Probably better than most other "supercenters", in a smaller city, stays well stocked and most items are available to the public for immediate purchase, rather than under lock and key that requires a "trustworthy employee" to unlock a case and carry your 9.00 item to the register where they must watch you purchase that item, before they return to their regular duties of keeping the American commerce market from sinking.

We stopped in to pick up our favorite Kentucky treats on our way back to Michigan. I really didn't like this Walmart because it had exactly what we were looking for and friendly staff especially the meat department.

My fiance and I love going to this Walmart, everyone here is so friendly and they usually have everything stocked up that we need unlike the Richmond Walmart so if your looking for friendly faces go to this Walmart.

Great place to shop. Always have everything I need, pretty clean store. Most of the staff is friendly. However I was falsely accused of stealing about 6 months ago. They kept my items even though it clearly showed it was paid for on the receipt. After I told them I was going to take them to small claims court, the district manager called me and got me to come in so he could personally apologize and reimburse me for the items that was kept. Aside from that I would've given 5 stars

This store could use some updates and rearranging, like parking, curbside pickup should be done down in garden area so regular shoppers that go inside and shop are not being bothered with employees pushing carts out to load cars of online shoppers. Stocking of the store needs attention along with cleaning the aisles and shelves, empty boxes and misplaced items everywhere while employees are picking orders or standing around at customer service chatting is not helpful. Please put cashier's back on registers, 1 cashier and 8 closed lanes is not efficient, I am not against self check outs for a couple items but a cart full shouldn't be allowed at self checkouts this isn't speedy or effective either. Hope Management reads these and takes to heart the suggestions because I have started looking elsewhere to get my groceries and goods instead of Walmart.

My friend & I went to get things for the house so while we were there they was having some good sales and clearance sales. We ended up with a while buggy full of things!lol Bottom of the buggy full too! So, we got everything we were looking for and then some!!

Was going to stop here, to pick up water, maybe some other personal items, tissues, paper towels, clothes, after seeing what Walmart is doing to truckers, I'll wait and go somewhere else.Maybe we should stop delivering to Walmart DC's, they want there own private fleet anyway. Give it to early.

Had tire go flat on interstate, middle of night.Men in Tire Service center, had 2 new tires installed, and ready to go by 7:15 am, when they opened next morning.Thank you to men in Tire Service center !!!

Stop in with our bicycles to pickup milk and RV supplies. Watch carefully. Autos don't know that bicycles follow same rules as auto.

I am frequently amazed by how often many different items are out of stock. It's especially bad with clothing. It appears that they always run out of medium and large sizes very quickly, leaving those who did not get there in the first few days only small sizes and extra extra large sizes. One would think that they could think to order double or triple the amount of medium and large sizes since they sell out so quickly. They would still make plenty of money, and there would be more happy customers. But no. They always have small, extra extra large, and extra extra extra large in almost all clothing available. But this is also true with a grocery items. For instance, if you want to get great value brand whole wheat bread, you'll have to get that within the first few hours of them stocking it, otherwise it will be gone. But they can offer you hundreds of loaves of white bread of the same brand at any time! One would think that they might think to order maybe 20 less loaves of white bread and 20 more of whole wheat in order to make up for this, because they would sell! But no, they must consistently stock about a tenth of the amount of whole wheat, which gets bought out very quickly, leaving tons of loaves of white bread that apparently no one wants (see photo). Don't get me wrong, they often have the things I need, and they are often at very good prices, but this is a pattern I've noticed for years, and it drives me crazy, because it makes no freaking sense! STOCK MORE OF THE THINGS THAT SELL OUT QUICKLY. STOCK LESS OF THE THINGS THAT DON'T SELL OUT AS QUICKLY.

Be careful with parking at this location if you're a truck driver. Wallmart hired people to put some kind of plastic on your windshield and they are charging 560$ to remove it. Otherwise a tow truck is coming in 2 hr. THEY ONLY DO IT TO THE TRUCK DRIVERS. RV's and buses are completely ok.

Out of 1/2 gallon milk?! Please do your job and stock the shelves! While shopping in a multitude of department I witnessed many employees/stockers standing around talking , giving each other high fives, offering no assistance to customers while their u-boats heavy with stock sit idle.

What can I say it's Wal-Mart.I like the door greeters.They are just doing what they get paid for now take it easy.Everyone stop by for a chat with the elderly folks and let them know that they are still contributing to society your kind words may make the difference between a lonely day for them or a little lift in a life that may be boring or full of bad health.

I had an employee stand and just watch me struggle one handed at self checkout, I made a joke about my inept bagging skills and she just sneered at me, before I was ready to pay she barged in front of me and said what did you scan last, the canned pumpkin? She said I didn’t see you scan it so she checked my list and there was the pumpkin, she ( TRISTA ) thought I had missed it and the security guard in her came out extremely rude and nasty and pushy, I reported her before I left to a manager, I will NEVER go back to Berea Walmart, I’m a well dressed 65 year old grandmother, I refused to let this little snot nose treat me like a criminal. Bye bye Berea Walmart, I will pass this around

Over two hours waiting for a spark delivery just to finish my promo. Zero help in store. Stood around meat department waiting for an employee that wasn't picking for pick up and delivery. Literally ridiculous. Yall should hire more employees so there will ACTUALLY BE PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO DO THEIR JOBS.
