When you walk in the store you get greeted with a smile. Staff is friendly, knows where stuff is and is helpful. The store is neat and clean, if not slightly crowded. Prices are comparable on power equipment and you can get what you need for repairs for most things that need fixing if you live in a rural area. This store has been a blessing to Benton residents because now we don't have to drive to.......

We was able to have a good selection of ducks and chickens, and all the supplies for our new flocks from foid down to shelters. Has snake repellent.

This is by far one of the best Tractor Supply stores! I love that they have the dog washing stations with everything you need from towels to a variety of dog shampoos/conditioners & and an apron to help keep your clothes dry. I brought both my labs here when I was in the process of moving in the cold weather & was able to wash both my big senior Labradors with ease and was able to get them dry before exiting to the truck. The employees are courteous..store is clean with a good inventory. Top notch Tractor Supply, Benton, Ky in my opinion.

Today makes twice I've bought multiple 50 lb. Bags of pet food and was not even offered help loading it. I drive a 4- Runner and I'm 5'2" tall and 59 years old. The last time it was pouring down rain and they just stood and watched me load. I was soaked by the time I got loaded. Looks like to me when someones spends that much as your customer it would come with a little customer service!

Great selection and prices on all kinds things! From the expected, like quality dog food, to the unexpected, like a giant metal rooster! Always find something fun and interesting! Plus my puppy dog, Diesel, gets to shop for his favorites too! He never wants to leave!

I give a 3star due to the conflicting pricing that each store has. Look around before purchasing. When you check on-line make sure you hit each store as it's your store. Otherwise you will get the overall price not the my store price. Shame on them.But the Benton Sore in Kentucky is the BEST!

Refused to sell propane to emergency campers. Said they were low and had to save some for them. Garbage. Bad management. Think they are the law. I have a court order exemptions allowing me to carry 40 gallons, stop saying no cause you fat and lazy.

I visited this establishment just to check it out. While walking around I could here a woman in the back yelling at another employee. I thought to myself I'd hate to work for her. Right after that thought here she came through two big swinging doors carrying a clipboard. She asked me if I had a dog I told her yes and she handed me a 5 dollar off coupon for a dog bath. She gave me a quick tour and explained what all was available.To tell you the truth I was thinking about the fact that she just left this guy she had obviously had to scream at for him to understand how to work the forklift or whatever equipment he was on behind those doors by himself.Anyway I did go back to redeem the coupon and try it out. They were out of the shampoo I wanted to use and no towels were available when she said you get two towels and we provide the shampoo. I did kinda feel rushed it may be a good idea to schedule your appointment. My dog is kind of high maintenance. The facility is nice. I will try it again this Sunday. I will take my own shampoo and towels this time just in case. I'll let you know.
