finally decided on what type of camper we wanted. So we gave Lauren a pretty specific list of things we were looking for, as well as, how much we wanted to pay. You know what she did? She showed us campers that matched exactly what we were looking for! It actually made it a little hard for us to decide, because we probably would have been happy with any of the ones she showed us…but we are tremendously happy with the decision we made! So after years of looking, with Lauren’s help, we found exactly what we wanted.The rest of the team that worked with us, Steve in finance and Donald, the tech that showed me the ends and outs of our new camper were super helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember their names, but the ladies that helped us when we were buying necessities for our new camper were also super helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend Camping World of Bowling Green for anyone looking to buy their first (like us), or their tenth camper! Ask for Lauren when you’re there if you want a world class buying experience! Tell her Tim sent ya 😉

Camping World What a joke. I had some bad experience with the Nashville location with the sales dept. I told myself I won't deal with camping world again. Well I give Bowling Green location their shot and spoke with the Sales Manager. He informed me that my experience would be a good one. So about 2 weeks ago I stopped by and they give a great salesman. He took and showed what I was looking for. I got the paperwork started. Well for starters they give me a very low figure on my trade. The Finance guy told me that I had the income and credit so I didn't think it would take long for an answer. I was asked to send up my documents for my income and I send it them very quickly. I haven't heard from them since then. Today I decided to text them and ask about my deal and I was told they can't get an approval. I am totally upset because no one had the respect to call me and tell me personally. This is why I am giving a low score to Bowling Green. I guess they can't all come together and try something else. So again my experience with Camping World is not to deal with camping world anymore. If they can't even contact you about your deal then this is someone I won't recommend to. I don't suggest them. I will keep what I have and look at other dealerships later on and keep on camping.

Had a great experience with Camping World and especially with Drew he answered all our questions and if he didn’t know got back to us in adequate time with the answer. We only had a small issue when picking up the camper when it came to the hitch adapter but Robert in Service helped to fix the problem quickly and get us on the road the same day! Over all we had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.

He was very responsive and went above and beyond to help.Sales: there was some confusion as this was my first time buying an RV and was under the impression it was same as Car. I was a bit disappointed as I had already made a stop previously and put money down for vehicle. I wish all the pre would have been prior to me flying and better communication on what was needed for purchase.Overall great experience minus the learning hiccups
