Amazing Place and a lot bigger than Etowns Store, more cleaner too.There is someone that I want to point out, she is a Team Leader and she is so nice and was very helpful. Her name was Kristin, that's probably not the correct spelling. I truly appreciate this person because of her attitude and how nice she was, we need more like her everywhere. The girl that rung me up was extremely nice too - Thank You so much.Clean floors, bathroom was pretty clean, could use a slight makeover. New paint on walls and floor.

I love coming here. They've got good stuff for really cheap stuff that'd be really expensive anywhere else. Plus, it's the only place in town I know of the sells Mr. Pibb, so I'll always be coming back.

Since new ownership, every time I go in there, it looks like they're going out of business because they don't have anything in the store. I used to really like going into Bargain Hunt, but now I could care less.

I was greatly surprised to the quality of vast improvements to organization, cleanliness, and customer service of the store. It is definitely worth time and effort to self on giving this store a new shopping experience of quality at low prices . New management is committed to customer satisfaction. Greg in only 4 weeks has transformed a blah store into a great shopping trip worth remembering. This is BG’s best kept new secret !!!

A mixed bag, sometimes you don't a great deal and think it's the best place ever, other times you feel like it's a waste of time. Used to have Amazon returns and could get some great deals. Now a lot more bulk items that were not popular or something.

This is a really fun place to shop. You never know what deals you may find. I like to stop by regularly to see what is new.Edit to add: The store is great. The staff… not so much. I had an overzealous shopping experience and didn’t have a shopping cart so I was caring about 40 pounds worth of junk. When I go to the registers nobody was present, so I chose lane one and set all of my items on the counter. Naturally, I chose the wrong checkout lane, and when the associate finally came back to the register area, she had another employee with her. Rather than greet me in any shape, form or fashion, the two associate to continue their conversation. When I asked which lane I should enter, they told me to come to the last lane. When I did so associate one, continued to check out, associate to who was shopping during working hours. They continue this conversation for a solid five minutes while I stood holding 40 pounds of junk. At this point a third associate approached the register, and both women changed their demeanor immediately. I can only assume the third associate with some sort of a leader ship position. It wasn’t a great experience and it did not make me feel valued or wanted in that store. A place that I enjoy to shop and frequent regularly, a place that I just spent $100 at on a whim, I likely won’t return to due to the way I was treated today.

My family LOVES Bargain Hunt!! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is kept pretty neat considering it is two large showrooms of brand new clothing, bedroom & bathroom accessories, furniture, home goods, food & snacks, electronics, toys & games, and pet supplies. Prices are already discounted but I don't think I've been in there yet when there hasn't been other sales happening at the same time. Plus, the website gives a coupon for joining their email list AND on your receipt there's a link to complete a short survey for yet another coupon!!! Great store - keep up the great job!!!

Great deals. Just purchased two matching recliners and am absolutely satisfied! Great deals however when they compare their prices to the "original" price it seems a bit inflated. For example I bought a $75 table which I personally think should've been around $40 that was "originally" over $250 which seemed a little ridiculous as it's nothing fancy. But overall good deals on decent quality items. Will definitely revisit and highly recommend.

❤ Love love LOVE Bargain Hunt! While you never know exactly what you'll find, you'll definitely score some fantastic deals on a wide variety of predominantly high quality merchandise. Recently saved 50% (or $30) on a gorgeous Westbend blender & found Juicy Couture metallic jeggings for only $1! Other consistently great finds are pet supplies, hair and skincare products, spices and marinades, and housewares. Bonus points for ample parking including handicapped and the friendly staff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Every time I go in here I feel my soul leave my body. It's like I'm trapped on a horror movie set. The lights are dim, nothing is in order, the two whole shelves of stuffed animals all have dirt on them. Truly a unnerving experience, like I've unknowingly become a character in a Stephen King novel. Decent prices on some decent clothes

It has a constantly changing inventory depending on what they get on their trucks and the prices are a nice discount from what you pay at "traditional" retail stores. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. that is why I try to stop in every week to see what's new. In my opinion Bargin Hunt is better than Ollie's, I usually find something everytime I stop in.

Never know what you will find here so you just have to stop in and see what they have gotten in lately. I purchased my patio furniture at a great price. They have clothes, rugs, electronics, kitchen gadgets, garden supplies. And they have a 30 day return policy because they recognize they buy in bulk and things might be damaged. They have been great at refunding any items I purchased that were damaged. Check them out first.

