Always great service. Just wish they had more variety in their juices. I smoke a higher pg liquid as the higher vg causes breathing issues for me but they only carry higher vg liquids. My husband loves their stuff but unfortunately I don't have the same luck.

Really nice atmosphere and zeitgeist about the place. Honestly, I came in on a hot day and probably wasn't very cordial right off cause I was in a hurry but everyone there was really nice, even the other patrons. I got exactly what I needed. I explained to the dude what I needed and he knew exactly what to get. The prices beat a certain place in Lexington all to pieces. Very pleased with this place for sure!

My most favorite vape store. I buy my nicotine vapes, THC vapes, and edibles there. They all are knowledgeable about their products and really look out for their customers with health and kindness in mind. They are also very well managed which makes such a difference. Won't be going to another vape store.

Love this place the big guy is good. As long as you know exactly what you want and need don't ask for suggestions. Momma in the office from the yankee states love her and her accent and she knows the products front back and up and down. She could tell you bout what you don't even know that you want. She is spot on! And the little skinny girl is good as well if you need help deciding. Overall great ppl great place wish it was bigger with maybe a pool table and soft drinks.. be a fun place to hang out maybe a coffee shop?

Best shop in Berea you are guaranteed to have any kind of mod vape in stock if they don't have it they will get it for you they have a wide variety of e juice and salt juice and devices for both they have great service they know you when you walk in the door and they can pretty much fill your order because they remember even to exactly what kind of cool you need in your device what kind of juice you usually smoke and know you by name you'll not find that nowhere thank you girls Dorothy couldn't get by without you they have kept CBD in stock and actually worked with me to keep me sober for The last 5 years you can't find service like that no work they actually made sure that the CBD that I needed and wanted was in stock at all time and add a decent price on all of their stuff you'll not find a better deal on any device you're looking for then at the shop

Amazing staff. Nice, friendly and know what they are doing. You can ask them about anything and they can 9 times out of 10 answer your question. They hold cloud comps. And they have a club that u can join. They have raffles for free juice and more. My favorite is the grab bags though. You pay $25 always get a huge bottle of juice and many goodies like T-shirts and more. The grab bag is worth more than $25. Not to mention the staff is so great u end up making friends.

Great store, friendly employees, and varied selection. They closed at six today but stayed open until fifteen after to rewrap my batteries and find a hex screw for my mod. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a decent place to shop.

I’ve been a customer here since I moved to this state last year but was always getting poor coil life from every coil I and my friends would purchase from this store. I purchased coils direct from manufacturer and compared them to ones purchased in store and there was a very obvious difference in overall quality. I emailed the owner highlighting my concerns to which I was told that “ freemax and smok have a history of sending out bad coils due to their production run size” and said they would talk to their supplier about the issues. This was over 4 months ago I have stopped shopping there until recently. They are the only vape story open in my town so with no option left I purchase 2 of the same coil and they are in different packaging and are bigger very different quality wise. If you wanna buy knock off coils go here. If you value your dollars don’t spend them here.

MT Vapor is friendly enough. However, I went into the store, last week, prepared to spend roughly $55-$60. I left spending ZERO, because A. They NEVER keep up with their reorders, & B. They won’t/don’t carry the Novo II pods! Additionally, the Novo II’s they had in stock were extremely ugly, & I have already purchased one that I wasn’t happy with from them. When I addressed the issues with staff, he said they JUST run out of my juice. I know that was not the case, because I’ve been in there trying to buy it for a MONTH!

This place has gone downhill big time I visited again for some coils for my dripper they said they could make them I go in and the guy was clueless on how to make any coil except for a standard 5 wrap single round wire coil
