Extra friendly staff! Fast and delicious food! I got the flying pig and it was amazing!!! Best I’ve ever had! I got a decaf caramel iced coffee and it was awesome!! My daughter got a caramel iced coffee and a blueberry and chocolate chip waffle, she wasIn love and it was amazing. We will definitely be back.. allot!!

My husband and I went here on a date. I have been excited to try this new restaurant. I love the idea of a cute little coffee shop that I can visit. It's very spacious inside, and there are plenty of options for seating. The menu can be viewed on the left of the counter, and they didn't have an issue with Eric getting a breakfast option and me getting a lunch option. The cha cha hot (a hot latte with dark chocolate, hazelnut, and amaretto) came in a giant cup that I would totally buy. Everyone seemed very friendly. I 100% love that the employees didn't seem overwhelmed like other national coffee shop employees. I had a grilled cheese, which was made in a waffle maker. It was absolutely delicious and only slightly spicy (pepper jack cheese). The fruit cup was pretty standard in that it had strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, and apples, but they were all crispy fresh and the strawberries were sliced into a way that made it easier to eat slowly and not rush (a big plus from me). I am looking forward to visiting this place again. I saw quite a few options for vegetarian dishes, which I hope to try later on.Parking: A large parking lot for our small town.

The place was very clean and welcoming. Ordering was easy. Not a long wait time. Staff was amazing. Just expected better quality of food. Paid $7 for a small portion of food that tasted like it would be served at a free hotel breakfast. My husband got the chicken salad on croissant and it was much better and serving was a good size. The chips were not good though. The kids meal was a good portion, but again not the best quality. Also got a Tiramisu hot latte. It was delicious. I will definitely be back for coffee.

Literally love this place so much! Small town atmosphere with all the friendliness you think of in a small town. I am here more often than not and have stopped going to any other coffee shop. The food is unique and delicious! The coffee tastes amazing! And my favorite part is that you are remembered and valued as a customer. Amanda and Megan know my order as soon as I arrive she it’s always perfect! When I come into the shop the owner is often seen walking around and checking on customers and is so friendly as well. I love this place!

Just Love Coffee Cafe does not disappoint!!! While still part of a franchise, it has a local small town feel perfect for Berea. It’s the perfect place to go work or for community with excellent coffee and food! My favorite is the Lumberjack Latte and other seasonal drinks. The baristas always have a smile on their faces and treat you with kindness! Highly recommend!

We had our lunch catered by Just Love during our busy Valentine’s Day rush. Extra staff and busy parking lot causes so much chaos for us to go pick up. Sandy, Bill and team did a fabulous job delivering our wonderful cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the lunch wraps and sandwiches were outstanding. Staff was thrilled!! Thank you so much!!

All of the food my family and I have ordered has been wonderful! Honestly the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had! Have not been disappointed at all. We have went in before and they've been out of some things but we just tried something else. No big deal. Some of the staff have been great! We will definitely recommend and give it a 10 out of 10.

2nd time visiting this place today. 1st time was poor experience and today after asking for a bacon crossainwich, getting sausage which I hate, driving back, asking for bacon getting sausage again which I said 2x over speaker and to the cashiers face that I hate sausage, got a 2nd sausage crossainwhich going back through I just said ok this little 15 minute break is turning into an hour break with no food. Had to count it as my lunch break and now I'm going to be hungry all day cause this sub par place can't get it right and understand plain English. Of someone saying 2x both times over the speaker and to their face. I'm not a Karen nor a 40 year old unhappy in a midlife crisis. Just a hungry person who tried a place for a 2nd time today and was let down yet again. I probably jacked my car up getting out of your driveway with huge chug hole. So I think it's safe to say I will not be trying this restaurant a third time. I am a very understanding person but this was a trash customer service and in general trash food and the coffee was the same level as one could find at a gas station and save themselves an extra 3$. It should not take a person several trips back, 5x of people both over speaker and at the drive through window, an hour wasted of my time to come up shorthanded with no food and if the money doesn't get posted back to my account I will dispute the charges with my bank as it hasn't been put on there as of yet. This place is ran with young inexperienced staff with non listening ears and shoddy customer service. They need hospitality training and pay attention to details.

If I could make this a six star I would! Amanda and Megan are two of the best workers in the coffee business and I couldn’t be more proud of a restaurant/coffee house in Berea. The roasts are amazing, the food is phenomenal, and it never fails to hit the mark of exceptional. If I wasn’t a believer in Jesus I would have my faith in Just Love.
