The cash register employee was top notch. Lynde at the Berea location has the best customer service. After a horrible experience in Somerset that was so refreshing.

The employees were very helpful here. Also, they have a great variety of pet supplies here. I didn't know that until recently, so that was a big help to me and my pocket. It's fairly priced.

Everyone there is so friendly, very clean store. They always have what I'm looking for. It may be a little on the expensive side but getting products anywhere else I think that the quality is worth the price.

Terrible store and employees! Items placed in completely wrong sections and blaming customers for confusion. Something listed on the shelf for 12 dollars ringing up at 130, just to be told they don't care what the advertised price on the shelf says. Shady characters, the general manager was absolutely no help and says he hardly ever comes to the store. Will not be back! Go to Lowes better options and military discounts. Shame on you tractor supply.

Wonderful; my favorite store for cat food, bird seed and garden stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager and Ashley. They have almost everything you need. Clean and they are practicing social distancing and staff wears masks although other customers usually don't.

They are always ready to help and the store is always clean and well stocked. I have bought lots of chickens from the Berea Kentucky store and they are healthy and strong. Great place all around!!!!!!!

Great place to grab the things you need for your hobby farm. Would have 5 stars but they don’t carry very many clothing sizes and it’s impossible to find staff if you need help with anything but checkout. They staff at checkout is always very friendly though.

I wish the neighborhood membership was better. I hardly get deals because it's the same stuff, dog leashes, clothes etc. I buy a lot of equipment, horse and dog stuff but dang. I spend a lot here and would like some deals like other farm companies.

We were looking for a chicken coop tractor supply was the only store that had what we needed walked in was waited on real fast purchased the one we wanted since we drove a small SUV asked about if they deliver and they did got it the next day that only because we purchased it after 4pm they have same day if you buy before 12 noon the young lady that waited on us was very friendly and helpful I guess tractor supply will become our farm need store as we was there and owning two German Shepherds we noticed they had a good selection of dog food loved our experience first time shopping there.

The manager Brenda goes out of her way to help ANY & ALL customers. I've seen her unloading heavy pallets in the back. I've not had as good of experience with the other staff until maybe 6 months ago, they started pulling their weight more 😉. All in all it's a great store to get all of our pet supplies and things for our mower and chainsaws.

I buy all my horse supplies here. The cashiers are great and always helpful. Their store manager ( the man) is the most unfriendly human being I have even had the knowledge of knowing! He sold me not one but two lawn mowers that were tore up! I did receive my money back after having to haul them back. One was used, which he pretended to not know it was ( rusted so bad the blades would not engage) the other deck was warped! Not only did I waste my time having to load them and then reload them he was rude about it, promised me a store credit , which he never made good on. I visit the store at least once a week to buy horse supplies and he still has never offered the store credit. He needs a lesson in personality.

I started using this location and always have much better service than the one in Richmond. I went there yesterday and asked for a tiller and wheel barrow. I said I needed the tillar that's 189. 00 and the guy came back and said someone had put the wrong price tag on it but that I was still getting it for that price. The real price is 299. He also loaded them into the truck by himself. I came outside ready to load it and it was already done. Awesome!!

Went so husband could buy blue jeans. All the sizes were mixed up. My husband is disabled, needs cane to walk, unable to crawl on floor to see if his size is below waist level. From the bins I went thru nothing was consistent. When I worked retail we took pride in keeping everything in an orderly manner. Heaven help if everything was a mess like I found the jeans section.He would have left without buying had I not been with him to help.

Clean, fast check out, prices are steep compared to online but it's good for quick buys. Not the greatest selections of boots & clothing. No FR clothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Some discounts, if you buy enough quantity. Lowes is another 20 minutes away from me so they get lots of my local business.

I live for my visits to tractor supply! I could spend hours just walking around the store. They have home decor, clothing and shoes, garden and yard supplies, tools, animal Care products... On and on!!!

How the hell do you count a day rental in a trailer as 8 hrs an half day as 4 hrs i thaught there was 24 hrs in a day but what ever buy my business back or i will go to rual king there store has more stuff better for the price
