Nevermind. This is a poorly owned business... and seems she's only sweet in front of you. I rated 5 stars... I'd change it to zero if I could.I took my doggy in there for a nail trim. She asked if I wanted her to take him and put him in the table or just do it in the lobby. I told her it was up to her and she literally sat down in the floor to clip his nails. My 13 year old dog has never been so calm while getting his nails clipped. She was incredibly sweet to him

I would trust her to groom my very own hair(that is if I had any) she is amazing with my Chloe who when I get the clippers out just to get a knot out will hide for two days. But her and Chloe have made close buddies and that's the fact. That my baby loves her! So we will keep going as long as we are welcome!

Unprofessional. For every valid complaint from a customer there is always an excuse or a rude comment from the owner. "I'm working alone" is not a valid excuse for not answering the phone during working hours when you are the OWNER. "I'm sick" is not a valid excuse for customers with appointments showing up to a locked door. She also deletes comments on the business' public Facebook page that criticize her and appears to just turn off the phone rather than deal with any consequences for her lack of professionalism.

I have brought my sweetheart, Baxter, here to have him groomed. He has high anxiety and does not do well in new places without his family with him. The owner assured me that she would take good care of him and made him feel calm by approaching him slowly and talking in a calm voice. I hung out for just a little bit, but he seemed perfectly fine so I went ahead and left. She called to let me know that he was ready to go. He looked so cute afterward and was not showing any signs of anxiety, happy to see me of course, but not stressed or timid, he was great!!! He smelled great and his cut was perfect. Thank you so much and we will be seeing you soon!!!!

The lady was SO sweet! She took great care of my pregnant Yorkie, and done a great job with her hair and nails! I’ll definitely be taking my baby back in there in the future

Woman was scared of my dog and charged $50 for a bath only. No nail trim, didn't clean ears... ONLY a quick bath. Christy's pup cuts on gabbardtown road does EVERYTHING for less than $50.

I love how she both treats my dogs and grooms them. She's gentle with my older dog and puts up with the energy my younger one has. And he loves to see her too.

Very unprofessional I will never be back can never get a hold of them had to message her on Facebook answered her back to except an appointment she never looked again till two days later made another appointment and then wouldn’t take my dog.
