Didn’t get what was asked forHis hair was 3 in. long and I asked to take it half down and you have all but shaved him. His toenails are sharper than they were before. I had to recut them. You may think he was beautiful and fluffy but he don’t have enough hair to be fluffy. Sure doesn’t look like a teddy bear to me either.

We have a lab who is full of energy and is pretty wild when she is around new people and especially for things like grooming/vet. They were very kind and did an amazing job with her. She looked shiny and clean and her nails were trimmed and smoothed nicely. They were even playing with her when I got there to pick her up. They were much appreciated!

LazyDayz is absolutely the best boarding and grooming salon!Charles, Stacy, and staff do outstanding work every time we require their services. They are true professionals who enjoy their work and always greet you with a smile!They are expert pet care people who treat our dogs Oscar and Baxter with love and compassion. And our dogs love them!They always go above and beyond when they board and/or groom our dogs.In Summer 2019, Roger and I left our 3 dogs, Dixon, Scruffy, and Oscar there while we traveled abroad. Stacy took a video of them playing together in the dog yard as she praised and encouraged them.That video is especially precious to us, as Scruffy and Dixon passed away, respectively in 2019 and 2020.Both Stacy and Charles are so intuitive and creative.We highly recommend LazyDayz without reservation! ❤️❤️

After quarantine we need the four poodles de-matted and cleaned up.Since it was just a clean up we didn't do anything fancy. I review that when the time comes.Nice folks.

My husband Doug and I boarded our furbaby Wyntur recently while we attended my 50 year college reunion at Berea College. Charles and Stacy came very very highly recommended by our friends Lonnie and Roger who live in Berea and board their furbabies at Lazy Dayz. . Both Doug and I were very pleased at the kindness and professionalism shown to us by Charles and Stacy . Wyntur was well cared for and was shown a great deal of love and attention by the great folks at Lazy Dayz. We highly recommend them for any of your boarding needs while in the Berea area . If we travel that way again and have a need to once again board Wyntur we will definitely use Lazy Dayz !!

I love going there because when I have my dogs nails trimmed they rarely get the quick. The other place I was taking them got the quick almost every time and they got so they didn't want to go. They are very well behaved now with this man that dose their nails.

Adopted a little yorkie last weekend, she was groomed and spent the night at lazy dayz. She did great! They did a wonderful job on her. In addition she had a great overnight stay. Such nice people!

Sorry to have to write this I called and left a message for the owner to return my call and they didn't. My shih tzu Charlie, had a terrible experience for the first visit. He did have thick hair that needed grooming with mats by his collar and left shoulder, so I understood they would have to shave close to remove mats. The problems were they cut him 2 places on his private areas pretty bad. The back area near where his stool comes out was shaved so close it was dark pink, shaved top layer of skin I am assumming. The next day and today he is trembling and in a lot of pain. Checking his paws they have shaved them and his paws are red and sore. He doesn't want to take his normal walk and just lies around. Also there were specific things I asked them not to do and they did anyway. He will never go back and I am having to take him to vet today for the pain he is in. Shaved too close in areas that where not matted!!! I would like a refund for my DR's visit cost today from them! So sorry I had to report this, but worst of all my sweet dog is in pain. That has never happened before just from being groomed. I agree they were very nice people.

My dog is afraid of everyone! This is the only groomer who my dog does not act timid or scared when I pick him up. They are friendly, professional and provide excellent service! Highly recommend !
