We walk up ordered via the electronic kiosk. The process was simple and quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I had the Reece's Peanut Butter Cup sundae and it was ah-mazing. Vanilla ice cream, peanut butter sauce, lots of Reece's Peanut butter cup chunky pieces, whipped cream, and a cherry. Portion was large and filling. Pricing was reasonable, around $7.50Dietary restrictions: Nondairy options available in 3 flavors, chocolate, vanilla, and Oreo.Parking: In addition to their own parking lot there is a large parking lot for a shopping center directly behind the businessKid-friendliness: Kids welcome here. They serve great sundaes here. We had the apple dumpling and strawberry shortcake sundaes. They were both huge and you definitely get your money’s worth!

I have never had a bad experience at Bruster's. Ice cream is rich and delicious. Cones are always fresh and crunchy. The young staff that works there does a great job keeping the line moving and serving you quickly. Highly recommend.

Service was fantastic!We pulled up so close to closing and they happily completed order.Loved their unique ice cream flavors; creamy and quality!Update from my first review two years ago:I believe today’s visit experience has turned me off from returning. Prices are up (I understand: inflation), but portion has become patheticOrdering two scoops, my wife’s cone had two tiny , golf ball sized scoops. When I took it from them at the window I questioned the sized (looks more like they scooped based on the small opening of the sugar cone), and they said that was the right sizeMy ice cream was handed to me already melting , runny, which I also questioned. Their reply is that flavor is like that (chocolate peanut butter w/buckeyes)- I do not believe that to be the case .That’s the wonderful thing about the Free Markets- choices, there are other ice cream stores who show more care in quality and service

The menu was different than the one posted on their site so apparently it is a changing menu and the flavors I wanted weren't available. The ice cream was not particularly good and the serving size was very small, especially for the price. The server at the window was rude and impatient. Overall it was not a good experience and I don't recommend it.

Just happened to pass by this several times and never realized it was here. There’s a lot of options so I went with something simple but I’m still here for several days in Bowling Green so I’ll be back and try some more.

Absolutely amazing! I had the strawberry shortcake and it was the best I've had. The cake was moist and buttery and the ice cream was smooth and creamy.

Amazing, got the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundea. I could only eat half. What I did eat was great. Nuts, whip cream, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, warm cookie, and cherries on top- yes please.

Me and my mom went through the drive-through and let me say… that was the best drive through experience I’ve had. The service was amazing! They were so kind and made sure we had everything we ordered. The ice cream was also very tasty!

My daughter dropped her wallet in the parking lot today, and the owner, Robert, was going to drive it out to her address on her license, when he spotted us sitting outside eating our ice cream, and returned it to her. Not only did we enjoy great ice cream, but now she doesn't have to go through all the trouble from losing her wallet! Thanks again, Robert!

Tonight, we went to get ice cream with friends. I ordered toffee crunch ice cream. There was nothing in my cone except for vanilla. I told the lady at the window. She informed me that was a vanilla base ice cream and never offered to make it right. So I guess I will not recommend going there. It's a shame because there ice cream is always good.

I had the no sugar added Chocolate ice cream which was delicious. I am thankful for this choice since I can't have sugar. They also have vegan dairy free which I would have ordered but it had sugar in it. The vegan dairy free sugar free would have been perfect.

Worst shake ever mint choclate something. Why would you serve a shake that has chocolate chunks 4x larger than the straw? Also it tasted like sour milm so i dumped it down the sink instead of risk getting a brain aneurysm.

I have been coming there for a very long time. Not anymore…. Within the last few months the whole staffing has changed. There used to be kind people always ready to help. Now there are a bunch of teenage boys standing around and doing nothing! They see you waiting and walk to where you can not see them or they just continue the conversation. One of them smelled awful last time i was in the drive through and didn’t offer me my change and when i asked he said he didn’t owe me any when it was on my receipt. They don’t even care about how long you wait. I used to wait 1-5 min… Now i’m waiting 10-15 EACH TIME!! One young girl has said she was working for 10 hours that day and only had a single 30 min break saying she was 15. I also saw a male worker inappropriately touch a female worker and they laughed about it. No workers ever wear gloves and i have been finding hair in my ice cream. Ice cream sandwiched prices are though the roof, they never put enough in the blasts and the milkshakes are often way to watery. I used to get good full size scoops and now the scoops are tiny! You have lost my family’s business due to the rude workers and how much the company has changed recently.

I'd have to say this is some of the best ice cream in the bowling green area, great service and very pet friendly, offering free dog Sundays. Kids always love going with the pup.

I am in love with this ice cream it’s absolutely delicious and the flavors change all the time! Usually the best part of the whole ice cream cone to me is the last bite because of all the melted ice cream filled in the bottom of the partly crunchy waffle cone. The problem I have is their scooping, every time I order I get a regular waffle cone. it’s either perfectly filled or it’s got three little scoops on top and there’s no ice cream even inside the cone. So what I’m getting at is when I get a sad little cone it makes me sad… And ice cream should never make you sad!

Amazing! 2.5 hours of open skating, including skate rental, for only $6! And the facilities were bright, clean, and well-maintained with lots of staff to handle things so there was never a wait anywhere. I really wish we lived closer. This would be our weekly Sunday afternoon activity. Can't wait to come back again!

Place was packed. They had customers lined up into the parking lot. They were very organized and kept people moving. I had a double dip waffle cone and it was delicious. Mint chocolate chip and mint chocolate crunch. Very smooth and creamy

Good sorbet bad attitudes. The lady on the speaker was super sweet! The guy at the window? EhDid NOT give me my receipt - DID NOT give me back my change. I get it was a few cents but he didn't offer me to give it all for a tip or even anything. Times are rough but I need my change too. Would also help not glaring at someone who just pulled up. I wasn't even gonna sit in line cause I mistook the drive thru so ended up going through and grabbing some sorbet. First time through too. :/ Not really happy

Bruster’s is almost always busy, which speaks to the quality and size of the servings. The staff is always hustling to handle the walk up and drive thru customers. I like the No-sugar-added options since I’m diabetic. (But the Caramel Coconut Cookie is the best!)

This is a great evening stop! the service was awesome! Ice cream was fresh and delicious. great value for the price. we really enjoyed it. I had the chocolate ice cream.
