I stop in here just about every morning. Most of the employees know me and what I need when I stop. They are all so friendly and helpful, especially the guy who works 3rd shift with the long hair! I'd give him 5+ stars if I could!! There's not one single time I can think of that I've had a bad experience here. However, I give 4 stars because those poor employees worked almost the entire summer with no A/C. It was miserable in there a lot of days, and the candy bars and stuff were starting to melt. I'm not sure why it never got fixed... I'm just thankful they have heat right now! Otherwise I'd recommend this store above all the other options in the area. The employees are what makes it so great!!!

I delivered here every Wednesday for the past 3 months. The store manager was always nice and kind to deal with. It is one of my stops that makes the job go smoother. I only post a 4-star cs of the air conditioning that has been broken the whole time I been there. Idk how they deal with it. It's not the stores fault, but it does suck to go in that store with the kind of heat we had this summer.

I feel for the employees as well as the customers that wait in line at the Berea, KY location! THE AC unit has been broken for MONTHS!! Its an unbearable and unpleasant venture to stand in line or even to walk in and pay for gas! I also agree with a comment made prior to mine about the layout of the parking lot and pumps. The store is difficult to pull into and out of! Its dangerous to motorists as well as pedestrians. Some items aren't priced correctly and some not at all. The store is relatively clean most of the time. I've seen two employees (one male and one female). Seems like they never leave. The best this Circle K has is the employees! The young man has always been very polite and he's always busy helping customers, running the register, pumps and maintaining EVERYTHING as best he can. (Even though he's working without AC)! I love Circle K deals and promos and with a little TLC, this location would get five stars instead of 3!!!

Very clean and you can get a free sausage biscuit with a cup of coffee also large fountain drinks for low price. ESA friendly.

Usually love prices and service here, but I went today and I was charged a higher price for my cigs, cashier was rude and said it was "taxes" , but she was charging me $3 more than I ever had to pay..she wouldn't even put in my phone number for the discount.

In and out easily, plenty of drinks and snacks if you want them, always fresh coffee on deck. Staff is friendly and store is clean.

They are always nice and respectful even though I come in with my wind toddler. I met Jack today and the system was down, no big deal, and he was very generous to me and my son. I have much respect for him and his employees.

They hired a couple of men, and they are rude, they told my sister that she could only buy 2 packs of cigarettes. He told her that he was tired of me and her coming in there. We only go about twice a month. So I'm going to be going to Speedway. Sorry, I use to love getting my cigarettes at circle K.

Giving only 3 stars because what kind of gas station does not allow customers to use the public bathroom at night from the hrs of 9pm to 6 am. That is what i would poor customer service. Isnt that what the public bathroom is for. For customers to use. Especially when ur store is located next to the interstate.

Stopped today to get lunch no got hot dog buns asked a worker of their was any buns she was very rude and said if there's in the drawer then there is none and I asked her if she had any in the back and she just walked off and never said nothing. Then i bought 2 chicken cheese bacon logs that were still cold and not cooked and 2 egg rolls that were also cold and not cooked and had to through all my food away and it was my lunch break so I had to work all day with no food thanks to them after spending 14$ all I got was a empty stomach and rude worker!!! I'll NEVER stop here again! Worse circle k I've stopped at!!!!

Walked in last night an a older short blond headed woman in a smart ass tone tells me i. Not sopposted to be in their of shes not in their. Claims she yelled it at me from the gas pumps funny thing is if shes the only one working rules state you can only be just outside the door to smoke not at the e pumps under any circumstance ill never be back ill go to the other side of town instead they. Arent smart asses an they know tbe rules an care about customers

I would give 5 stars if they hadn't changed the coffee, it's terrible and they used to have the best coffee around. But other than that the employees are very nice and helpful.

is circle k is by far the best one day they accept mobile coupons which makes it easier for me to buy the things that I want and need I'll come here and not get treated with respect as I would be expected at any establishment the manager here sure does a good job training there staff to be respectful to customers .
