Best, most nicest cashiers I've met. Bathrooms are always clean, and everything is always stocked. If you have a huge object they'll help you put it in the car.

Get in there fresh & early in the morning and the staff will treat you correct! This is the most helpful Walmart I know of with EVEN a great mechanics- department! I come all the way from Illinois (a state over) to shop this location.

Two different visits, two equally perfect grocery orders. The two young men who helped load my orders into my camper were both so friendly and otherwise pleasant. I wish I could have tipped them, but I don't want them to get in trouble (which apparently would have happened if someone found out). That's unfortunate. Everything was exactly as it should be and they should have been rewarded for that.

The store is ok the bathrooms could use more attention as everytime I use them they are very low of toilet paper paper towels all over the floor..... Maintenance could do a better job with this.

I like this walmart because of the variety of organic health food options and the grocery pick up folks are the best with their service out of the three other surrounding walmart pick ups I use. Thanks for great service!

Love Walmart (Benton Ky) but the employees are always hateful. The people in the back that works in the cell phone area are RUDE!!! The lady that was working back there was trying to tell me that my phone has a SIM card, it does NOT. She tried to tell me my bill runs $50 a month, it does NOT, it's $35 a month and has been for many years now. I wanted to buy a new phone but she was not interested in helping me & didn't care one way or the other if I bought one!! I go to walmart a lot but won't go back to that department!! Had this same review a year ago and here I am again with the same review!!! That's really sad Benton Ky Walmart!!!

Tried to go buy a new cell phone but had to wait for the electronics manager to finish disrespecting the customer before me. Then when she was done telling the guy off she gave me a dirty look and started to walk off and completely ignored me asking for assistance. Also tried asking other employees to get someone to help and they said that they would get the same manager to help because she was the only one that could help at the time. I waited 20 minutes then just went to a different store.

Very good WalMart. They have an excellent variety of product snd their meats are very good. Pork chops and other pork products are excellent and the prices are good. Beef is touch and go but we have had some excellent steaks from their. Fresh vegetables are usually always available. Overall, a very good place to shop and save.

Nice clean organized well stocked Walmart. We did not have to wear a restrictive mask, therefore free to breathe! Good variety of merchandise.

Found exactly what I came for , struggled a little with the self check out, wished they would do away with the self check out and bring bring back the cashiers.

Bakery only: Would’ve gave them a zero if I could. Went in almost two weeks ago and ordered a marble inside, boy baby shower 1/4 sheet cake which feeds about 12-16 people. Called this morning and the lady had wrote down a FULL sheet cake which feeds about 70 people, so I had them remake it to a 1/4 before I picked it up. Got a call later from a out of state number that I didn’t answer and they left a voicemail saying they couldn’t do marble but could do half white half chocolate. Which was fine but I pick this cake up and a toddler could’ve done better. I asked for it to be boy baby shower themed and this is how I got this cake. The photos speak for itself. If I knew this is how I was getting it I would’ve made it at home for sure.

On a Sunday was in need of tires they did excellent job and price was on point with warranty 90days or 45,000 after few adjustments got all 4 tires had some front end issues (note if you are going through tires inner and outer tie rods usually the problem and wheel alignment) So getting it checked even during an oil change is "Very" important 💯🤝😎

Small Walmart. If you're traveling and looking for a place to stop and resupply, there are likely better options, but the bathrooms are clean, and all the basics are available.When we stopped by it was undergoing remodeling, so future visitors may find it in a better stocked and organized state.

Clean and well stocked. The previous issues from a few months back look to have been addressed and fixed. Helpful staff and friendly environment. Remodle has everything displaced but with a little time it'll be all good.
