Apparently the employees at this location do not know how to tell time. I desperately needed one item from the store for my sick child and I was happy to see I made it with ten minutes to spare. I ran up to the door only to find it locked at 9:50 pm. Lazy employee couldn't make it ten more minutes until proper closing time, it simply would have been too much for them to do their job.

I was in this store just the other day and overheard a couple of the employees being verbally racist against their African American coworker. I am disgusted and overtly disappointed to witness such deplorable behavior and will not be going back. That kind of asinine behavior should never be tolerated and I will inform everyone I know about this incident and encourage them to do the same.

Great place to pick up quickly needed items - no long lines. Can find great DEALS! Excellent place to shop for children's party favors, food, personal items, housewares, & clothing. Love the digital coupons and extra coupons you get at the bottom of receipts.

I moved here almost 5 years ago, shop there for convenience and prices. Clerks have always been nice very nice.This store is the most dirty, disorganized DG I've ever been in. Racks of stock are always in the aisles, and products in the way on the floor. I've already called the corporate office, and, apparently, they don't care either. Only when the shareholders start losing money, will anything ever change.

Can’t even get down aisles. It is very poorly maintained and this is common for this store and many others in our area. I have complained before and did get a call from a lady and she told me they’d hired a new manager and they would get it cleaned up. That’s was about 2 years ago. Apparently it didn’t work.This is not just a local management problem buts it’s a district, regional and corporate problemI used to have stock in Dollar General, but thank goodness I do not any longer.They better wake up.I’m just one that is speaking up for the silent majority

Always so cluttered it's hard to find anything or even get through the store. Most of the staff are rude. You can almost always expect a long line since the one cashier doesn't get help until line reaches back of store or a customer finds another employee and complains. Worse Dollar general ever !! Also there are usually non handicap people in handicap parking.

Well stocked and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and .... overworked. 5 stars if it hadn't of been for 8 people in line and one register with more people pouring in. Maybe there were more associates there, I dont know. That was the only negative mark. Everything else was awesome!

This is the most unorganized, dirty, cluttered dollar store I have been in. Its always this way. The floors are nasty. They have stock at the end of every aisle which explains why a lot of their shelves are empty. I can't believe that the store manager doesn't expect better than this. Obviously corporate doesn't check on them that often. I only go here when I absolutely have to and I hate it every time.

This place is in the top 2 dirtiest DG Stores I've ever seen. It's safe to say they weren't just having a busy day from the holidays. I seen they had chocolate milk so I thought I would get Darrell one. As soon as I opened the door, there was an instant smell of spoiled something! I was sure it was milk, cause that's the only thing in there. Though the smell was beyond soured milk. It was so bad, that as soon as the smelled hit me, I slammed the door shut. Then I took a good look at the inside cooler through the glass doors, there was shelves broken and grime buildup that was unbelievable. This store needs a new manager that cares or shut down.

This is one of the busiest stores they try so hard with what they are given but definitely needs redone. With as many people that goes in there u would think they would gelp that store out and put more money in to it. I try and not go in there between 2 and 4 bc the line is a good 20min wait.but love my little store just work around it

Our DG & our DG employees are doing a great job! The only issue was with other customers NOT WEARING MASKS. Not only will masks help to stop the spread of Covid-19, most of y'all are ugly as hell! You could at least cover up half that fugliness! 😂 Cheers!

Store is always picked over and out of stock of many items. Half the staff is helpful and half the staff is rude. New manager is awesome. I have seen a slight improvement with the new manager.

I love the people there. They all know me by name and are super friendly. Most of them know what I want when I get there. Definitely recommend this store over all of the other dollar generals in Marshall County.

Honestly it just depends on which location you go to. Because not every store has the same stuff. Example...The DG store closest to me. Located on highway 68 (Calvert City) has slim pickings. I didn't even know that Dollar general sold quality shoes and high-end, and name brands, until I stopped into the store in (Ledbetter, KY) and they had the cutest jelly flip flops, that light up. And they had a size for me! Not to mention, they were on a side-walk sale 😁 Yup, got em for a dollar!What I'm trying to get as, if you visit a DG store that may be a little run down, don't think that there all that way.

Worst Dollar Store I've ever been in. Trash in parking lot, items strewn about the store like a yard sale. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, head to any other location for better atmosphere, cleanliness, & cheerful service.

This store is in a good spot,great parking and staff are very friendly but the store itself is always dirty and the food section is always almost empty, shelf's are always bare and out of everything

Prices are good. This store tends to be dirtier than most and stock is always blocking the aisle. Sometimes stock is really low as well. Staff are friendly.

Boxes everywhere and, you gotta wait in a line that wraps around the store to buy 2 iteams because no one will open up another check out lane. Then there are hardly any buggys inside

The ladies there are very helpful. They are always asking if I need help finding something. I am very happy to go there and take time time to joke with the ladies. I would recommend this Dollar General to anyone.

It's a good store but with only 1 cashier and 25 people waiting wrapped around half the damn store. Is so unprofessional. Plus you elderly lady's a gentleman. Very rude and inconvenience.

It needs to be tore down and rebuilt. It is the busiest Dollar store around here. But it's way to small and unorganized. The company is stupid for not investing more into this store.

Your outside lighting is very very bad. So bad that runs the high risk injury to customer who could fall and be especially the elderly. You need to take note for you are negligence and liable and especially in front of store. The store is at Draffenville. Ky.

Aisles are so hard to maneuver through and there is always so much stuff scattered all throughout. Could use a face lift since ceiling is falling down in the washrooms.

It’s a DG like the rest of them. A little crowded at times with stock in the aisles etc. this one has good friendly staff who don’t mind offering assistance unlike another one nearby
