The sign is lit up, the PA system is blaring, all the lights are on, but they refuse to sell gas. When you try to pump gas it says pump offline. Why are you pretending to be open?

The people who work here are ALWAYS extremely nice, the gas station inside and out is ALWAYS clean. They greet you with a smile and exchange small talk, new or frequent customer. You don't always get this kind of service! Gas was also 15¢ cheaper then Ohio. I would definitely recommend this location.

I really only go to UDF for the ice cream to be honest. This place treats you well. The guy working the bar tonight was friendly and fun. Come get a shake or a malt here. It was a great way to cap off our Tuesday night.

I never get gas at UDF but it was convenient(forgot to fuel at kroger). The pump was too complicated so I went to pay w/cash($7). The outside area was clean and the premium was "93". Weird: a guy in a tesla was in the car at a pump the whole time.

Our family's been going there for years. There's actually a few staff members that know our dairy choices before we even order. The music was extremely loud today for some reason but all we had to do was ask and of course the staff immediately adjusted the volume.

WARNING to working drivers(UBER, LYFT, etc) who use stations for fuel, snacks, and restrooms.Such rude employees. Bathrooms are always closed hours before store closes. I am an Uber & Lyft driver and this place will no longer get my business. I spend $300-700/week at gas stations(mostly UDF). But will never return to this location. I’ve tried coming to this location multiple times in the past 2yrs since I’ve been in this area and this location is consistently a let down for customer service and restroom access.

Love going to UDF when I'm down in Newport Kentucky. Their gas is usually the cheapest, and you can't beat their prices on their food and drink items. They have tons of options on the ice cream side of the business. Very satisfied with every selection. We love in Monroe Michigan, and we have a place that is Similar, but with out the gas part. I always catch myself referring to the place as UDF. That's when I get the strange looks lol. Overall, great place to get what you need!

Whoever answers the phone is RUUUDE!! Wilder didn’t have any ice cream so I called to see if theirs was working and the A Hole who answered hung up on me then wouldn’t answer!! If you don’t wanna help customers you should probably work somewhere else!

This is the perfect place for a $6 cup of malt flavored milk. They could not have added ice cream in my malt. Either to lazy to scoop or trained to use the least amount possible. The so called malt had the same consistency as plain old milk

Purchased a full tank of gas, 2 packs of cigarettes & a chocolate malt. Went out to pump gas & came back to get the malt. Zero ice cream in the malt. I could have bought a gallon of chocolate milk for what I paid for the malt. Asked them to add ice cream & they did, but were not happy about it. This is the only UDF that I’ve ever had sub par service at. It’s consistently sub par, not hit or miss.

So this is Kayla Moore's partner. I was using the rest room at this place and was in there for quite some time because in order for me to use the restroom I had to clean the toilet myself to do so. I also had my son with me an he to used the restroom. After I was done i decided to smoke a cigarette before getting in my car because I do not smoke in my car. As I stood there I had several people saying that the clerk's were talking about me being in the bathroom so long and accusing me of being a drug addict. Out of courtesy I didn't go in and confront them because the lady who told me didn't want the confrontation so I left and called. I told them what I had to do just to use the bathroom and that they shouldn't speak about people like that and if they did they're job I wouldn't of had to. They lost me as a customer which is an inconvenience because my family loves ice cream and it's the only udf in the area which we go to everyday for ice cream gas ciggarettes snacks ect. These people are distasteful, inconsiderate, and rude. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this place or the particular three women who were working primarily two of them one grey haired older lady the other heavy set middle aged lady, but I assure you it will be the last time I have a problem here.

Came in for icees for me and my family whole staff was rude they mopped almost the entire floor I asked where the “wet floor” signs were the shift lead Ben got smart stating they were on each end. But each end was DRY. Me and my children almost fell and that would have been a lawsuit. They were more worried about people stepping on the wet floor than their Saftey.

Stopped here after work for a malt and a Gatorade. Clerk seemed happy to help the customers checking out before me. When it was my turn at the register (the register connected to the ice cream freezer) I ask the clerk for a large malt. He ubruptly sighed as I watched, his entire demeanor shifted from happy to irritated, all in just a few moments. I was caught off guard as this man sighed and murmured while he reluctantly snatched my large cup and reached begrudgingly toward the ice cream I requested. I quickly became irritated as I wondered what I did to this man, whom I have purchased many items from before. So before I had time to let the irritation change to anger I put my items on the counter and firmly told the man not to worry about it, and walked out. All the while he was staring at me with an ugly smirk on his face. I will refuse to use this clerk ever again. If he is unhappy to serving ice cream to paying customers, he might need to find another business to employ him.

Went in to buy something and price posted was not what she rang me out for. I tried to argue it but she wouldn't budge. I explained, the way I was taught was you had to honor price posted no matter if it's wrong. Felt scammed. I don't think I will be back.

It always seems to be a line to check out. I understand that when I come thru this UDF it's usually AM going to work time or coming home from work time. But there are always 5 to 6 workers but only 1 cashier. You would think 1 or 2 people would stop stocking shelves and help each other as a team to get the customers in and out fast. Team Work is lost these days.

This is my gas station, the one I go to every day, this is my first stop for smokes and gas and coffee. I cannot start my day without this place. The staff is like family and even though I don’t know a lot about them I definitely would attack a robber for them. The prices are fair, the store is clean, and I’ll probably hold up the line talking too long to the cashier but thats my fault don’t hold it against them.

Stopped after work to get gas. Used my debit card. Got charge 41.41 for gas i did not get. Went inside. Forst clerk had no clue what to do. Second clerk was nasty and no help at all. Worst udf ever. Now im waiting in my bank to return the last 40 buck i had till payday and it could take up to a week.

Every milkshake for the past year has been flavored milk. You say thick, they kill it til its thin as water. Pay extra for extra thick? Nope, still thin as ever. Who is training these people? If you live in the area just drive out to wilder for your malts and shakes, THEY won't beat them to oblivion.

Walked into the store a 11:55pm to get a couple of malts. The ice cream side was closed. The store doesn't close till 1 am. A full hour later. Never did get good service there.

i stop in bellevue store almost every day to get my coffee and gas. will you please move your shift change to a different time. it shut down gas pumps and credit cards at 7pm and leave line in store people have to wait for there gas and make them late for work. if i see lot full i know whatS going on and d4rive by. or fix your computers

Man. Took like 30 minutes to get my malt. It was good. Took 30 minutes to get tho.Also, service was pretty bad all around from start to finish.My malt was good tho.
