Last time I took my dog to be shampooed and trimmed, they did not do the complete trim. It was suppose to be a face, fanny and feet. And trim the hair under her stomach near her bottom. What they did do was shampoo her, trimaround her face. Very uneven and cut a bald spot near her eye...her eye swelled shut within a few hours. When I called back the next day and took her up there, the groomer lied and said she did not cut near her eye...only way to get the bald spot was to have cut near her eye. It cost me about $56 there and a trip to the vet that cust me another $90.

Wren's has groomed and boarded my two dogs since 2020. I wouldn't trust them to anyone else now. We had bad experiences previously but these folks have treated my dogs and me like family. I can now leave the furry family in great hands to visit with grandkids and friends with confidence. Not enough stars to rate them accurately.

Very affordable prices, lots of play time for our dogs even got to play with other dogs, which our three huskies just love. All three of our huskies got a bath which is not an easy task lol. But our dogs came out clean, happy and of course excited to see their family. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t worried at first but after this experience I would highly recommend their staff to anyone and everyone. We will use them fromNow on. I hope the staff reads this so they know just how grateful we are for them. 😁

My Mom's dog loves it there and Stephanie takes excellent care of him. Always returned clean/washed and tired/worn out. Stephanie does a great job. Only gripe I have is that we have a one year-old who we are trying to socialize with other dogs and we took her up there. She was obviously scared of all the other dogs but does this prior to the acclimation process. She wasn't allowed out with the other dogs which defeated the purpose. I was told she would require a $55 "Evaluation" fee which I thought was a ripoff as I have raised dogs all my life and know this was unnecessary. She even does this around my brother's dogs and the local dogs. That's the point: We're trying to acclimate/socialize her. It kind of made me angry but I'm over it now. I guess we won't be going back but my mom's dog wouldn't miss it for the world. With regard to him Stephanie does a fantastic job above and beyond anything I've ever seen.

I've been several times to Wren's and the pictures on the company website are absolutely accurate. The facilities are clean and you could not find 2 people who love animals any more than the owners of Wren's Pet Lodge. They go out of their way to take special care of your pet. They listen to every request and are very serious about your beloved family member.

We have gone to Wren's several times now with our 85lb dog, and they do a great job!! I am very happy with them and will continue to call them for my dog's haircuts!!

Disgusting. Our cat and dog we left there for a week both came back smelling like feces and urine. When we walked in the place even smelled bad. Our cat was left in a metal cage with no litter box at all and instead used our fabric carrier for it which was completely drenched in urine and feces and we had to throw it out on the spot. We had only used it once or twice before and it was practically a brand new, very nice carrier. Toys left for them looked untouched besides any bones. Both of them lost weight while there and the cat came home and plowed on food. Very dissapointing and will never come back.

They have never let me down. I'm glad they stopped charging extra to give meds to my dog and they don't charge extra if you pay with a credit card.
