We stopped here because the other location was full. I’m so glad that we did. From the kind service received over the phone to make the reservation all the way to the delicious breakfast; I’m highly impressed. We usually stay at Holiday Inn, but Quality Inn, is really improving. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, great beds, awesome shower, and the cleanliness of the room was surprisingly top notch. No bedbugs, hair in the tub, et, nothing dirty on the floor. I definitely would stay here again. The people are genuine and so friendly. Thank you all for your hard work making our stay fantastic! (Not to mention the price was perfect)

Fair value in current market. Adequate breakfast. Room was clean and properly appointed, but decor is austere. Best shower I've had in a hotel. Hotel is very noisy: Door closers on most doors are very strong and I heard loud slams much of night. I could easily hear conversations in rooms on both side of me. A trash truck shattered the night unloading dumpsters.

Stayed one night, the toilet in the room didn’t even work, had to go to the Shell station across the street to use the restroom. The only reason I have two stars for service is because gentleman that checked me in was really nice. However, with that being said, two days later they charged my card an additional $150 because the cleaning staff said our room smelled like smoke. I don’t even smoke. I called the corporate office to get a refund because conveniently the manager wasn’t in until the following Tuesday, just to be told, “I cannot process the refund because we cannot prove you didn’t smoke in the room.” So I asked, “How can you charge me the $150 when you cannot prove I did?” So renter beware that apparently just because one person says your room smelled like smoke, they can charge you $150 even if you don’t smoke. Seems like a scam to me.

We had a very good experience at this motel…. The staff at check in was courteous & helpful. Our room was clean & the bed slept good. Our continental breakfast was good & they made sure it was well stocked. Quality Inn is doing a great job with the up keep of this older hotel .Thank you for a good stay😊

Forty miles outside of Lexington KY sits this little hotel. The service is excellent. The staff was very helpful, and polite. The breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and whatnot. It was good. There isn't much in the way of food around here, so the breakfast was just right. The skyline in the morning was gorgeous, and despite being right off a major roadway, it's quiet. A solid place to lay your head down, weary traveler.

We had a nice stay - friendly front desk, easy access, plenty of parking.Room has a clean fridge and microwave, ironing board.Ice machine is working.Pool was nice size and temperature cool- but not cold. Refreshing.It is a dated property but clean and an enjoyable stay.Good price.Restaurant next store- walking distance. Simple buffet with country comfort food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with full menu.We arrived late 8pm and we’re able to have food in minutes. Show them your room key and get a discount.Glad we stopped in. Simple but nice over night stay.

They need to put slow closing devices on their room doors. The door doors slam hard. Loud. Waking me every time some entered or left their room.Rooms are clean. AC works well. Front desk employee was great. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure for a shower. Good channel selection on the TV. Walls are fairly sound proof.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in Berea on February 9, 2023. Very friendly greeting by the front desk staff and the room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was very powerful and plenty of towels. So handy having the Southern BBQ restaurant directly beside it. The hotel’s continental breakfast also included scrambled eggs and sausage rounds, hot oatmeal or grits (not sure) , cold cereals, make your own waffles, breads and biscuits and juices and bananas. You would never leave hungry that is for sure. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling in the area. We will definitely book here again next year. 5 stars for sure.

Great little hotel right off I-75. The staff was friendly and the facility clean and organized. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable, linens soft, AC cold and shower was amazing. Plenty of pressure and a large volume of water. Very nice!! We had the breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuit and gravy) which all were hot and fresh. Overall, easy 5 ⭐

Very comfy beds and awesome water pressure! I was told the pool was open but did not swim. Check-in was very easy. The only issue I had was the first room we were given, the lock was broken. So my handicapped father had to walk to the other side of the hotel. But the second room was very comfortable and close to the ice machine and continental breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The front desk night shift lady was rude to start with. Then when I got to the room, I could hardly breathe due to the stench. It smelled like musky wet dog and dirty feet. Then when I switched rooms, it smelled terrible too. But because every other hotel was booked, I was forced to settle. It smells like mildew has infested every inch of the place. Also if you shower, after 5 minutes, the water is up past your ankles. I don’t know how they find this establishment acceptable for human occupancy.Also, the same lady said she extended my stay. But I got a call from the morning staff who said she didn’t. He was able to help me by finding a last minute cancellation. When I confronted her about it. She tried to blame the gentleman working that morning.