Returned to purchase 2 other end table cabinets like one I bought & loved & they were sold out of almost all furniture...sad for me as I just moved to area & need storage items so will have to return later.

Just stopped in this store today and had some items in my cart. Most Bargain Hunt locations say that they are following the new guidelines where the price drops over time. Okay, well I stopped in their Nashville location a few weeks back (on a Saturday) and had a cart full of items. I inquired about one of the items in my cart to see if the price had gone down since it had been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. This particular item was priced at $100 and had been over looked not once, but twice in the stores supposed markdown process. After the store employee checked the price, it had decreased by 50%. So I purchased this item for $50. Then I had them check other items in my cart only to find that almost everything in my cart was never marked down. I ended up getting a good price on stuff but had to ask about every item. So fast forward to today, I stopped in to the Bowling Green store, which I had inquired about an item, and the price was $2 cheaper but wasn’t marked as such. I went to the store leader Ben and he said that he cannot check the price of the other items in my cart. I then asked when this rule was in place since other stores are willing to work with the customer. After discussing this with him for a few more minutes he then starts to walk away from me, as I guess he had better things to do, than to sell me the merchandise I had in my cart. If I go to Walmart or any other business not only do they check prices if I ask them to, they are more than happy to listen to the customer, plus they are more than likely going to be cheaper than Bargain Hunt. Their corporate puppet who responds to these reviews on google is a liar as I have tried to call them on numerous occasions regarding questions or concerns. They always give a generic response to all reviews. I gladly handed my cart to Brian and politely said that I will try to stop back during the week, since they don’t scan prices on the weekend, per their District Manager’s instruction. They let me walk out the door without buying anything. This company does not care about you as a customer. They sell defective, used merchandise which they pay next to nothing for, change their whole business model, which made Bargain Hunt what it was, then shrug their shoulders and let you walk out when you inquire of pricing. At the rate they are going, I give this company 5 years tops. It is no wonder why amazon is killing businesses nowadays. By the way, Bargain Hunt leaches off companies like Target and Amazon buying their returned items for pennies on a dollar then try to sell them at close if not more than what the stuff sells for new. I have seen food expire on the shelves since they are not reasonably priced, then they will sell you the food at 1/2 off after it expires. Good luck!!

I've been a couple of times now. You can sometimes find great deals, but other times find complete duds (especially with electronics--I've tried a keyboard and headphones and neither worked properly--headphones only one side worked and the keyboard, several of the keys didn't work). However, they do have okay customer service and will accept things back within 30 days.

Good place to shop for homeowners and if you have family/kids and are on a budget. Great place to get things out of season cheap (decor, toys, etc). Only downside is you cannot be certain what you are looking for is there. Would be a great place for college students to go if they're trying to decorate their dorm/apt cheap.

Pretty cool stuff most of the time but a lot of the deals aren’t as great as they say they are. I bought a small scooter listed with the “compare to” price as $85 but paid $12. And then I looked it up online and you can find it elsewhere for $10.50. The price still wasn’t bad but they shouldn’t claim that something goes for $60 more than it really does.

Great place to occasionally find things that you're not actively looking for (or that you don't really need) at beyond cheap prices. However, beware of missing or broken pieces if you're getting anything that's been opened. I've had to make use of their 30-day return policy on several occasions.But they've make it up to me with a $10 couch cover and also apologized to my dog with a large, $15 crate.

This was my first time visiting this store and I can not complain about the merchandise. If you are looking for a bargain you may find it here. However, my complaint has to do with the customer service. I asked a question that the cashier could not answer so she called the manager. The cashier was very nice, but the manager on the other hand acted like I was putting him out. I wish I had caught his name but he was in such a hurry to go back to his desk and sit down that I did not. If you are going to work with the public just be friendly. It makes a world of difference!

I've been shopping at this franchise much longer than it's been in BG. I love it BUT, since they've discontinued the "check my date" discounts the prices are no longer heads and shoulders above the average discount stores. As well, the merchandise choices have declined a great deal. You get much more of a bargain if you shop at the stores in the larger cities.

Tried to return an item and the store refuses to refund me the 9 dollars i paid. Intstead. Tried offering me 3 dollars. I spent over 100 dollars and this was my firs t trip here. They labeled the dress i was returning as an adults large and it was a childrens large. Management was of no help and extremely rude. That was my first and last trip here.
