Like stuff, but customer service is not a priority. 5 employees, not one, could be bothered to see if we needed help. All standing behind counter talking. Had to go to the register and ask for help and get the famous eye roll from the cashier and her little friend. I'm not impressed...

Got in and right out, told the lady what I needed with feed and two others were loading it up on a dolly bringing out and loading it in my truck. Very nice place and people working there.

In October 2022, our 26 chickens all of a sudden stopped laying eggs. We thought it must be the cold weather. In January, we learned from a backyard chicken Facebook group that the feed we were buying from tractor supply, Purina Layer feed recipe had likely been changed to save on costs and people were noticing a drop in egg production.We decided to change our feed and visited Burkmann Nutrition of Bowling Green, on Nashville Rd. Immediately I could tell a difference. Not only were their prices better, the service was too notch. I was able to switch my chicken, goat and horse feed over saving almost $80 from what I normally pay at tractor supply. Within the week, my chickens started laying again. The Burkmann feed has more protein in it that they needed due to the colder weather. I am now a life long customer.Oh did I mention they load everything in your truck for you? And will make up pallets for bulk orders at a discount too? Oh and special order horse pasture seed or other miscellaneous items if you need it? Great place for animal feed and bird seed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist you with your needs. You can also order specialty feed or blends and order large quantities for pick up in store. They will load your items for you as well. They also have dog toys, treats, bird feeders, etc. Cute little store.

I believe this is family run and owned. Great feed options for all kinds of animals.. Dog, horse ,chickens ,hogs etc.. very reasonable and competitive prices.
